Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Outpost "True Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, (93-95RP), 94JS, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The best blocks of this vineyard suffered due to the heat in the vintage, so this includes more fruit from the deeper soils, hence the wine is more plush and forward, yet no less impressive, and has tons of ripe dark fruit, dark chocolate, roasted herbs, and underbrush-like aromas and flavors. With full-bodied richness, a powerful, mouthfilling texture, and sweet tannins, it’s a brilliant 2017 I’d be thrilled to have in the cellar. Drink bottles any time over the coming 20+ years." (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1970 Marquis de Alesme Becker.
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 1976 Gruaud-Larose, St-Julien. Wine Spectator: "Concentrated, leafy, green tea nose, with a black truffle note and a hint of cassis. Firm, spicy, ripe fruit and medium body. An elegant very stylish '76." (02/1991)
Starting Bid: $275.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Jones Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The estate’s 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is more typical of the year in its blue and black fruit, violets, asphalt, graphite and pencil shavings. Here, too, there is considerable energy and pure minerality to back up the fruit. Graphite, tar and savory herbs add a measure of gravitas on the deeply resonant, pure finish. This is another fabulous, exciting wine from Jones Family. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Fairchild Estate "Sigaro Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (94VN, 93RP). Vinous: "A dark, sumptuous beauty, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Sigaro has developed nicely over the last year. Savory, floral and mineral notes add nuance to the intense, racy fruit in this voluptuous Cabernet Sauvignon. A creamy, textured finish laced with hints of iron, sage and anise rounds things out beautifully. The 2012 isn't quite as explosive as it was last year most likely the result of its bottling a few months before this tasting. Drink through 2027. (AG)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Myriad "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard - Elysian" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 94RP, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Certainly, one of the wines of the vintage, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard Elysian comes from a first growth site outside of St. Helena and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon brought up in new barrels. It has that classic earthy, gravelly minerality that’s the hallmark of this terroir as well a full-bodied, concentrated, yet backward vibe on the palate. The tannins are sensational, it has incredible purity of fruit, and it’s packed with potential. 97+" (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $145.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2005 Clos des Jacobins, St-Emilion (94JS, 94WS, 91RP). James Suckling: "Classy, subtle aromas of blackberries, currants and spices follow through to a full body, with fine tannins and a fresh finish. Wonderfully subtle and refined." (07/2013)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Sherwin Family Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon (93JD). Jeb Dunnuck: "From a site on Spring Mountain and made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a rich, powerful style (especially for a 2014) as well as classic notes of black currants, scorched earth, and chocolate. This full-bodied, deep, beautifully concentrated Cabernet needs 3-4 years of bottle age but is going to cruise for 15+ years. It’s terrific stuff." (12/2017)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this bottle of 2004 Shafer "Hillside Select" Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (100WE, 99RP, 96VN, 96WS). Wine Enthusiast: "A perfect score has to be considered in the context of its region. Shafer’s 2004 Hillside Select is tremendous as a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that competes with its peers at the highest levels. It’s always a fabulous wine, but in warm 2004, Shafer’s amphitheater vineyard sheltered the grapes, ripening them to perfection yet protecting the “iron fist in a velvet glove” structure that André Tchelistcheff defined as Stags Leap. This 100% Cabernet is tremendous in cassis, black currant and mocha flavors, and the 100% new French oak provides perfect additions of smoke and caramel." (03/2009)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 4-bottle tasting lot in original wood; including 1-bottle of 2013 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JS, 94RP, 94WS) and 3-bottles of 2013 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JS, 98RP). Of the 2013 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, James Suckling writes: "This is shows complex aromas of chili, red tile and red currant aromas. Full-bodied, dense and powerful. It is so intense and rich yet remains agile and fresh. Austere tannins give this wine form and tension. Lively and captivating. Beautiful now but be patient. " (05/2016)
