From the winery: "Low-production vineyards located in the influence area of the Desert of Bardenas Reales of Navarra (the biggest desert of Europe) and in the Pre-Pyrenees. The very poor and arid clay-calcareous soil, the dry weather and the big contrast of temperature between the day and the night provide grapes with high concentration and a perfect balance." *Organic*

It is fermented at low temperature in oak for 23 days and then ages for an additional 9 months in oak. Micro production Rose, the total production is 572 bottles.

This is a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Moscatel (10%), that is aged in concrete for six months and is bottles unfiltered. The aromatics are fantastic, it is medium light bodied with a dusty summertime...
