A fascinating white blend of 55% Albariño, 32% Godello, and 13% Treixadura from the Metate Hill Vineyard in Caleveras County, 1,600ft up in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Planted on schist soils, the grapes a pressed to 500L neutral French oak Puncheons, fermented with native yeast and rested on lees for 8 months.
