Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2013 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (91WS) and 1-bottle of 2014 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L). Of the 2013 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L), Wine Spectator writes: "Rich and gutsy, with a seam of elegance and refinement that lets the juicy plum, blueberry and wild berry flavors shine amid a dense core of earth notes and chewy, herb-tinged tannins. Drink now through 2030. (JL)" (11/2016)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Realm "The Bard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (96JD, 95JS, 93RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Based mostly on Cabernet Sauvignon (87%) and a small amount of Merlot (13%), the 2017 The Bard is another ripe, sexy wine that has more sweetness of fruit than most in the vintage. Black cherries, blackberries, scorched earth, graphite, and some violets notes all dominate the nose, and it's beautifully textured and balanced on the palate. " (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Ojai "Roll Ranch Vineyard" California Syrah (96CG, 92JD, 91RP, 90WE). Connoisseurs Guide: "A perennial CGCW favorite when it comes to top-flight Syrah, Ojai Vineyard grabs the gold ring once again in 2005. The latest Roll Ranch bottling is a dense, compellingly fruited effort whose classic mix of blackberries, dark earth, white pepper, sweet oak and game tags it as this Issue's most exciting. It is at once both supple and sturdy with lots of heft on the palate, and, while its ample tannins are impossible to miss, they never threaten its keen, long-lasting fruit. As plain as the wine's many virtues may be, this is not one for drinking anytime soon, and those who are able to store a few bottles in the cellar will certainly want to exercise at least five years of patience. *Three Star*" (11/2009)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Rochioli "Three Corner" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir ((93-95RP), 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Pinot Noir Three Corners possesses an extra level of concentration compared to its siblings. It is also more backward, structured and masculine as well as super-concentrated. Again, Tom Rochioli has pulled-off the magic of sweet tannins and well-integrated acidity and wood. This spicy, pure, rich, medium to full-bodied 2013 should drink nicely for 12-15+ years. This enviable iconic winery in the heart of the Russian River Valley, on Westside Road, has a long, justifiable and hard-earned reputation for impeccable quality as well as grape growing. It is always a thrill to taste the wines from Tom Rochioli. (RP) 93-95+" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $189.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Eisele "Altagracia" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JS, 95RP, 92WS). James Suckling: "Lots of violets and dark berries with sweet underbrush and fresh mushrooms, following through to a medium to full body, soft and silky tannins and a succulent and refined finish. It remains supple and beautiful. Hard not to drink now." (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $107.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Darioush "Darius II" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (96RP, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Once again, the top wine in the vintage for Darioush is their 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Darius II. This is a stunner and compelling, a powerful, classic Cabernet Sauvignon with an opaque purple color and notes of incense, graphite, crème de cassis and blackberry. It is long and rich, with an extra dimension compared to the 2014 version. This wine is accessible now, but should be even better after 3-4 years of cellaring and last 25 or more years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2018 Caymus Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. There's no wine like Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2018 vintage shows in spades what this brand is all about. Luxurious opulence on an unrivaled scale defines this wine year in and year out. Dark, super-ripe fruit lays over sleek, rich texture with additional complexity coming in form of cola, chinese five spice, mocha, and molasses. Legions of hard-core Caymus fans will not be disappointed by this latest rendition!
