Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Realm "The Bard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (96JD, 95JS, 93RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Based mostly on Cabernet Sauvignon (87%) and a small amount of Merlot (13%), the 2017 The Bard is another ripe, sexy wine that has more sweetness of fruit than most in the vintage. Black cherries, blackberries, scorched earth, graphite, and some violets notes all dominate the nose, and it's beautifully textured and balanced on the palate. " (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Schrader "Beckstoffer Georges III" Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 96JS, 96RP, 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "Yields at Schrader are down a massive 50%, yet what they put in bottle is certainly brilliant. Starting with their 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard, it’s one of the plusher, more rounded, sexy wines in the lineup and is loaded with cassis and assorted blue fruits as well as notes of white flowers, violets, and tobacco. Full-bodied, concentrated, and opulent on the palate, it’s one big mouthful of pleasure bent fruit that’s hard to match in the vintage." (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $510.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Etude Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92JS, 92RP, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From multiple AVAs, such as Coombsville, Rutherford and St. Helena, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa is a sleeper of the vintage. It offers an opaque ruby/purple color, lots of charcoal, blackcurrant, blackberry, incense and licorice notes, full body, and an opulent, sexy personality. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $160.51

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Dalla Valle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WS, 93RP, 92ST, 92VN). Wine Spectator: "Pure, rich and polished, which is unusual for this wine at this stage, since it can be quite tannic. Intense, with a fleshy, supple core of blackberry, currant, spice, mineral and wild berry flavors. Full-bodied, picking up a nice fruity lift on the finish. (JL)" (10/2011)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this magnum of 2001 Nickel & Nickel "Sullenger Vineyard" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A stunning Cabernet, rich, pure and powerful. Blackberries, currants, oak and sweet fresh herbs flood the palate. It's a tannic wine, with a hard-edged mouthfeel, but the tannins are so sweet, it's tempting to uncork now. Drink right away, or age for 10 years and let it develop magic. " (10/2004)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Scarecrow "M. Étain" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 97JD, 94VN) in original wood. Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2018 M. Étain is another gem of a wine, and while it’s billed as a second wine of Scarecrow, it has a style all its own. The 2018 is reminiscent of a great Saint-Julien, with its purity and elegance paired with textbook Cabernet notes of crème de cassis, crushed violets, earth, and liquid rock-like minerality. It’s just as gorgeous on the palate and has a full-bodied, seamless, ultra-pure texture, ripe yet present tannins, and a great finish. As with the Grand Vin, it offers pleasure today but is going to be better with 3-5 years of bottle age. You can’t go wrong with either of these releases from Scarecrow, and this is another brilliant release from winemaker Celia Welch." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $365.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1997 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 97WS, 95WE, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "An inky/plum/purple color is accompanied by a stunning bouquet of violets, charcoal, creme de cassis and a hint of toast. Prodigious when it hits the palate with a full-bodied expansiveness, there is not a hard edge to be found in the 1997, only velvety tannins, compelling depth and fruit intensity, and stunning purity. It is a perfect expression of Napa viticulture and wine that should continue to age effortlessly for two decades or more. (RP)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $840.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1985 Mayacamas Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95JG, 95VN). Vinous: "The 1985 Cabernet Sauvignon is all about silkiness and grace. Although not one of the eternal wines at Mayacamas, the 1985 is a great choice for drinking now. Today, the 1985 is sensual, perfumed and light on its feet. (AG)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 94VN, 94WS, 93ST). Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard bursts onto the palate with mocha, spices, dark fruit, new leather, all of which come together seamlessly in the glass. There are plenty of tannins here, but the fruit is so textured they are barely perceptible. The 2009 is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Futo Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 96VN, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Proprietary Red Estate is a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot and 6% Merlot. It offers sweet blackcurrant and blueberry fruit intermixed with hints of toast and white flowers, beautiful body and a savory personality. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $405.