After two difficult vintage in a row in 2017 and 2018, the 2019 vintage is shaping up to be a return the normal good fortunes of the Piedmont, and it seems to have been particularly good for Nebbiolo. Cascina Alberta is a new-found favorite in K&L's Piedmont department these past few vintages. This wine is 100% Nebbiolo from young Barbaresco vineyards.