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97DC, 97JS, 94ST, 94VN, 93RP, 93WS). James Suckling: "Fabulous floral aromas of currants, flowers, stones and rosemary stem. Purity. Full body with a fabulous backbone of chewy tannins with a gorgeous austerity. Elegance with power. This needs at least three or four more years." (05/2014)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 94VN, 94WS, 93ST). Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard bursts onto the palate with mocha, spices, dark fruit, new leather, all of which come together seamlessly in the glass. There are plenty of tannins here, but the fruit is so textured they are barely perceptible. The 2009 is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Futo Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 96VN, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Proprietary Red Estate is a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot and 6% Merlot. It offers sweet blackcurrant and blueberry fruit intermixed with hints of toast and white flowers, beautiful body and a savory personality. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $405.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 1" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the west side of St. Helena, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon No. 1 had extended maceration of skins for 44 days and then was aged in French oak, 59% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it explodes with bombastic blackberry compote, crème de cassis and boysenberries scents, followed by suggestions of cumin seed, cardamom, rosemary roasted lamb and unsmoked cigars plus a hint of pencil lead. Full-bodied, bold and decadently rich in the mouth, it delivers impactful black fruit preserves layers and loads of savory accents, supported by firm yet plush tannins and tons of freshness, finishing on a lingering earthy note. Although it delivers a hedonic experience right now, give it a good 5 years in bottle to get the wow factor and drink it over the next 20+ years. (LPB) 97+" (02/2021)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this bottle of 1991 Silver Oak "Bonny's Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Bonny's Vineyard was planted by Silver Oak founders Bonny and Justin Meyer in 1974 on a gravelly, four-acre plot in the Oakville district of Napa Valley. It was a much-heralded bottling for Silver Oak over the course of two decades, and the vineyard is now bottled under its own label by the Meyers. A rare addition to any Silver Oak collection.
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2007 DuMol "Finn" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95RP, 94CG, 94ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "My highest score goes to the 2007 Pinot Noir Finn, which comes from the Occidental, Widdoes, and Sonoma State vineyards. A brilliant, juicy, succulent effort, it boasts a terrific full-bodied texture, layers of black cherry, raspberry, and cola aromas and flavors, a dark ruby/purple color, and a backward yet irresistible style. This big, rich Pinot Noir is capable of lasting 15-20 years. (RP)" (02/2010)
Starting Bid: $350.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 93ST, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This wine has filled out very nicely. Nearly 3, 000 cases were produced of this flowery, tar, camphor, incense, blackberry, black currant, espresso and chocolate-scented beauty. A blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, a whopping 22% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, this full-bodied, opulent 2003 is just entering its plateau of full maturity. It is better at age ten than it was early in life from cask and post-bottling. (RP)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Sine Qua Non "Five Shooter" Central Coast Syrah (98RP, 98VN, 94ST). Vinous: "I have tasted the 2010 Syrah Five Shooter on numerous occasions, and it has never been anything less than stellar. A stunning, expressive bouquet melds into layers of dark fruit, black pepper, sage, menthol, minerals and spices, all supported by intense graphite and melted road tar undertones. The wine seems to gain intensity with time in the glass, leading to a huge, explosive, saline-infused finish. The 2010 Syrah Five Shooter is a stunner from Sine Qua Non. The blend is 85% Syrah, 5% Grenache, 5% Roussanne, 3% Petite Sirah and 2% Viognier, with a total of 20% whole clusters, that spent 22 months in French oak barrels, about 59% new. (AG)" (07/2013)
Starting Bid: $430.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Schrader "Beckstoffer Georges III" Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 96JS, 96RP, 93WS). Jeb Dunnuck: "Yields at Schrader are down a massive 50%, yet what they put in bottle is certainly brilliant. Starting with their 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard, it’s one of the plusher, more rounded, sexy wines in the lineup and is loaded with cassis and assorted blue fruits as well as notes of white flowers, violets, and tobacco. Full-bodied, concentrated, and opulent on the palate, it’s one big mouthful of pleasure bent fruit that’s hard to match in the vintage." (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $510.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2010 Calera "Jensen Vineyard" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (96RP, 95W&S, 94ST, 93WE, 92VN, 91BH) and 1-bottle of 2011 Calera "Jensen" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (91WS). Of the 2010 Calera "Jensen Vineyard" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "More rich and structured, yet still sexy and voluptuous, the 2010 Pinot Noir Jensen Vineyard offers up a complex array of underbrush, black cherry, framboise, crushed flowers, toast and spice on both the nose and palate. Easily one of the most impressive Pinot Noirs I’ve tasted from California, this ethereally textured, tannic effort should be given 3-4 years of bottle age and then consumed over the following decade or more. (JD)" (08/2013)

