Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Coudoulet de Beaucastel Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge (93JD, 92RP, (89-92ST), 90JS, 90WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "Showing the beauty and depth of the vintage, the 2007 Château de Beaucastel Côtes du Rhône Coudoulet de Beaucastel sports awesome aromatics of perfectly ripe Grenache fruit, licorice, rolled hot stones, garrigue, and underlying floral notes. Perfumed, complex, and layered, the wine is medium to full bodied on the palate with a superb texture that covers solid structure, good acidity, and a long, focused finish." (03/2011)

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 1987 La Jota Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and 1-bottle of 1994 Robert Craig Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (90RP, 90WS). Of the 1994 Robert Craig Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The enticing 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain, with a saturated dark purple color, offers up attractive, youthful aromas of lead pencil, vanillin, minerals, spice, and blackcurrant fruit. A typical mountain Cabernet with copious quantities of tannin, this medium to full-bodied, concentrated, impressively-endowed wine is well-crafted, yet backward and in need of 4-5 years of cellaring. Patience will be a virtue. (RP)" (08/1997)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 12-half-bottle lot of 2002 Moraga Bel Air Los Angeles County Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot (375ml) in original wood. Ruth and Tom Jones founded Moraga in 1978, with their first commercial vintage in 1989. The blend includes a small amount of Merlot, and is aged in 100% new French oak.
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2004 Mitolo "Reiver" Shiraz Barossa Valley South Australia (94JH). James Halliday: "The medium-bodied weight denies the alcohol, though not so much ripe confit fruit flavours ranging from cherry to blackberry; good length and bright finish." (10/2005)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Clos du Mont-Olivet "La Cuvée du Papet" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (99RP, 97JD, 96WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Flirting with perfection, the utterly profound 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape la Cuvee du Papet is up there with some of the greatest Chateauneuf du Papes ever made. A huge, classically styled and Provencal wine, it offers layers of garrigue, black currants, licorice, beef blood and leather, as well as building tannin, a stacked mid-palate and a finish that just won’t quit. Made from 70% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah that was not destemmed, it was aged in equal parts concrete tanks and ancient foudre. It’s still an infant, with sweet tannin, and needs another 2-3 years to hit full maturity, and it will keep for upwards of two decades. (JD)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2019 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((96-98RP), (95-97JD)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The opaque purple-black colored 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon RBS Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard needs a fair bit of swirling to unlock vibrant notes of dark chocolate-covered cherries, crème de cassis and blueberry preserves, plus suggestions of menthol, fertile loam, licorice and dusty soil. The full-bodied palate is rich and decadent, delivering velvety tannins and soft acidity with loads of spicy sparks coming through on the finish. (LBP)" (03/2021)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Loring "Russell Family" Paso Robles Pinot Noir (93WS). Wine Spectator: "Tight and concentrated on full-bodied blackberry and wild berry fruit that shows a hint of mocha and spice, with floral notes and firm tannins that beg for short-term cellaring. There's a wonderful finish of pure dark fruit. (JL)" (03/2009)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this magnum of 1987 Silver Oak "Bonny's Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L).
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2005 Domaine Beaurenard Châteauneuf-du-Pape (92WS, 90RP, 90ST). Wine Spectator: "This has lots of juicy grip, with a strong, briary undertow supporting red and black licorice, hot stone, currant paste, tobacco and chestnut notes. The long, muscular finish is typical of the vintage. Best from 2010 through 2025. (JM)" (04/2008)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 D.R. Stephens Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93JS, 92RP, 91JD). James Suckling: "This is a plush and deep-set red with a very assertive palate that has plenty of ripe red fruit and a vibrant mulberry, red-plum and boysenberry palate. Neat and detailed Cabernet. " (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 1977 Gould Campbell Vintage Port (97WS, (94-95RP)). Wine Spectator: "Amazing color. Dark ruby center, with just a hint of garnet. This is very impressive on the nose. Crushed raspberry, coffee, licorice and chocolate. Complex. What a palate. Big, rich and powerful, yet balanced and pleasing. Full, medium-sweet and caressing. Silky. Drink it for the rest of your life. Why wait? Underrated around the world. (JS, Web-2008)"
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100DC, 100JS, 100RP, 100VN). Vinous: "The 2013 Dominus overwhelms all the senses with its magnificent overall balance and towering intensity. Deep and nearly impenetrable in the glass, the 2013 boasts off the charts dry extract and overall power. Violets, smoke, black cherries, menthol, incense, crème de cassis and dark spices are some of the many signatures that take shape in the glass. Even better in bottle than it was in barrel, the 2013 is utterly magnificent. This is a remarkably vivid, nuanced wine considering its sheer size. (AG)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $1,150.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1983 Fonseca Vintage Port.
