Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 M. Chapoutier "Le Méal" Ermitage Blanc (97RP, 96WS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Slightly more reserved now than on release, the 2012 Ermitage le Meal Blanc offers tons of honeyed minerality, caramelized peach, toasted bread and liquid rock-like aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, rich, vibrant and with terrific acidity, it's a sensational white that will have 3-4 decades of life. (JD)" (09/2015)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Spottswoode "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JD, 99RP, 98JS, 97VN, 95DC, 95WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "With the lowest percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon in of any of the wines from this vertical, the 2012 final blend was 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Production across the board in 2012 was high, and reflected in the 3, 977 cases made at Spottswoode. This is a dramatic, flamboyant, modern-day version of the 2002. Dramatic blueberry, black raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, along with camphor, charcoal, white flowers and foresty notes all emerge from the impressive aromatics that soar from the glass. The intense, explosively rich, full-bodied palate is layered with beautiful purity, stunningly sweet, silky tannins and terrific presence and complexity. This is a gorgeous wine on a relatively fast evolutionary track, I suspect, but certainly it has 30 years of upside left. (RP)" (08/2016)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Louis Jadot Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru ((91-94BH), (90-92VN)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A relatively elegant nose releases soft scents of various red berries, earth, floral and sauvage nuances that are highlighted by gentle wood notes. There is excellent volume to the notably rich and velvet-textured broad-shouldered flavors that are supported by phenolically mature and quite firm tannins on the mouth coating and attractively well-balanced finish. Drink: 2027+" (04/2014)
Starting Bid: $280.00

Bid on this magnum of 2012 Darioush "Signature" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (95WE, 91CG, 90JS, 90WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Smoky leather and cigar make for a formidable entry on the nose before huge, layered tannins rise to the fore. A balance of acidity and brightness lurks beneath the weight, rounded by succulent blackberry and black cherry. *Wine Enthusiast Top 100 Cellar Selections of 2015* (VB)" (11/2015)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Lewis Cellars "Alec's Blend" Napa Valley Red Blend (93WS, 90CG). Wine Spectator: "There’s lots to admire in this richly flavored effort, offering tiers of graphite, mocha, dark berry, toasty oak and savory notes. Maintains a bold profile on the long and persistent finish, and promises to develop in the future. Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot. Drink now through 2026. (JL)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 94JS, 93VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Of the three Beckstoffer Vineyards, it’s pretty much a joyride as to which one readers may prefer. The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane moves more toward the wet rock, blueberry, raspberry fruit spectrum, but still stays dark and foreboding, very concentrated and full-bodied. The great terroir comes through and the wine is distinctive, singular, opulent and rich. Another fabulous success from Paul Hobbs and one more showcase wine for this great vineyard. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 96JD, 95DC, 95RP, 95VN, 93WS). James Suckling: "Stones and walnuts with blackberries and blueberries. A full-bodied, super-refined and polished wine that culminates in a racy and refined finish. Extremely long and exciting. Great wine." (02/2017)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Buoncristiani Family Winery "O.P.C." Napa Valley Red Blend (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Proprietary Red Blend O.P.C. (Ol’ Pa’s Cuvée) is an intriguing blend of 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 22% Merlot and 16% Malbec. Obviously, Papa Buoncristiani had a very good palate. Dense ruby/purple-hued with more meat, underbrush and barbecue notes than its siblings, it is fleshy and succulent with sweet tannins and a full-bodied mouthfeel. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Darioush "Signature" Napa Valley Cabernet Franc (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "This is a gorgeously luxurious wine, vibrant and alive in blackberry and raspberry, a savory lining of red currant providing its edge. The big tannin presence speaks to cellaring, through 2022, but a decant should help, too, allowing the herbal and fruit components to come into balance with its powerful density. *Cellar Selection* (VB)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Signorello "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91RP, 90WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of 93.