Bid on this bottle of 1992 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars "Cask 23" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "All of the other current and up-coming releases are outstanding. The 1992 Cask 23 (as of November 16, there were still magnums and 750 ml. formats available at the winery) boasts a dense, black/ruby/purple color, and a knock-out bouquet of black fruits, smoke, chocolate, and licorice. Like all Cask 23's, it is exceedingly easy to drink, with a voluptuous texture, fabulously rich, expansive, sweet (from extract not sugar) flavors, and silky tannin in the finish. (RP)" (12/1995)
Starting Bid: $151.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Occidental "SWK Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (98RP, 98VN). Vinous: "A wine that was ethereal and alluring from tank, the 2015 Pinot Noir SWK Vineyard has come together beautifully since I last tasted it. Exotic, thrilling aromatics set the stage for a brilliant, utterly impeccable wine long on class and nuance. Racy and plush, with tremendous flavor intensity and tons of supporting minerality, the 2015 simply has it all. This is another magnificent wine from Steve Kistler and Occidental. (AG)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Saxum "Broken Stones" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (96RP, 93VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Even more perfumed and up-front aromatically, the 2010 Broken Stones is a brilliant effort. A multi-vineyard blend of 63% Syrah, 19% Mourvedre, 15% Grenache, and 3% Petite Sirah that was aged mostly in new French oak, it offers up a gorgeously pure array of black raspberry, charcoal, licorice, lavender, and assorted floral qualities on the nose. This flows to a full-bodied, deft, and elegant palate that has no hard edges, a weightless feel, and masses of fine, yet firm tannin on the finish. Give bottles another year or three, and then drink over the following 12-15 years. (JD)" (07/2014)
Starting Bid: $97.01

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1994 Sebastiani "Cherryblock - Old Vines" Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (90WS). Wine Spectator: "A dark, rich and complex style that captures ripe fruit flavors with a sense of elegance and grace, weaving black cherry, wild berry, anise, currant, spice and cedary notes into a supple and compelling wine. Tannins are well integrated and there's a flash of mineral on the aftertaste. (JL)" (10/1998)
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 93ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2005 Les Pavots (3, 600 cases of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot) is a sensational wine, with a style that suggests a hypothetical blend of a great St.-Emilion and Pomerol. Chocolatey cassis notes intermixed with incense, licorice, and a hint of black olive are present in this wine. When it hits the palate, it comes across as very Pomerol-like, with lushness, full body, and opulence. The tannins are sweet, the pH high, and the wine gorgeously full, pure, dense, and long. It’s a terrific example of non-interventionalist winemaking that has turned out a beautiful, silky-textured wine that should age effortlessly for 15+ years. (RP)" (12/2007)
Starting Bid: $375.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2008 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99WE, 97RP, 96ST, 94WS). Wine Enthusiast: "The flagship wine from Quilceda Creek offers exotic scents of plum, cassis, loam, coffee and pine sap, a rich and evocative blend. The wine delivers all that is promised and more; it is deep and dense with flavor, polished, focused and persistent. Vanilla, espresso, fine tannins, luscious acids and cascading fruits. *Editors' Choice* (PG)" (02/2012)
Starting Bid: $345.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Dalla Valle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WS, 93RP, 92ST, 92VN). Wine Spectator: "Pure, rich and polished, which is unusual for this wine at this stage, since it can be quite tannic. Intense, with a fleshy, supple core of blackberry, currant, spice, mineral and wild berry flavors. Full-bodied, picking up a nice fruity lift on the finish. (JL)" (10/2011)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Of the 2017 Williams Selyem Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Wine Enthusiast writes: "This wine has a fresh, bubbly personality that’s complemented by complex, earthy undertones of rose and forest floor. The tannins offer grip to the palate, adding texture and weight within a framework of balanced acidity. (VB)" (05/2019)