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 1" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the west side of St. Helena, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon No. 1 had extended maceration of skins for 44 days and then was aged in French oak, 59% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it explodes with bombastic blackberry compote, crème de cassis and boysenberries scents, followed by suggestions of cumin seed, cardamom, rosemary roasted lamb and unsmoked cigars plus a hint of pencil lead. Full-bodied, bold and decadently rich in the mouth, it delivers impactful black fruit preserves layers and loads of savory accents, supported by firm yet plush tannins and tons of freshness, finishing on a lingering earthy note. Although it delivers a hedonic experience right now, give it a good 5 years in bottle to get the wow factor and drink it over the next 20+ years. (LPB) 97+" (02/2021)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 93ST, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This wine has filled out very nicely. Nearly 3, 000 cases were produced of this flowery, tar, camphor, incense, blackberry, black currant, espresso and chocolate-scented beauty. A blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, a whopping 22% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, this full-bodied, opulent 2003 is just entering its plateau of full maturity. It is better at age ten than it was early in life from cask and post-bottling. (RP)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Eisele "Altagracia" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JS, 95RP, 92WS). James Suckling: "Lots of violets and dark berries with sweet underbrush and fresh mushrooms, following through to a medium to full body, soft and silky tannins and a succulent and refined finish. It remains supple and beautiful. Hard not to drink now." (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $107.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Darioush "Darius II" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (96RP, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Once again, the top wine in the vintage for Darioush is their 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Darius II. This is a stunner and compelling, a powerful, classic Cabernet Sauvignon with an opaque purple color and notes of incense, graphite, crème de cassis and blackberry. It is long and rich, with an extra dimension compared to the 2014 version. This wine is accessible now, but should be even better after 3-4 years of cellaring and last 25 or more years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97DC, 97JS, 94ST, 94VN, 93RP, 93WS). James Suckling: "Fabulous floral aromas of currants, flowers, stones and rosemary stem. Purity. Full body with a fabulous backbone of chewy tannins with a gorgeous austerity. Elegance with power. This needs at least three or four more years." (05/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 1992 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars "Cask 23" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "All of the other current and up-coming releases are outstanding. The 1992 Cask 23 (as of November 16, there were still magnums and 750 ml. formats available at the winery) boasts a dense, black/ruby/purple color, and a knock-out bouquet of black fruits, smoke, chocolate, and licorice. Like all Cask 23's, it is exceedingly easy to drink, with a voluptuous texture, fabulously rich, expansive, sweet (from extract not sugar) flavors, and silky tannin in the finish. (RP)" (12/1995)
Starting Bid: $151.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 95WS, 94RP). Elegance and beauty for a Schrader. " (07/2015)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this bottle of 2009 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95VN, 93ST, 92WS). Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard is sumptuous and layered, with plenty of the aromatic nuances that are typical of this site. Ripe red fruit, flowers, spices and licorice are some of the notes that flow from this refined, finessed Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2009 impresses for its dazzling purity and finesse. The blend is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP, 97DC, 96VN, 96WE, 96WS, 95JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is still very tight and youthful, slowly unfurling to reveal a multifaceted wine with tons of black, blue and red fruit sparks—plums, cherries, black currants and red currants—with dark chocolate, cedar chest, black tea and red roses in the background plus wafts of pencil lead and prosciutto. Medium-bodied and firmly textured by superbly ripe, grainy tannins, it has a fantastic core of intense, complex layers, finishing on an edifying mineral note. Wow! (LPB)" (10/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Scarecrow "M. Étain" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 94JD, 94RP, 94VN) in original wood. Vinous: "Scarecrow's 2015 M. Etain is plush, rich and inviting, all of which make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Super-ripe red cherry, plum, spice and sweet floral notes all build as this racy, voluptuous wine shows off its alluring personality. Dense and explosive, the M. Etain will also give readers a very good idea of what is in store with Scarecrow. The 2015 is flat-out delicious. If you can find it, don't miss it. (AG)" (03/2018)
