From the cidery: "Our latest batch of this bright pink beverage is here. Fully dry, we co-ferment a mix of apples with a liberal amount of our own bing cherries. Tangy cherry flavor burst followed by the crisp and bright notes of apple. Pairs well with lite snacks, and a quick yoga session and waterfront views."

About the producer: "Lassen Traditional Cider was founded by Ben Nielsen. Ben's love of fermentation began when he started brewing beer in college. After brewing extensively for his adult life, around 2005 he began delving into cider in an effort to use the free fruit from a neighbor's backyard apples trees in Corvallis, OR. After a couple years, this morphed into an annual cider pressing party where all his friends would bring apples to press or just help out. So of course, the neighbor's apples weren't enough after a while. Unused trees in yards all ov...

West Coast Pale Ale with Strata & Nectaron From the brewery: "Strataron is a danky WC IPA brewed in collaboration with our buds at Blue Oak Brewing. It boasts some super heady aromas of cannabis with some tropical and stonefruit notes as well. It brings those flavors on to the pallet along with some green papaya and dank berries and a tongue coating stickiness. We've always used Nectaron in Hazy beers in the past, but it was awesome seeing it play so well in a WCIPA. These hops work super well together and expressed themselves awesomely in this beer."

"Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry." (...

From Lassen: "We take pride in our cider being a local or regional product. Made from a single orchard blend of apples from Irvine Orchard in Gridley- only 25 miles from the cidery- this is as local as you can get. The varieties contained in this cider are Fuji, Newtown Pippin, Winesap, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady. The fruit was pressed during the harvest season. The cider was wild fermented with the yeast on the fruit to complete dryness and bottle conditioned for a refreshingly sparkling natural carbonation."

Very German--and very delicious! This beer is a pale yellow, with a thick white head and great lacing. Yeasty and malty, but still refreshing and laden with light, citrus notes. The Reissdorf is a malty beer that is light on body but not on flavor.

Incredible holiday NA cider!!! From the cidery: "Jus de Pomme Pétillant (Sparkling Apple Juice) is 100% natural apple juice, without added sugar, preservative or colouring. It is a healthy elegant drink, for young and less young alike."

There are many opinions on what constitutes an Oktoberfest beer. It’s dark, it’s bright, it’s a Helles disguised as a Vienna lager. We think there’s one way to find out - go to Munich, brave the drunken hordes and general fleecing, and you will find out that what we put in this can is what Munich’s legendary breweries pour into your overpriced stein. A deep golden lager that proudly displays it’s hefty grain bill with a robust body and a fine balance of spice, hints of floral notes and a gentle bitter. A Festbier is a fine, strong lager that does not de...

From the brewery: "Deep dark brown in color with a heavy body without creaminess, this beer has an aroma of black coffee and cocoa nibs. The flavors start with roasted coffee and cacao with a fair amount of bitterness, and finish with a nice sweet smokey flavor."

From the brewery: "Velvet Glow is an homage to an old Grace Brother’s Brewing beer brewed right here in Santa Rosa! The Grace Brother’s brewery was around from 1933 to 1966, where they created many iconic beer brands including Velvet Glow and Happy Hops. This Helles style lager is a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer with a bright straw color, aromas and flavors of bread crust and biscuit. There is a very low bitterness with a mild hop aroma." From the brewery: "Juicy, delicate, and highly pairable with food, this approachable sour ale balances fruit, malt, and acidity for an easy-drinking experience. People have been raving over our Guava Fresca Sour Ale. Delightfully tart and chock full of juicy pink guava aroma and flavor, this 7% crusher has become quite popular with beer drinkers and gluten-free folks alike. The mild acidity and gorgeous hazy hue make it a refreshing summer favorite. For this batch we upgraded the recipe with an extra dose of fruit, amping up the guava flavors even more...

From the cidery: "The Kingston Black apple represents the ideal cider apple. It has everything you need to make a well rounded, complex, and flavorful cider with the perfect balance of acid, tannin, and aromatics. What better way to showcase what this apple can do than with a single varietal representation? It originally hails from England, but these apples were sustainably grown at Wombat Flats in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The apples were pressed during the harvest season. The cider was fermented fully dry in neutral red wine barrels with native ...

Hints of anise seed beckon you to pair this beer with traditional holiday spiced food and chocolate deserts. Brewed only for the Christmas and New Year, Noël complete the "Delirium" trilogy. Its appearance is a superb warm copper to red color, recalling "Nocturnum" except in its taste. It hides its subtlety by multiple levels of flavor and should be approached with confidence, with a tinge typical Christmas, sauced with a sweet touch, then bitterness. (Brewery Notes)

German Hefeweizen is required to be made from at least 50% wheat malt, infusing the beer with flavors and aromas of freshly harvested grains. The rest being, of course, barley malts. In our case: Pale Pilsner, Vienna and caramel malt. But no matter the malt proportions, what makes a Hefeweizen special is the yeast, that sparks incredible aromas of banana, cloves, citrusy fruit, spices or vanilla in the fermenter. Some yeast is allowed to remain in the finished beer. A shovel of Tettnanger hops round out a surprisingly dry beer with a robust body and comp...
