95 points Vinous: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Alpine Vineyard bristles with energy. Rose petal, mint, white pepper and blood orange give the Alpine its super-appealing aromatic upper register, but there is plenty of depth lurking beneath. Here the flavors are bright and nicely focused, while the richness of the vintage is mostly felt in the dense, potent finish. (AG)" (07/2016) 94 points John Gilman: "The 2014 Alpine Vineyard Pinot Noir from Rhys is another outstanding young bottle of Pinot, with its whole clusters showing a bit today, but all of the constitu...

96 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Coming from a small, east-facing section of the Alpine Vineyard and very chalky soils, the 2014 Pinot Noir Swan Terrace is an impeccably balanced, complete Pinot Noir that has everything you could want from the grape. Gorgeous red and black fruits, roasted herbs, smoked earth and spice all jump from the glass of this seamless red that has polished tannin (and plenty of them), a layered, balanced profile and no shortage of length. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Ridge Vineyards "Torre Ranch - Monte Bello Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (94VN). Vinous: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Torre is quite deep, with distinctly dark tonalities of fruit that fill out the wine's pliant mid-palate and frame. Graphite, smoke, cured meat, black cherry and plum infuse this deep, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon. The Torre is a super-classic Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet with tons of savory overtones and real feeling of mountain structure. Stylistically, the Torre is a bit riper in flavor profile than the other 2014 Ridge Cabernets because of the site's south-facing orientation and limestone sub-soils. What a wine! (AG)" (08/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello Historic Vines" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN). Vinous: "The 2014 Monte Bello Historic Vines is surprisingly delicate in this vintage, certainly much more so than it was in 2013. Bright red fruit, expressive floral notes and silky tannins all confer finesse. Medium in body gracious and nicely lifted, the 2014 speaks to class and finesse above all else. (AG)" (08/2017)