Starting Bid: $870.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The finest vintage ever for this cuvée, the utterly spellbinding 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Galitzine Vineyard is 100% Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that was brought up in new barrels. Slightly deeper and richer than the Columbia Valley Cabernet, its deep ruby/purple color is followed by a smorgasbord of graphite, crushed violets, crushed rocks, cassis and dark chocolate. With incredible richness, ultra-fine tannin, no hard edges and a stacked mid-palate, give this crazy good red 2-3 years of cellaring and enjoy over the following two decades! Bravo to the team at Quilceda! (JD)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $435.00

Bid on this 4-bottle tasting lot in original wood; including 1-bottle of 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 95WS, 94RP), 1-bottle of 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - CCS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96JS, 96VN, 94WS), and 2-bottles of 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 96VN, 94JS). Of the 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - CCS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer to Kalon Vineyard CCS is Clone 4 from another block, and always seems to hit all the sweet spots on my palate. It’s aged 20 months in 100% new Darnajou barrels. (RP)" (10/2014)

Bid on this magnum of 2002 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (100RP, 99WE, 98ST, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The extraordinary Harlan Estate, which I awarded 100 points seven years ago, offers no justifiable reason to doubt its perfect score. It is still a baby, with an inky purple color and notes of smoky camphor intermixed with creme de cassis, Asian soy and a hint of cedar beginning to emerge as well as some espresso and subtle damp forest floor notes. The wine has awesome intensity, a full-bodied mouthfeel, a skyscraper-like texture, and a finish that goes on for close to a minute. This is a perfect wine, still youthful and young, and not even in full adolescence as of 2012. It has 40 or more years ahead of it, but should hit its plateau of full maturity in another 5-10 years. It is certainly one of the most showy , flamboyant and remarkable Harlan Estates made to date. Kudos to Bill Harlan! (RP)" (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $1,585.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1981 Ridge Howell Mountain Claret . From the winery's archives: "The old vines at the Park-Muscatine Vineyard on Howell Mountain represent a field blend of varieties that typically make up what is called a zinfandel claret at the turn of the century. in 1981, the grapes ripened very fully and the wine shows the effect of its natural yeast fermentation and twenty-one months in small oak cooperage. It will need several years to develop fully and will benefit from decanting just prior to serving."
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Branaire-Ducru, St-Julien (94JS, 94RP, 93WS, 92ST, 92VN, 91WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This fully mature, gorgeous 2003 Branaire Ducru possesses silky tannins, lots of cedary, spice box, floral, black cherry, forest floor and velvety leather-like notes, full body, and an opulent, complex yet elegant style. A beauty of complexity, richness and finesse. (RP)" (08/2014)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2011 Jones Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92VN). Vinous: "I find more depth, inner sweetness and silkiness in the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate. Sweet dark cherries, plums, savory herbs, licorice and spices are layered into the finish. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JS, 95VN, 95WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "With the lowest percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon in of any of the wines from this vertical, the 2012 final blend was 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Production across the board in 2012 was high, and reflected in the 3, 977 cases made at Spottswoode. This is a dramatic, flamboyant, modern-day version of the 2002. Dramatic blueberry, black raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, along with camphor, charcoal, white flowers and foresty notes all emerge from the impressive aromatics that soar from the glass. The intense, explosively rich, full-bodied palate is layered with beautiful purity, stunningly sweet, silky tannins and terrific presence and complexity. This is a gorgeous wine on a relatively fast evolutionary track, I suspect, but certainly it has 30 years of upside left. (RP)" (08/2016)
