Guido Rivella's Nebbiolo d'Alba is grown partly in Montestefano and partly in Patricone (near Cole) and it is made from 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Barbera. The grapes are separately fermented in stainless steel for 14-18 days and then aged in wood for 6-12 months.