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this bottle of 1994 Pontet-Canet, Pauillac (90RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is one of the finest Pauillac wines, a vintage that portended what was to come under the tenure of Alfred Tesseron. It is consistent with the bottle from earlier this year with that lovely, graphite-tinged nose and that cohesive, fresh, buoyant nose that is less foursquare when compared directly with the likes of Grand Puy Lacoste and Cos d’Estournel. This is a point and is a great achievement in the context of the season. (NM)" (07/2012)
Starting Bid: $85.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Next of Kyn (Sine Qua Non) "Número Um" Central Coast Touriga Nacional (97JD, (95-97VN), 95RP). Vinous: "The 2015 Número Um, which is now part of the Next of Kyn range, is a captivating, voluptuous beauty. Floral overtones add lift and brightness to a wine that speaks with energy, power and intensity in every dimension. Tasted after all the Sine Qua Non wines, the Número Um more than holds its own. It is yet another dramatic, large-scaled wine from Elaine and Manfred Krankl. (AG)" (09/2018)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98JS, 98RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple colored, it rolls sensuously out of the glass with decadent scents of boysenberries, black cherries, redcurrant jelly and blackcurrant pastilles with hints of bouquet garni, black soil and iron ore. Full-bodied, the taut, tightly knit black and red fruit has a firm structure of ripe, grainy tannins and bags of freshness, finishing very long with loads of earth and mineral nuances coming through. (LPB) 98+" (10/2020)
Starting Bid: $350.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1982 Haut-Brion, Pessac-Léognan (98DC, 98JS, 97JG, 96ST, 95RP, 95WS). James Suckling: "This is a phenomenal 1982 and it remains the most drinkable of the first growths. A strong iodine character here enveloped by delicious currants, shaved chocolate and spices. Full body with super-integrated tannins and a refined texture. Wonderful balance." (06/2016)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1986 Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Founded in 1966 by winemaking pioneer and icon Robert Mondavi, the winery that bears his name is an enduring presence and shining symbol of California's Napa Valley. The first major winery built in Napa Valley in the three decades following the repeal of Prohibition, Robert Mondavi Winery created the foundation for the modern-day California wine industry. An ardent believer that wines should reflect their origins, Mr. Mondavi charted a winemaking course that is now legendary. On the 1986 vintage, Robert Parker: notes "1986 was a transitional year for the Mondavi philosophy of Cabernet Sauvignon winemaking. The unfiltered school of winemaking, which ended in 1974, resumed in 1987, yet had not taken full hold in 1986. Nevertheless, Mondavi had already moved away from the excessive manipulation and acidification practiced during the 1975-1985 era."
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 1990 Duckhorn "Three Palms" Napa Valley Merlot (93CG) and 1-bottle of 1996 Duckhorn Howell Mountain Merlot (92WE, 90WS). Of the 1990 Duckhorn "Three Palms" Napa Valley Merlot, Connoisseurs Guide writes: "The ripe vintages of the mid-‘80s were followed by the difficulties at the end of the decade, but Duckhorn, like so many in California, entered the 1990s ready to make riper, softer, richer wines, and this vintage, with its succulent, forward fruit was the perfect foil for the new winemaking recipe. This wine, despite a bit of earthy funk in the nose, is still full of ripe, deep and convincing fruit, and it seems destined to live to be one of the best of the Three Palms series." (10/2002)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2002 Clos Floridene, Graves Blanc. Clos Floridène has the particularities of white wines produced on great limestone soils: a green-gold color, an intense aroma with fruity notes of white peach, lemon, grapefruit, toasted and grilled nuances; powerful and fresh flavors of fruit at their best, with the density and the structure of a great white wine It can be aged for at least 10 years. According to Robert Parker: "One taste of the wonderful wines he (proprietor/winemaker, Denis Dubourdieu) makes reveals the Clos Floridene is a superb white Graves, nearly matching the quality of such legends as Laville Haut-Brion, Haut-Brion-Blanc, and Domaine de Chevalier. The price remains a relative steal, although Dubourdieu's talents have been recognized throughout Europe and Great Britain; Clos Floridene has indeed been discovered. " (Bordeaux: A Consumer's Guide To The World's Finest Wines)