Starting Bid: $170.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2009 Jones Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate emerges from the glass with juicy red berries, mint, flowers and sweet spices. It, too, is a fairly immediate, plush wine best enjoyed over the next few years. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97CG, 97RP, 96JS, 96WS, 95WE, 92VN, 9ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard boasts a stunningly pure nose of blueberries and blackberries with notions of toast and flowers in the background. The floral nature of the fruit only adds to the wine’s complexity. Full-bodied but civilized, this wine’s tannins can be borderline rustic, but that’s not an issue with this glorious, full-bodied, opulent 2007 Napa (RP) " (12/2010)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Mayacamas Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (99VN, 96WS, 92DC). Vinous: "The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is every bit as monumental as it was from barrel last year. Rich, deep and powerful, the 2016 is endowed with tremendous fruit concentration and all of the structure to back it up. Wild, savory and super-expressive from the very first taste, the 2016 is utterly magnificent. Wild cherry, grilled herbs, new leather, licorice and mocha infuse the 2016 with tremendous brooding power. The 2016 represents a striking, contemporary expression. All the Mayacamas signatures are there, but with just an extra kick of finesse that makes the 2016 a Cabernet of total allure. (AG)" (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this magnum of 2001 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (100RP, 98DC, 97WS, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This wine, which first debuted in 1990, has probably garnered more perfect scores than any other Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. [It's] just entering a young adolescent stage of development, exhibiting extraordinary nuances such as sweet, loamy soil and earthy minerality intermixed with some background smoke, black currant liqueur, plum, Asian spice and new saddle leather. Full-bodied, it possesses great intensity, with stunning flavors that are viscous enough to coat the mouth, but never become heavy or overbearing. The wine has a remarkable purity, concentration and intensity that should carry it for another 30+ years. This is already very promising, and for those who own it, I would suggest a good two to three hours of decanting prior to service. (RP)" (06/2011)
Starting Bid: $1,530.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Clarendon Hills "Hickinbotham" Cabernet Sauvignon Clarendon South Australia (97RP, 92ST, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The most backward and structured of the Cabernet offerings is the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Hickinbotham Vineyard sourced from 50-year-old vines. It is a glass-coating opaque purple with complex aromas of new oak, smoke, espresso roast, chocolate, blackberry, and black currant. Full-bodied, opulent and intensely flavored, the wine has great depth and enough structure to permit a decade of evolution. (JM)" (10/2007)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Realm "The Moonracer" Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 98WE, 97VN, 96JD, 96RP, 95DC). Wine Enthusiast: "This is the producer's signature estate wine from Stags Leap District fruit, blending Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. From volcanic soils, it shows an earthy sensibility that's tough to shake, a lingering thread of black cherry and berry that's met halfway by sweet tobacco, crème brûlée richness and a soft undercurrent of tamed tannins. (VB)" (08/2019)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Paul Hobbs "Crossbarn" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93JS, 90RP). James Suckling: "A rich and flavorful red with black currants, chocolate and hints of spices. Full and balanced with beautifully polished tannins and length. A fine and gorgeous wine. Drink or hold. " (07/2015)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Tenuta Sette Ponti "Oreno" Toscana (99JS, 94RP, 94VN, 93WS, 92DC). James Suckling: "Gorgeous floral and deep, dark berry aromas with hints of spices such as cinnamon and hazelnuts. Full body and ultra-fine and strong tannins that are powerful yet so sleek and beautiful. Fantastic length and texture. Deep, dark and profound. Takes you on a long journey and shows you its true character. Better in 2025. Give it time." (05/2018)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2016 Orin Swift "Papillon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2016 Papillon Proprietary Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, aged for 15 months in 45% new French oak. It has a deep garnet-purple color and features exuberant black and red plums, cassis and boysenberry scents with touches of pencil shavings, mossy bark and cast iron pan. Medium to full-bodied, firm and finely grained, it has a seamless structure supporting the elegantly played fruit, finishing on a lingering menthol note. 9, 250 cases produced. Drink through 2035. (LPB) 92+" (01/2019)