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6.5% Cabernet Franc from the estate vineyards on the Silverado Trail, south of Stags Leap. Made in a good structural style with plenty of barrique in the background as well as lots of blackcurrant, licorice, new saddle leather and spice characteristics, this tastes like a Cabernet Sauvignon made by someone of Italian origin. I say that because of its tannic structure and spice. This serious, full-bodied, concentrated 2012 will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age, and should drink well for two decades. (RP) 91+" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Calera "de Villiers Vineyard" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (95RP, 93WE, 92VN, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I loved the 2012 Pinot Noir de Villiers. It's a beautifully complete, balanced and satisfying Pinot Noir that does everything right. Giving up tons of sweet black raspberry and strawberry fruits, spice-box, dried flowers and potpourri characteristics, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and seamless, with a ripe, supple texture that keeps you coming back to the glass. While there's more than enough fruit to keep this enjoyable now, there's some solid tannin and depth in there as well, so it will age. (JD)" (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Tenuta di Sesta Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (93JS). James Suckling: "Mellow red cherry and sweet tobacco aromas with autumnal forest fragrances, leading to a palate that has ripe dark cherry fruit flavors. A smooth fleshy finish. " (01/2018)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Paul Hobbs "Katherine Lindsay Estate" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (96WE, 94RP, 94VN, 92ST, 92WS, 91CG). Wine Enthusiast: "Still tight, and expertly crafted and structured, this single-vineyard estate wine is meticulous in velvety, plush texture, completely seductive at every angle. Rich red cherry, pomegranate and vanilla improvise against one another without ever missing a beat, finishing in fully integrated flavor. *Cellar Selection* (VB)" (11/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Penultimate (Promontory) Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend. The very first vintage of Penultimate. The winery noted that growing conditions were ideal that year. "The season progressed evenly with very few heat spells and nearly ideal conditions during ripening... Deep, dark red in appearance. On the nose, notes of black berries dominate with slight hints of smoke, wet stones, tobacco and dried herbs. On the palate the wine has an intense energy, filling the front of the palate with a subtle minerality. The middle palate displays multiple layers of flesh with a crescendo of flavor and tannins that recede slowly, leaving an impression of extremely fine-grained, youthful tannins. The finish is persistent on the palate and it becomes more and more refined as it fades."
Starting Bid: $400.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Rochioli "Three Corner" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir ((94-96RP), 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From a 3.5-acre parcel, the 2012 Pinot Noir Three Corners is staggering. A phenomenal bouquet of kirsch, black raspberries, black currants, graphite and lavender soars from the glass of this full-bodied, opulent, stunningly rich Pinot. Most knowledgeable people in the wine world have enormous respect for the integrity, honesty and exceptionally high quality of the wines emanating from the Rochioli Vineyards in the Russian River area. (RP)" (12/2013)
Starting Bid: $170.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars "Cask 23" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 95DC, 93WE, 93WS, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Cask 23 reveals more oak on the nose, but is a much deeper, richer, fuller wine than the S.L.V. Dense ruby/purple to the rim, beautiful blackberry and cassis fruit, cedar wood, toast and earth jump from the glass. Full-bodied and layered, but with nothing out of balance, this is probably the strongest Cask 23 since the glory years of the mid-80s. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Sullivan "Premier Napa Valley" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Founded by Jim and Joanna Sullivan in 1978, the Sullivan estate is in the heart of Rutherford. This bottling is a special cuvée created for the Premier Napa Valley auction.
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Turley "Estate" Napa Valley Zinfandel ((91-93RP), 93VN). Vinous: "Savory overtones meld into dark red stone fruits, tobacco, menthol, pine and licorice in the 2012 Zinfandel Turley Estate. This is one of the more feminine, gracious wines in the range. The fruit is pliant and supple throughout, which gives the 2012 much of its near-term appeal. Savory herb and floral notes are laced into the finish. (AG)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 V12 "Premier Napa Valley - Twelve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Founded by the Vasser family (Jimmy Vasser, Jr. a former IndyCar champ) the estate is located on property previously dedicated to the Mondavi family's chicken farm. Grapes come from the estate's four vineyard blocks on the eastern side of Napa. This special bottling was made for the annual Napa Valley Premier auction.