Starting Bid: $25.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Kosta Browne Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95JD, 94JS, 92WS, 90VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "There are 5, 500 cases of the 2015 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley and it’s a deeply colored, ripe, sexy, beast of an appellation wine that’s as good, or better, then several of the single vineyards. Black raspberries, cassis, roasted herbs, violets, and loads of toasted spice give way to a full-bodied, beautifully textured 2015 that has sweet tannin and a great finish. It's already drinking beautifully but should keep nicely on its balance and purity." (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1986 Rauzan-Ségla, Margaux (96RP, 93JG, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A great effort from Rauzan-Ségla and one of the finest wines made at the estate in many a decade, this youthful, exhilarating effort still reveals a dense ruby/purple color with no signs of lightening. Tasting more like a 5 to 8-year-old wine than one that is already 16 years of age, this wine reluctantly offers up a nose of liquid minerals intermixed with tobacco, smoke, black currants, melted licorice, and hints of blueberry and compost. Very full-bodied but still exceptionally tannic in an intense, concentrated, very delineated style, this wine remains an infant in terms of its development.(RP)" (10/2002)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 3 liter of 2006 Torbreck "Les Amis" Grenache Barossa Valley (3L) (94RP, 94ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Les Amis is 100% Grenache aged in new oak for 18 months. Purple-colored, it exhibits an enthralling nose of smoky oak, roses, garrigue, lavender, black cherry, and black raspberry. It conceals enough ripe tannin to support 5-7 years of additional cellaring. This layered, lengthy effort should be at its best from 2012 to 2024. " (02/2009)
Starting Bid: $350.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Louis M. Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The bigger, richer 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petite Sirah aged 16 months in 50% new French and American casks. This is a bigger wine and close to 2% higher in alcohol at 15.5%. There are 11, 000 cases of this big, full-bodied, boisterous Cabernet Sauvignon that has a dense ruby/purple color, notes of underbrush, forest floor, tobacco leaf and oodles of blackcurrants and black cherries, with a touch of woodsmoke. The full-bodied wine hits the palate with a cascade of glycerin, fruit and purity. This is a beauty-dense, rich, and structured, but capable of lasting 20 or more years. It is hard to believe that the iconic Louis M. Martini Winery first made Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1933. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2005 Quinault L'Enclos, St-Emilion (93ST, 92WS, 90JD). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Medium ruby-red. Sexy aromas of cherry, minerals, iron and smoked meat. Juicy and sappy for the year, with lovely energy to the concentrated flavors of cherry, minerals, smoke, flowers and earth. Very sophisticated, shapely wine with a long, ripely tannic finish throwing off notes of smoke, minerals and iron. (ST)" (06/2008)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1982 Lynch-Bages, Pauillac (95JS, 94WS, 93RP, 92ST). James Suckling: "This shows intense aromas of mint, lead pencil and currants that follow through to a full body, with velvety tannins and a finish with tension and freshness. " (10/2012)
Starting Bid: $750.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2005 Vignerons du Mont Ventoux "GiGantis" Ventoux.
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2009 Vogelzang Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir. Wine Spectator: "The up-front blackberry and cherry flavors show touches of red licorice, sage and underbrush, with a firmly tannic backbone and a spicy finish. (MW)" (09/2013)
Starting Bid: $125.00

Bid on this 5-half-bottle lot of 2015 Haut Charmes, Sauternes (375ml). Haut Charmes is a very special Sauternes bottling, made from the younger vines of one of the region's most legendary château. While we aren't allowed to actually reveal the source, it's safe to say its location in the Ciron Valley exposes the Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon fruit to conditions perfect for the development of botrytis. Charming, elegant and an exceptional value for what's in the bottle.