Starting Bid: $225.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2019 Myriad "Empyrean - Beckstoffer Georges III" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((97-99JD), 97RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "As with the Elysian, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard Empyrean is a tiny barrel selection from this larger vineyard in Rutherford. A similar nose of ripe black fruits, tobacco leaf, chocolate, and gravelly earth notes give way to a full-bodied, pure, balanced, nicely structured Cabernet that's going to warrant 3-5 years of bottle age." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $350.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1999 Lafite-Rothschild, Pauillac (95RP, 94DC, 94WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1999 Lafite Rothschild sports an engraved '1999' on the bottle along with an eclipse to mark that significant historical event of August, 1999. It is a quintessential offering from Lafite Rothschild. This prodigious wine is both elegant and intensely flavored, and almost diaphanous in its layers that unfold with no heaviness. An opaque ruby/purple color is accompanied by a complex bouquet of lead pencil, graphite, cedar, creme de cassis, toast, and vanilla. It is medium-bodied, with extravagant layers of richness yet little weight, and a finish that is all sweetness, ripeness, and harmony. This extraordinary Lafite increasingly appears to be a modern day clone of the majestic 1953. A mere one-third of the crop made it into the grand vin!(RP)" (04/2002)
Starting Bid: $1,650.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2004 Robert Mondavi Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (95WS, 91ST). Wine Spectator: "Beautifully crafted, rich, chewy and concentrated, yet with a wonderful lift to the flavors. Refreshing, vibrant and supple-textured, with layers of anise, currant, sage and mineral that unfold gracefully, ending with a long finish that has just the right mix of ripe fruit and tannins. (JL)" (11/2007)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Purlieu "Le Pich" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Spectator: "Fully ripe and rich, this is also quite deep and tannic. A potent expression of Cabernet, with a mix of loamy earth and dried dark berry flavors. Drink now through 2023. 1, 500 cases made. (JL)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 O'Shaughnessy Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 96VN, 92JS). Vinous: "A superb, brilliant wine, O'Shaughnessy's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder offers fabulous depth, intensity and pedigree. Bright red stone fruit, iron, scorched earth, tobacco and menthol open up in a beautifully layered, sumptuous wine that deftly balances rich fruit and mountain tannin. (AG)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $510.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 The Mascot Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (92DC). Decanter: "This vigorous Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from young vines planted at Harlan Estate and Promontory, and is a project conceived by founder Bill Harlan's son Will. It was first produced in 2008. 2011 was a relatively cool year, which gives the wine its freshness. The nose is vibrant and seductive, with blackcurrant aromas. Sumptuous and concentrated on the palate, it's also sustained by firm tannins and sufficient acidity. The finish is robust and long, and although intended to be drunk on release, it will certainly age. (SB)" (09/2018)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2005 La Dauphine, Fronsac (90RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "It’s amazing how good this wine has become since the property was sold by the Jean-Pierre Moueix firm to Jean Halley. The outstanding, sexy, full-bodied 2005 is a 5, 000-case blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. With beautiful purity, symmetry, and power as well as elegance, it is a fresh, full, soft Fronsac with sensational concentration and depth. (RP)" (08/2008)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 1979 Margaux, Margaux. Château Margaux is one of the world’s most famous wine producers, and with good reason. The estate’s history dates to the 12th century, and by the 16th century its owners were rotating vineyards into their grain fields. Its wines were being exported by the early 18th century and they quickly became Bordeaux’s gold standard for quality. Thomas Jefferson, when he was ambassador to France, was especially fond of Château Margaux and noted approvingly that "there cannot be a better bottle of Bordeaux." As one of the First Growth chateaux, one of the four recognized as outstanding in France’s historic 1855 Bordeaux classification, Margaux has always been one of the aristocrats of the Medoc. " (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $295.00

Full-bodied, super concentrated and jam-packed with multilayered black and blue fruits, it has a rock-solid frame of grainy tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing long with tons of exotic spice and savory sparks. (LPB)" (08/2018)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Forman Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon jumps from the glass with an exotic, beguiling melange of violets, cassis, spices and menthol. Layers of fruit supported by vivid, beautifully articulated tannins cover every inch of the palate. Rich and powerful, the 2010 never abandons its classic sense of structure. Today, the 2010 is a bit compact, but time should prove to be very beneficial in releasing the wine’s true potential. There is absolutely nothing out of place in this majestic Cabernet Sauvignon. The tannins are virtually imperceptible, as is the new oak. The long growing season produced a wine that is among the finest of the vintage. This is an unforgettable wine from Ric Forman. