Bid on this bottle of 2002 Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru (93BH, 92WE, 90VN). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Crushed and very spicy black, intensely pinot fruit aromas blend into intense, sweet, dusty, relatively round and elegant flavors that display plenty of ripe soil and mineral nuances, superb density and outstanding finishing complexity. This is most impressive as the finish goes on and on. In short, this is extremely classy juice that offers outstanding potential. " (04/2004)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Olivier Bernstein Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Cazetiers" ((91-95RP), 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Bernstein’s 2010 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers is rich, deep and fleshy. The Cazetiers doesn’t quite have the energy or mineral drive of the Champeaux, but is rather built on a core of expressive, intensely perfumed dark fruit. Dark red berries, flowers and spices are woven together beautifully on the soft, seductive finish. (AG)" (11/2011)
Starting Bid: $195.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Olivier Bernstein Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Cazetiers" ((91-93BH), 91ST). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Here the nose is relatively strongly reduced though the medium-bodied flavors are pure and refined with an obvious stony character that continues onto the austere, restrained, harmonious and beautifully balanced finish that offers excellent length. The tannins are well-integrated and ripe and this should enjoy an upside of at least a decade though it should also be approachable before then." (01/2010)
Starting Bid: $280.69

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Joseph Drouhin Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru (92BH, 92ST). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A spicy, cool and highly restrained nose features notes of various red berries, earth, humus and a hint of the sauvage. There is plenty of minerality that adds lift to the relatively supple middle weight flavors that are shaped by fine-grained tannins, all wrapped in a toasty finish that displays very good but not truly distinguished depth and length. To be sure the 2012 Bèze is a quality effort but it doesn't seem, at least not at this very early juncture, to have that extra dimension present in say the Griotte or Musigny." (04/2014)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this bottle of 2001 Domaine Armand Rousseau Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru "Clos des Ruchottes" ((89-92BH)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Wonderfully complex nose of plumy, intensely earthy fruit infused with subtle notes of truffle and dried herbs leading to bright, vibrant, medium weight, round and extremely pure flavors that are utterly delicious and seductive. The finish is solidly structured, rich, extremely elegant and pure with outstanding precision. I very much like this as it's stylish yet with real substance." (01/2003)
Starting Bid: $726.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Domaine Groffier Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru (95RP, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2005 Chambertin Clos de Beze offers a smoky, sweet raspberry, rose petal and red licorice nose, a richly-fruited palate boasting ultra-refined, weapons-grade tannins and undertones of charred meat, mocha, and black tea. The finish is strikingly refined and long-lined, detonating with flowers, fresh berries and spice. Expect at least 10-12 years of positive evolution from these Groffier Grand Crus." (04/2007)
Starting Bid: $518.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2018 Claude Dugat Bourgogne Rouge (91DC). Decanter: "Bertrand Dugat sources the grapes for this ever-reliable red Burgundy from the lower part of Gevrey-Chambertin, ageing it in older oak. Some generic wines were picked too ripe in 2018, but not this one, which combines aromas of rose petal and ginger with racy acidity and wild strawberry fruit. (TA)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this bottle of 2000 Domaine Armand Rousseau Chambertin-Clos de Beze Grand Cru (93BH, 93VN). Vinous: "The 2000 Chambertin-Clos de Bèze is a real treat to taste as it is quite expressive, especially in its aromatics. Deep and implosive on the palate, the 2000 possesses striking textural richness, but it is also going to need at least a few more years in bottle to fully blossom. Nevertheless, this is a strong showing. With time in the glass, the bouquet begins to open up, but the 2000 remains an infant. The 2000 is an unusually suave, silky Bèze that emphasizes grace over power. (AG)" (06/2016)
Starting Bid: $2,558.00

Bid on this bottle of 2008 Olivier Bernstein Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Champeaux" ((91-93ST), (90-92BH)). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Bright ruby-red. Very sexy aromas of pure black raspberry, smoked meat, fresh herbs and spices. Silky-sweet and very intense, with the stem component adding spice and definition to the complex dark fruit and smoked meat flavors. Densely packed, juicy and a bit youthfully imploded. Finishes very long and spicy, with a firm underlying spine for aging. (ST)" (03/2010)
Starting Bid: $125.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Domaine Faiveley Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Clos des Issarts" ((90-93BH), 90JG). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A toasty but fresh nose that is minerally and refined, featuring pretty red pinot fruit nuanced by very subtle hints of game and earth that continue onto the firm, understated and energetic flavors that culminate in a firm and driving finish. This is a lovely effort that possess really impressive long-term potential. *Outstanding*" (01/2007)