Bid on this magnum of 2001 Nickel & Nickel "Sullenger Vineyard" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A stunning Cabernet, rich, pure and powerful. Blackberries, currants, oak and sweet fresh herbs flood the palate. It's a tannic wine, with a hard-edged mouthfeel, but the tannins are so sweet, it's tempting to uncork now. Drink right away, or age for 10 years and let it develop magic. " (10/2004)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (97JS, 95JG, 95RP, 94ST, 94VN, 94W&S). James Suckling: "Blueberries, currants and flowers. The nose just pops out. Intense. Full body, with a round and velvety tannin structure and lots of currants, ripe strawberries. Very intense every. Black pepper at the finish. Muscular yet toned. Very structured yet balanced. This needs a minimum of four to five years of aging. Paul Draper says that perhaps this is as great as the legendary 1991. Made for aging." (05/2012)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2006 Colgin "Cariad" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (98RP, 96JS, 94WS, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the stars of the vintage, this thrilling, opaque purple-colored wine offers up sweet espresso, jus de viande, blackberry, blueberry, flower and chocolate aromas. A fabulous texture, tremendous purity, sensational brightness and authoritative flavor intensity allied to striking complexity and elegance are the signature of this creative blend from the David Abreu vineyards of Thorevilos and Madrona Ranch. Six hundred cases were produced. Give this wine another 3-4 years of cellaring and enjoy it over the following 15+. (RP)" (06/2011)

It offers an opaque ruby/purple color, lots of charcoal, blackcurrant, blackberry, incense and licorice notes, full body, and an opulent, sexy personality. (RP)" (10/2014)

Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard is sumptuous and layered, with plenty of the aromatic nuances that are typical of this site. Ripe red fruit, flowers, spices and licorice are some of the notes that flow from this refined, finessed Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2009 impresses for its dazzling purity and finesse. Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Pax "Sonoma Hillsides" Sonoma County Syrah (100VN, 94DC). Vinous: "The 2016 Syrah Sonoma-Hillsides has been nothing less than stunning on the three occasions I have tasted it so far. A wine of extraordinary purity and depth, the 2016 dazzles from the very first taste. The richness and power are simply breathtaking. Bacon fat, smoke, grilled herb and lavender are woven into a graceful, seamless core of inky blue/purplish fruit. Even with all of its intensity, the 2016 remains remarkably light on its feet. The Sonoma-Hillsides is a blend of fruit from Castelli-Knight Ranch, Griffin's Lair and Walker Vine Hill, done with 100% whole clusters and aged in a combination of concrete and neutral oak, with no SO2. (AG)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP, 97DC, 96VN, 96WE, 96WS, 95JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is still very tight and youthful, slowly unfurling to reveal a multifaceted wine with tons of black, blue and red fruit sparks—plums, cherries, black currants and red currants—with dark chocolate, cedar chest, black tea and red roses in the background plus wafts of pencil lead and prosciutto. Medium-bodied and firmly textured by superbly ripe, grainy tannins, it has a fantastic core of intense, complex layers, finishing on an edifying mineral note. Wow! (LPB)" (10/2018)

Deep garnet-purple colored, it sashays out of the glass with flamboyant scents of redcurrant jelly, Black Forest cake, blackcurrant pastilles and rose oil with suggestions of cast-iron pan, pencil lead and tilled soil plus a waft of fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated with firm, exquisitely ripe, fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, it delivers an incredible mineral and perfumed red fruit firework display finish. Full-bodied with tantalizing opulence yet compelling restraint, the palate beautifully juxtaposes the rich, ripe fruit with wonderful freshness and a firm yet plush backbone, finishing beautifully perfumed. (LPB)" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2003 Pride Mountain Napa-Sonoma Counties Cabernet Sauvignon (91CG, 90ST, 90W&S). Connoisseurs Guide: "This impressive, generously filled and very solid young wine is at once both powerful and remarkably well-balanced and delivers loads of optimally ripened, curranty fruit juxtaposed with just the right measure of complementary oak. It is quite full on the palate and comes complete with lots of Cabernet tannins, but even as astringency crowds in at the finish, its confident fruit refuses to quit. It is not, nor will ever be the picture of elegance, but its stunning depth and keen varietal precision raise great expectations for a most handsome maturity some eight to ten years hence. " (12/2005)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Terlato "Episode" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Even better is the 2013 Terlato Episode Proprietary Red, which exhibits plenty of licorice, underbrush, forest floor, blue and black fruits, and a lusty, medium to full-bodied, opulent mouthfeel. Bid on this bottle of 2012 O'Shaughnessy Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The fabulous 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder is another glorious example of mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, its opaque purple color is followed by a meaty, bloody, prime rib-like character intermixed with crème de cassis and floral notes. Deep, full-bodied, opulent and incredibly intense and pure, it is superb example of Cabernet Sauvignon from Mt. Veeder. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $141.69

