This Champagne is made exclusively from fruit grown in the Grand Cru of Ay and is comprised of 50% Pinot Noir & 50% Chardonnay. It's savory with leesy, buttery brioche flavors that are well matched with zingy, tart guava notes. There's so much complexity in this bottle! It's delicious and so satisfying. I want this with my next brunch spread when I have guests over....Mushroom & herb frittata, sizzling black forest bacon, crispy hash browns, and assorted olives. Turbo Yum.
