Mestratge is a project that explores the potential of the native varieties of Penedès. Sourced from small vineyards of head trained and regeratively farmed Xarel-lo and Malvasia de Stiges grown throughout the Alt Penedes. These are varietals that are best known for being blended in Cava (Xarel-lo) and the other is an all but forgotten member of the Malvasia family with its high acid and late ripening has brought it newfound attention. The unique calcareous soils, the cooling coastal influence, mixed with the warm Mediterranean sun make this a special a...

The whole concoction is then aged for up to six months in a solera before being bottled in one of the coolest looking bottles on the market. The Spanish drink vermouth like it's going out of style, but we all know that there's nothing more stylish than pulling out a bottle of fine vermouth to pair with your tapas. What else are you going to do with all your canned fish? While designed primarily for straight...