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2018 Pichon-Lalande, Pauillac (98DC, 98JD, 98WE, 98WS, 97JS, 97RP, 97VN). Wine Enthusiast: "This famous estate at the southern end of Pauillac has produced a powerful wine. Packed blackberry fruits, laced with acidity, are just starting out on a long journey along with the tannins. The wine’s elegance is beautifully preserved within the structure. With considerablepotential, the wine should not be drunk before2027. *Cellar Selection* (RV)" (05/2021)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 96CG, 96VN, 95JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored with a lingering hint of purple, the 2007 Insignia Proprietary Red Wine reveals the most seductive crème de cassis, Black Forest cake and licorice notions with touches of violets, eucalyptus, chocolate box and unsmoked cigars plus a waft of cedar chest. Full-bodied with tantalizing opulence yet compelling restraint, the palate beautifully juxtaposes the rich, ripe fruit with wonderful freshness and a firm yet plush backbone, finishing beautifully perfumed. (LPB)" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $720.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Myriad "Beckstoffer Georges III-Empyrean" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JD, 96RP, (92-95VN)). Jeb Dunnuck: "The tiny selection 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard Empyrean is a cellar selection from this large site and tastes like the classic cuvée, just denser and richer. A stunning nose of blackcurrants, smoked tobacco, candied violets, orange blossom, and flowery incense gives way to a full-bodied, powerful wine with building tannins, a wonderful sense of freshness and purity, no hard edges, and a great finish." (08/2020)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Gaja Ca' Marcanda "Camarcanda" Bolgheri (97RP, 96JD, 94VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is another beautiful creation from the Gaja family. The 2016 Bolgheri Rosso Camarcanda (Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc) is infinitely smooth and finely textured down to the very last pixel in what is a high-resolution panoramic photograph. The core of the wine is packed tight with an explosion of flavor and concentration with so much dark fruit, spice, tobacco and sweet tobacco that unfurls from deep inside. This wine will have a long and, I am quite sure, very happy aging future ahead. It shows utmost precision and balance, with long persistence and a beautifully polished texture. (ML)" (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2003 Spottswoode "Estate" Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 94W&S, 92DC, 92VN, 92WE, 92WS, 91CG), 1-bottle of 2004 Spottswoode "Estate" Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 96RP, 95CG, 95WS, 94VN, 92WE), and 1-bottle of 2005 Spottswoode "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 97WE, 95JS, 94VN). Of the 2005, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "This was the last vintage during the era of Rosemary Cakebread, who left Spottswoode to pursue building her own portfolio of wine. This is a reserved, but classic Spottswoode. An inky bluish purple color, notes of vanillin, white flowers, blackcurrants and blueberries are all present in this dense, rich, full-bodied wine that seems to go from strength to strength. This was a vintage across the board that I underrated, but I have seen how the wines have seemingly put on weight, complexity and density as they have evolved in bottle. (RP) 98+" (08/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 1947 Haut-Brion, Graves (92VN). Vinous: "Quite deep in colour, the bouquet offers scents of saddle-leather, sage, sous-bois and vestiges of what must have once been quite precocious red fruit. The palate is deep and rounded in texture. This is never a Haut-Brion of finesse though, instead, even after so many decades, there is so much flavour packed into this wine. Dominated by secondary notes, there are dried herbs, sandalwood, black olive and smoke, flecks of dried blood towards the satisfying finish. (NM)" (07/2018)
Starting Bid: $1,500.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Groth Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (93W&S, 90WE). Wine & Spirits: "Packed with red and black currant flavors, this wine has the cool, refreshing feel of the forest. Tannins frame the berry fruit, providing contrast in umami flavors of wood-ear mushrooms, both tannins and fruit lasting in a finely structured, luxurious finish. " (12/2009)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Villemaurine, St-Emilion.
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2013 Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A beautiful ripe, plump, fat and opulent style of Cabernet Sauvignon that Caymus has pioneered, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon has a dense purple color, loads of juicy blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, low acidity and no real evidence of oak, but a nice, plush, full-bodied opulence. This is irresistible, especially for a Cabernet Sauvignon coming in at 14.9% natural alcohol. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $540.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2006 Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