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru "Célébration - 153rd Anniversary Cuvee" (92BH, 92VN). Vinous: "Jadot’s 2012 Beaune 1er Cru Celebration is aromatically quite expressive, with lovely bright, floral notes that play off a core of red berry and stone fruits. The gracious, almost feminine, bouquet is alluring and suggests a wine that is quite open, but the palate sensation is completely different. Tiny yields and high skin to juice ratios yielded red Burgundies with huge tannic clout that obscures the fruit, which is exactly how the wine comes across in tasting. It will be interesting to see if the 2012 softens over time, or if it gains volume with aging. Today, it is decidedly on the austere side of things. (AG)" (03/2018)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 M. Chapoutier "de l'Orée" Ermitage Blanc (99JD, 99RP, 97WS, 94JS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Ermitage Cuvee de l'Oree is still firing on all cylinders, sporting heavenly notes of powdered rock, white flowers, honeyed orange blossom, white currants and a saltiness that keeps you coming back to the glass. Full-bodied, voluptuous and decadent, drink it anytime over the coming 2-3 decades. (JD)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 E. Guigal "La Mouline" Côte-Rôtie (97RP, 96WS, 95DC, 95JS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Côte Rôtie La Mouline reminds me of the 2011 with its upfront, incredibly perfumed nose of spring flowers, cured meats, roasted herbs, olives and sweet cassis fruit. Full-bodied, beautifully textured, mouth-filling and already impossible to resist, it expands on the palate and I guarantee this beauty will put a smile on your face anytime over the coming two decades. (JD)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $275.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Melville "Sandy's" Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (96RP, 94VN, 93W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The most fruit-forward in the lineup, the 2012 Pinot Noir Sandy’s was mostly destemmed (60%) and saw only neutral oak barrels for 18 months. Cassis, black raspberry, sweet spice, violets and hints of rose petal all show here, and it hits the palate with fabulous purity of fruit, loads of texture and a terrific finish. It’s another rock-star Pinot Noir from Greg that checks in near the top of the vintage. (JD)" (08/2014)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Caymus "40th Anniversary" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "They appear to be immune to some of winedom’s less than intelligent trends and fads that we see from time to time, and the result is a spectacular 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon 40th Anniversary offering. Its dense purple/black color is followed by copious quantities of crème de cassis and blackberry fruit, silky tannins, a voluptuous texture and stunning purity as well as length. This full-bodied effort is a fabulous example of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a tribute to this amazing family. Amazing! (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $400.00

Bid on this magnum of 2012 Au Sommet Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (OWC - 94VN, 92JS, 90WS) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2012 Au Sommet Elev 2100 Ft. captures all the radiance of the vintage in its ample, explosive personality. Sweet red cherries, spices, new leather and mocha all flesh out as this juicy, silky Cabernet Sauvignon shows off its alluring personality. Heidi Barrett has largely tamed the Atlas Peak tannins and what comes through is a racy, voluptuous Cabernet that will be nearly impossible to resist in its youth. Today, it is particularly expressive. (AG)" (09/2015)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 M. Chapoutier "La Mordorée" Côte-Rôtie (97RP, 96WS, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "While I loved Michel's 2012 Cote Rotie la Mordoree from barrel, it blew me away from bottle, and I think bares more than a passing resemblance to his 1991. About as elegant and seamless as they come, it exhibits incredible notes of violets, peppery spice, spring flowers, rose petal and darker berry fruit. This is followed by a full-bodied, sweetly fruited, expansive Cote Rotie that's perfectly balanced, has beautiful mid-palate density, and ultra-fine tannin that emerge on the finish. (JD)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $390.00