Starting Bid: $50.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2009 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 95ST, 94WS, 92RP) in original wood. Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Good bright ruby-red. Aromas of black cherry, violet, mint and anise. Lush, seamless and voluptuous, in the style of the year. Very pure dark fruit and mineral flavors are given added sex appeal by bitter chocolate and espresso nuances. Finishes very long and suave, with supple tannins and outstanding early appeal. (ST)" (05/2012)
Starting Bid: $1,320.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2019 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - T6" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((97-99JD), (96-98RP)). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon T6 offers more minerality as well as a touch of iron and black olive along with impressive red and black fruits, full body, and a beautiful elegance with time in the glass. It’s another brilliant vintage, and it’s worth noting that the Old Sparky release is pulled largely from a selection of this cuvée." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this bottle of 1990 La Mission Haut-Brion, Pessac-Léognan (96RP, 94JG). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1990 La Mission Haut Brion is a wine that just gives so much pleasure that it seems almost immoral to criticize. For sure, it is not in the same league as the awe-inspiring 1989, yet it has such an engaging, quintessential La Mission bouquet full of warm gravel, chestnut, morels and bay leaf scents that you just fall instantly under its charms. It seems to just grow in the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced with great depth but is still a little grainy in texture, and I noticed how it evolved almost a Musigny-like personality with time in the glass. I suggested back in 2014 that it might improve with continued bottle age. Perhaps now I believe that it has reached the top of its plateau, yet the substance and the persistence—the energy—of this Pessac-Léognan suggests that it will give 20 years of drinking pleasure. (NM)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $480.00

Bid on this magnum of 2005 Merus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (96RP, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A 1, 000-case blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Petit Verdot and Malbec, the wine is dense purple-colored to the rim, with an exquisite nose of charcoal, graphite, and blackberry liqueur. Full-bodied, with great power, richness, and sensational length, this wine will benefit from 4-5 years of bottle-age and last three decades. (RP) 96+" (12/2007)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this bottle of 2002 Sine Qua Non "Just for the Love of It" California Syrah (100RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A dead-ringer (at least aromatically) for Guigal’s single vineyard Cote Rotie La Mouline, the 2002 Just For The Love of It is the greatest California Syrah I have yet tasted. A one-thousand case blend of 96% Syrah, 2% Grenache, and 2% Viognier, it is nearly equal parts Alban, Bien Nacido, and Stolpman fruit with a small amount from both Shadow Canyon and White Hawk. It boasts a provocative perfume of creme de cassis, toast, blackberries, licorice, barbecue spice, and exotic floral scents. Extremely full-bodied, with fabulous intensity, great purity, awesome length, and a finish that lasts over a minute, this classic is a must purchase. (RP)" (08/2004)
Starting Bid: $500.00

Bid on this 3-magnum lot of 2013 Paul Lato Seabiscuit - Zotovich Vineyard Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (1.5L) (97RP, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: One of the standouts in this stacked lineup was the 2013 Pinot Noir Seabiscuit Zotovich Vineyard. Aged 16 months in 70% new French oak and the greatest Pinot Noir I've tasted from this vineyard, it offers incredible notes of cassis, raspberries, dried earth, spice and that classic saltiness that's so common from the Sta. Rita Hills. Full-bodied, layered, multi-dimensional and elegant, with perfectly integrated acidity and polished tannin, it's a fabulous Pinot Noir that will have more than a decade of longevity. Unfortunately, there were on eight barrels produced. (JD) (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1982 Shafer Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (90WS). Wine Spectator: "No tasting note given." (06/1985)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2005 Clarendon Hills "Piggott Range" Syrah South Australia (97RP, 96JH, 95WS, 93ST, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2005 Syrah Piggott Range is quite backward currently. Glass-coating, it is deep crimson in color with mineral notes, violets, spice box, black pepper, espresso, smoked game, and blueberry aromatics. Deceivingly opulent, it has enough structure to merit 8-10 years of cellaring and should make old bones. Drink it through 2035. (JM)" (10/2007)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1995 Niebaum-Coppola "Rubicon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (90WS). Wine Spectator: "Aging well, with a complex band of currant, blackberry and cherry fruit that's well-centered and deftly balanced, with just the right amount of tannins and acidity. (JL, Web Only-2005)"
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this magnum of 1994 Benziger Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L).
