This rosé comes from a handful of parcels that total seven hectares of vineyards planted in clay and limestone soils, on a gentle north-northwest-facing slope. Grenache-dominated, with smaller percentages of Mourvedre and Cinsault. Like the Cassis Blanc, the wine is taut, fresh and slightly saline. This mineral driven white hails from the hallowed vineyards of St-Tropez. A classic blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Rolle, it has aromas of lemon grass, aniseed and white flowers.