Starting Bid: $320.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Evidence "Bruadair Vineyard" Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "From a high-elevation site, this impressively structured wine is cofermented with 8% Malbec and explodes in tones of black pepper, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. It is smooth and tingling in acidity, yet also shows length and breadth. *Cellar Selection* (VB)" (11/2019)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Bevan "Dr. Crane Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard was aged for 19 months in French oak barrels, 100% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it sashays out of the glass with flamboyant scents of redcurrant jelly, Black Forest cake, blackcurrant pastilles and rose oil with suggestions of cast-iron pan, pencil lead and tilled soil plus a waft of fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated with firm, exquisitely ripe, fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, it delivers an incredible mineral and perfumed red fruit firework display finish. Fans of Dr. Crane are going to LOVE this expression, masterfully crafted by Russell Bevan—an absolute must-try! (LPB) " (02/2021)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 96CG, 96VN, 95JS, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored with a lingering hint of purple, the 2007 Insignia Proprietary Red Wine reveals the most seductive crème de cassis, Black Forest cake and licorice notions with touches of violets, eucalyptus, chocolate box and unsmoked cigars plus a waft of cedar chest. Full-bodied with tantalizing opulence yet compelling restraint, the palate beautifully juxtaposes the rich, ripe fruit with wonderful freshness and a firm yet plush backbone, finishing beautifully perfumed. (LPB)" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2003 Pride Mountain Napa-Sonoma Counties Cabernet Sauvignon (91CG, 90ST, 90W&S). Connoisseurs Guide: "This impressive, generously filled and very solid young wine is at once both powerful and remarkably well-balanced and delivers loads of optimally ripened, curranty fruit juxtaposed with just the right measure of complementary oak. It is quite full on the palate and comes complete with lots of Cabernet tannins, but even as astringency crowds in at the finish, its confident fruit refuses to quit. It is not, nor will ever be the picture of elegance, but its stunning depth and keen varietal precision raise great expectations for a most handsome maturity some eight to ten years hence. " (12/2005)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2017 Venge "Silencieux" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WE) and 1-bottle of 2018 Austin Hope Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon (95WE). Of the 2018 Austin Hope Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, Wine Enthusiast writes: "Quite dark in the glass, this reliable crowd-pleaser begins with hearty aromas of black currant, black plum, lush oak and caramel, accented by a hint of olive and loads of clove and nutmeg. The mouthfeel is hearty and rich, with just enough tannic weight to balance the creamy black-cherry, caramel and chocolate-ice-cream flavors, which lead to an oaky finish. (MK)" (12/2020)
Starting Bid: $67.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Terlato "Episode" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Even better is the 2013 Terlato Episode Proprietary Red, which exhibits plenty of licorice, underbrush, forest floor, blue and black fruits, and a lusty, medium to full-bodied, opulent mouthfeel. (RP) 92+" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 O'Shaughnessy Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The fabulous 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder is another glorious example of mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, its opaque purple color is followed by a meaty, bloody, prime rib-like character intermixed with crème de cassis and floral notes. Deep, full-bodied, opulent and incredibly intense and pure, it is superb example of Cabernet Sauvignon from Mt. Veeder. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $141.69

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94VN, 94W&S, 93JS, 90ST). Vinous: "Savory herbs, menthol, smoke and licorice are some of the aromas that open up in the glass in the 2011 Dominus. This is a relatively immediate, expressive Dominus with plenty of near-term appeal. The style is open and succulent for the year, with lovely balance and poise. Crushed rose petals and dried herbs linger in the close. With time in the glass, the 2011 fleshes out nicely. In 2011 Dominus is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 98VN, 97DC, 96RP). Vinous: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is a towering majestic wine. Rich, powerful and yet massively tannic, the 2013 possesses a stunning combination of super-ripe fruit, bright acids and plenty of supporting structure. In the early going, the Howell Mountain is a bit reticent, especially next to the Trailer, but after several hours, the vibrancy of the Howell Mountain bottling dazzles. Dunn's Howell Mountain Cabernet is without question one of the wines of the great 2013 vintage. Randy and Mike Dunn's 2013s are off the charts. (AG) 98+" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 10" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 96RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Also all Cabernet, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon JCB #10 is slightly deeper purple-hued and offers a more blockbuster styled bouquet of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, scorched earth, and graphite, with full-bodied, richness, beautiful purity, great tannins, and a balanced, layered, age-worthy style. It needs 4-5 years of bottle age and will evolve for 30 years or more." