2016 Acumen "Mountainside" Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Winery Notes: "This pleasing Sauvignon Blanc begins with a bouquet of citrus blossoms, lemon zest, honeysuckle, beeswax and jasmine. On the palate this medium-bodied wine continues with flavors of Buddha's hand, kumquat, and Meyer lemon along with notes of white peach, starfruit, pineapple rind, pastry cream, sweet hay and limestone. A fresh acidity frames the pure, clean finish of this pleasant Sauvignon Blanc. 100% barrel fermented / aged. 20% new oak the rest neutral."

Le Trou du Diable "Dulcis Succubus" Wine Barrel Aged Saison, Canada (750ml) (Previously $25)

Le Trou du Diable is one of Canada's rising star breweries, located in Shawinigan, about half way between Montreal and Quebec City. Fermented with wild yeast and brettanomyces and aged for six months in wine barrels that used to hold Dolce, the botrytized sweet wine from Far Niente. The resulting wine is approachably funky and sour, with notes of honey, vanilla, apricot and leather. Delicious!

2012 Dr. Bürklin-Wolf "GC Monopole" Ruppertsberger Gaisböhl Riesling trocken Pfalz

Jancis Robinson: "Traditionally Forst and Deidesheim may have a bit more of a ring to their name than Ruppertberg, but the Gaisböhl shows no signs of an inferiority complex. The fruit on the nose comes across as a little greener with notions of gooseberry and melon, but the palate exhibits substance and opulence. This impressive demonstration of power is completed by more than just a hint of salty minerality. 17.5/20 points. Drink to 2022. (MS)" (9/2013)

2014 Adelaida "Viking Estate Vineyard" Adelaida District Cabernet Sauvignon (Previously $55)

93 points Jeb Dunnuck: "From the Viking Estate Vineyard, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Viking Estate Vineyard spent 20 months in half new French oak barrels. It offers a terrific bouquet of toasted bread, crème de cassis, black raspberries, vanilla bean and spring flowers. Toolbox Brewing Company "Eau D'Vine Blanc" American Wild Ale w/ Muscat Grapes aged in Chardonnay Barrels, California (750ml) (Previously $23)

From the brewery: "Blanc is the second in our Eau d' Vine series. The blend consists of our American Wild Ale base fermented in French oak Chardonnay barrels for 6-18 months with a house blend of multiple wild yeasts and bacteria. It was aged for an additional 6 weeks on juicy Orange Muscat grapes grown in Buellton California, picked just at their peak of ripeness. The beer has conditioned in the bottle for 4 months to obtain the characteristic carbonation of Eau d' Vine."