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2003 Quilceda Creek Washington Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97WE, 95ST, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another wine I’ve had multiple times recently, the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Merlot) is pure perfection in a glass and yields off-the-hook aromatics of cassis, black raspberries, tobacco leaf, pepper and licorice. Deep, layered and even elegant, with a seamless texture that conceals the sheer wealth of material present, it builds through the mid-palate, possesses huge amounts of extract and masses of polished tannin on the finish. Despite the overall size, it never loses its Cabernet Sauvignon soul and has an almost Bordeaux-like savoriness and tannic frame. Still young (yet gorgeous none the less), it can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 10-15+ years. (JD)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94VN, 94W&S, 93JS, 90ST). Vinous: "Savory herbs, menthol, smoke and licorice are some of the aromas that open up in the glass in the 2011 Dominus. This is a relatively immediate, expressive Dominus with plenty of near-term appeal. The style is open and succulent for the year, with lovely balance and poise. Crushed rose petals and dried herbs linger in the close. With time in the glass, the 2011 fleshes out nicely. In 2011 Dominus is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Colgin "Cariad" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JS, 100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 550-cases of the perfect 2007 Cariad (original rating was 99), a blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and the rest equal parts Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. One of northern California’s watershed vintages for Bordeaux varietals, according to Allison Tauziet, this wine revealed great potential from the day the first grapes were crushed. It possesses a dense purple color, massive fruit, soft but high tannin, and a structural profile somewhat similar to the 2002. There appears to be more underlying minerality in the 2007, but the sweetness of the tannin, the enormous concentration of fruit (blackberry, blueberry, cherry) intermixed with graphite, chocolate, coffee and crushed rock characteristics is striking. (RP)" (06/2011)
Starting Bid: $770.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (100RP, 99JS, 96DC, 95VN, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Always one of the most unique in the lineup, the 2014 Syrah Bionic Frog is phenomenal stuff any way you look at it. Cold fireplace, charred meat, tapenade, shiitake and loads of dark, earthy fruit all emerge from this full-bodied, tight, backward and beautifully concentrated Syrah that readers just need to taste. Incredibly long, elegant, building and heavenly juicy, don't miss a chance to get some of this! It needs 3-5 years of cellaring and is going to blow you away over the following two decades. Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2003 Paloma Napa Valley Merlot (90WS). Wine Spectator: "Impeccably balanced, with rich, vibrant, intense currant, fresh earth, black cherry and blackberry fruit that's well-focused. The tannins and cedary nutmeg-laced oak add a firm edge on the finish. Best to cellar short-term or decant. (JL)" (12/2005)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 10" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 96RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Also all Cabernet, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon JCB #10 is slightly deeper purple-hued and offers a more blockbuster styled bouquet of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, scorched earth, and graphite, with full-bodied, richness, beautiful purity, great tannins, and a balanced, layered, age-worthy style. It needs 4-5 years of bottle age and will evolve for 30 years or more." (01/2021)

Bid on this magnum of 1987 Dunn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (93WS, 91RP, 90ST). Wine Spectator: "Attractive for its deep, rich fruit and spicy aromas, this is very young, intense and complex, with tiers of currant, plum and black cherry flavors and toasty oak notes. Stylish, very complete and firmly tannic on the finish, but it should reward cellaring..." (11/1990)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 400 cases of the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard, which is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot. This comes from the backstreets of St. Helena and the site basically looks like a quarry with its extreme gravelly soils. The wine is made from clone 337, which may be my favorite of the Cabernet clones. As I have said before, this is a Mission Haut-Brion on steroids – an incredibly fabulous wine with notes of scorched earth, charcoal embers, blackberry and blueberry fruit, an almost endless mouthfeel with powerful fruit, but elegance as well as purity. A thoroughly flawless and seamless full-bodied wine with 30 years of upside, this is pure perfection. If you have the patience, try to hold off for a couple of years, as this is one of the more structured of the 2014s. (RP)" (12/2016)