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this magnum of 1987 Dunn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (93WS, 91RP, 90ST). Wine Spectator: "Attractive for its deep, rich fruit and spicy aromas, this is very young, intense and complex, with tiers of currant, plum and black cherry flavors and toasty oak notes. Stylish, very complete and firmly tannic on the finish, but it should reward cellaring..." (11/1990)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Araujo "Altagracia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Altagracia is surprisingly huge in this vintage. Layers of exotic black fruit, spices, mocha and espresso burst onto the palate with striking depth, power and richness. There is an immediacy to the 2010 that is simply compelling. No longer a true second wine, Altagracia now also includes a small amount of purchased fruit and is being crafted to stand on its own. The 2010 achieves that, and so much more. It is a fabulous effort from the team at Araujo. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $264.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Lewelling "Wight Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (94JD, 94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Wight ratchets up the concentration level. The fruit is deeper, denser, the wine slightly fuller-bodied, but nevertheless shares the same style of licorice, crème de cassis, cedar wood and well-integrated, subtle oak. The poor person’s Screaming Eagle? (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $248.00

Bid on this magnum of 2008 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (93RP, 93WS, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Proprietary Red Wine blend (essentially a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated wine with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec blended in) has a more opaque/purple color. With more graphite, blueberry and lilac notes, sweet tannin, medium to full body, and an elegant, gracious feel, it is more restrained than previous examples but has no shortage of richness and concentration. It looks to be a beauty in a Bordeaux style, with sweet tannins but loads of fruit – unmistakably California but French in structure. (RP)" (12/2010)
Starting Bid: $235.00

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95WS, 94JS, 92CG). Wine Spectator: "Beautifully proportioned, rich in dark berry, dusty cedar and loamy earth, black licorice, herb, olive and tobacco notes, with all the pieces fitting together nicely, ending in a long, tapered aftertaste. (JL, Web-2016)"
Starting Bid: $176.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2002 Diamond Creek "Red Rock Terrace" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97WE, 96RP, 96W&S, 92CG). Wine Enthusiast: "The most complete and compelling of Diamond Creek’s trio of ’02s, combining the opulent accessibility of Gravelly Meadow with the power and authority of Volcanic Hill. The aromas of cassis, red currants, cedar, tobacco and cigar box lead to massively packed Cabernet flavors wrapped in huge, dusty tannins. The wine is so balanced, so distinguished and complete. Decant now if you must drink it, but it should start to mellow by 2008, and then peak and hold through 2015 at least. *Cellar Selection* " (08/2006)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this bottle of 2005 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95CG, 95RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "While this might not be the blockbuster one would expect, there is outstanding depth, purity and overall texture and ripeness. Again, terrific acidity gives the wine vigor and precision, despite a lofty 15.2% alcohol. The wine is fresh and pure, with black raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, some white floral notes, and the telltale forest floor. This is a wine to drink over the next 10-15+ years. Pahlmeyer’s wines age well, as I am still working off the 1995 and 1996 Proprietary Reds, which remain in great shape. (RP)" (06/2015)
Starting Bid: $133.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2000 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (90RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2000 is a mid-weight, elegant effort with lots of black currant, violet, earth and forest floor characteristics. Medium-bodied with excellent ripeness and sweet tannins, it is one of the more successful wines I have tasted from this vintage. (RP)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $471.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard, from the red soils of the Oakville Corridor and eastern hillsides overlooking Screaming Eagle and Rudd Estate, is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Blackberry, blueberry, crushed rock and white flower aromas soar from the glass of this stunningly rich, full-bodied wine. One of the most concentrated and potentially long-lived wines of the vintage, it is unquestionably a candidate for wine of the vintage. It is richer and more backward than the Insignia, but stunningly multidimensional, built like a skyscraper, and staggeringly profound. Wow! What an amazing wine. Forget it for another 4-5 years and drink it over the following quarter century. For statisticians, the 2003 Insignia finished with 14.4% alcohol and the Backus, 14.3%. (RP) 98+" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $490.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JS, 97JD, 97RP, 96VN, 95DC, 94WE). James Suckling: "Loads of dark tobacco aromas with blackcurrants and black olives. Boysenberries, too. Full to medium body, ultra-fine tannins and lots of flavors of smoke, dried roasted chillis, black truffles, mushrooms and fruit. Bright acidity on the finish. Sexy and subtle austerity. Alluring. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2015 Lewelling "Wight Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD). Jeb Dunnuck: "The flagship cuvee from this estate is the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Wight Vineyard and it’s always a cellar selection of top lots from the estate vintage. I was able to taste this cuvee from two bottles and this is an undeniably majestic, ethereal effort from the Weight Family. Huge amounts of blue fruits, spring flowers, sandalwood, lavender, and potpourri notes all literally soar from the glass and this beauty has just about everything you could want in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Bravo!" (12/2017)