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1978 Beychevelle, St-Julien (91JG). John Gilman: "The 1978 Beychevelle could still do with a few more years in the cellar to fully blossom, but with a bit of extended aeration, it begins to emerge from its adolescent stage. Given the combination of the 1978 vintage’s slightly green edge and Beychevelle’s propensity to show a bit of bell pepper as well when it is still on the young side, there is a touch of herbaceousness here that may be a bit off-putting to those with a low tolerance to pyrazines. But the nose is complex and lovely at the same time, as it offers up scents of cherries, a touch of bell pepper (already moving in the direction of chipotles), cigar ash, lovely soil tones, a bit of tobacco leaf and a faint whiff of cedar. On the palate the wine is medium-full, long and complex, with fine elegance, moderate tannins, fine intensity of flavor and impressive length and grip on the tangy finish." (05/2011)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 13-bottle lot of 2010 Franc Mayne, St-Emilion (OWC - 94JS, 92WS) in original wood. James Suckling: " Fabulous aromas of crushed blueberries and minerals with flowers follow through to a full body, with solid fruit and tannin structure and a long, long finish. Very intense. Better than 2009. Try in 2017. " (02/2013)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2005 Lagrange, St-Julien (96JS, 94W&S, 94WE, 93VN, 92JG). James Suckling: "Stunning now. A fabulous nose of currants, crushed raspberry and blackberry. Full- bodied, with perfectly integrated tannins and a long, caressing finish. " (07/2014)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2006 Groth Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (93W&S, 90WE). Wine & Spirits: "Packed with red and black currant flavors, this wine has the cool, refreshing feel of the forest. Tannins frame the berry fruit, providing contrast in umami flavors of wood-ear mushrooms, both tannins and fruit lasting in a finely structured, luxurious finish. " (12/2009)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Kongsgaard Napa Valley Syrah (99RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The Syrah comes from a volcanic soil patch at Hudson Vineyard. Frost, cold and rain during bloom significantly lowered the yields this vintage. Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Syrah Hudson Vineyard has a nose of violets, black pepper and smoked bacon with black cherries and crushed blackberries at the core plus wafts of chargrill and peppered salami. Full-bodied, rich, decadent and with a lovely soft, rounded texture, it meets all your meat, spice and black fruit expectations and then some! 190 cases made (normally around 300). (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this magnum of 1995 Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 1.5L. 92 points WIne Spectator: "A seductive style, with lots of spicy, vanilla-scented oak that leads to a rich, complex core of currant, black cherry, olive and plum. The tannins are smooth and polished; supple enough to drink now, yet substantial enough to cellar short-term. Best from 2000 through 2007." (08/98)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 7-bottle tasting lot; including 2-bottles of 2002 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2-bottles of 2003 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay, 1-bottle of 2004 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay, 1-bottle of 2005 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay (92WE), and 1-bottle of 2006 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay (92JG). Of the 2005 Stony Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay, Wine Enthusiast writes: "Here's one of those rare California Chards that needs time. The wine is tight, tough and minerally in its youth, with an austerity of flavors suggesting Meyer lemons, nectarines and flint. *Cellar Selection*" (02/2008)
Starting Bid: $215.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Domaine Pierre Usseglio et Fils "Not For You" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (100JD, 98RP, 97VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "There's a single barrel of the 2016 Châteauneuf Du Pape Not For You, which is 100% Grenache from the Les Serres lieu-dit from the oldest vines of the estate. It wasn’t destemmed and spent two years in a neutral barrel. It offers an incredible bouquet of kirsch, blackberries, incense, white flowers, garrigue and spice that develops beautifully with time in the glass. Rich, powerful, full-bodied, and concentrated, it nevertheless glides over the palate with no weight, ultra-fine tannins, and a singular, exotic, lengthy style." (08/2019)
Starting Bid: $840.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Pontet-Canet, Pauillac (100JD, 100RP, (98-100WE), 98JS, 96ST, 96WS, 95DC, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "An amazing wine in every sense, this classic, full-bodied Pauillac is the quintessential Pontet Canet from proprietor Alfred Tesseron, who continues to reduce yields and farms his vineyards biodynamically – a rarity in Bordeaux. Black as a moonless night, the 2009 Pontet Canet offers up notes of incense, graphite, smoke, licorice, creme de cassis and blackberries. A wine of irrefutable purity, laser-like precision, colossal weight and richness, and sensational freshness, this is a tour de force in winemaking that is capable of lasting 50 or more years. The tannins are elevated, but they are sweet and beautifully integrated as are the acidity, wood and alcohol (which must be in excess of 14%). (RP) " (12/2011)

Bid on this 6-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2010 Travieso "La Llorona" Sonoma County White Blend, 1-bottle of 2012 Travieso "La Llorona" Sonoma County White Blend, 1-bottle of 2013 Travieso "La Llorona" Sonoma County White Blend, and 3-bottles of 2014 Travieso "La Llorona" Sonoma County White Blend. Of the 2010 Travieso "La Llorona" Sonoma County White Blend, Jeb Dunnuck on the 2010 Travieso lineup in the Wine Advocate writes: "These are pretty efforts that deliver rich, mid-weight profiles that are balanced and very drinkable." (08/2013)
