The classic 12 year from Canadian Club is perhaps the most qunitessential Canaidan whisky available. It's soft, round, and complex as well as amazingly affordable. It's not clear if Canadian whisky will ever see it's deserved day in the sun, but it's tough to go wrong with 12 year old distillate for 20 bucks.