Starting Bid: $280.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Evidence "Bruadair Vineyard" Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 95WE). Jeb Dunnuck: "There are a scant 200 cases of the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder, which is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Malbec, all brought up in 80% new French oak. Harvested all pre-fire, its deep purple/ruby color is followed by a great nose of both red and blue fruits as well as notes of candied orange, violets, bouquet garni, and herbes de Provence. It’s a beauty aromatically and hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish. The 2017 Vintage was difficult for the valley, but you’d never know it by tasting this beauty." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $60.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Bond "Vecina" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 100RP, 98VN, 95ST, 94JS, 94W&S, 94WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A perfect wine, the 2007 Vecina provides a prodigious display of blackberries, charcoal, black currants, burning embers and a La Mission-Haut-Brion-like hot rock/gravelly character. The most tannic as well as most concentrated and layered of the 2007s, this is a long-term, but utterly brilliant wine. In many ways it reminds me of the Harlan Estate itself given its prodigious build and potential for extended longevity. It merits 4-5 years of bottle age and should drink well for three decades thereafter. Drink through 2040. (RP)" (12/2010)

Bid on this bottle of 1992 Spottswoode Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The year 1992 was the second most abundant year for Spottswoode, producing 5, 713 cases, with the final blend 6% Cabernet Franc and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon. This was a classic Napa vintage with abundant fruit and high yields. Spottswoode made a magnificent example. With a dark ruby/purple/garnet-colored wine to the rim, this wine is stunningly rich, with floral-infused blackcurrant and blackberry fruit, a hint of chocolate and toast. Terrific aromatics are followed by an equally impressive full-bodied wine, with stunningly sweet, velvety tannins, enormous fruit and stature, and a long, long finish. This is brilliant and still somewhat of a late adolescent... (RP)" (08/2016)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Cornerstone "Oakville Station" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (92CG, 92W&S, 91WE). Wine & Spirits: "This wine hits the mouth with vibrant flavors of red and black currants, then begins to evolve with scents of violets, black cherries and green figs. It’s zesty and long, with the kind of game scents in the tannins that point it directly toward roast duck. (JG)" (12/2020)
Starting Bid: $190.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Carter "Los Compadres - Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard Los Compadres is sensational stuff, offering remarkable notes of blackcurrants, spicy oak, lead pencil, gravelly earth, and chocolate. This beauty just screams Cabernet Sauvignon and has full-bodied richness, a powerful, stacked mid-palate, loads of tannins, and a great finish. While it’s a big, opulent wine, it’s still packs beautiful structure and is going to benefit from bottle age. Bravo to this team for another stunning wine in their lineup. 98+" (06/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 94RP, 94WS, 92CG). James Suckling: "This is mind-blowing on the nose with sweet tobacco, chocolate, cedar, cigar box, and licorice. Full-bodied and round with a bright and velvety tannin structure. Bid on this bottle of 2016 Carter "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard - La Verdad" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard La Verdad has a very deep purple-black color and reveals slightly subdued, youthful notes of crushed blueberries, warm black cherries and mulberries with hints of blackcurrant cordial, stewed black tea, wilted roses and fragrant soil. Wow—the palate explodes with very primary yet incredibly exciting, densely packed muscular black fruits, framed with a brick house of super ripe tannins and seamless freshness, finishing very long and incredibly cerebral. Yes, yes, yes! (LPB)" (10/2018)

Bid on this magnum of 1991 Opus One Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (96DC, 92RP, 92VN). Decanter: "The first year in their own winery, with a winemaking team that still had input from both Bordeaux and Napa, with Patrick Léon and Tim Mondavi. The richness is immediately apparent, and straight away this feels like they were marking the beginning of a new era. There is a powerful core of black fruits, and this is a great wine that is still full of life. 33 days skin contact. This was a cool and slow growing season, with a large crop and late harvest. It was the first express-built gravity flow winery in Napa, and at €27 million controversially expensive at the time. (JA)" (09/2019)
