Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2004 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 99RP, 94VN, 94WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A staggeringly great wine from this iconic property in Rutherford, Scarecrow’s 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) boasts a dense ruby/purple color, a deep, rich, full-bodied style with perfect balance/equilibrium, stunning purity, lots of creme de cassis, minerality and floral notes, a persistent finish, and a staggering personality that is a sign of singularity as well as greatness. The finesse of the tannins is fabulous. (RP)" (04/2014)
Starting Bid: $1,875.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1996 Beaulieu Vineyard "Georges de Latour Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. In 1900, when Georges de Latour decided to buy a small, four-acre property in the town of Rutherford as a surprise for his wife he, perhaps unwittingly, purchased a piece of Napa Valley history. The land would become the foundation for Beaulieu Vineyard, which survived Prohibition by having one of a handful of contracts to supply churches with sacramental wine. After Prohibition the winery continued to thrive, experimenting with varietals, blends and aging. Under the direction of André Tchelistcheff, the winery fast became one of California's preeminent producers.
Starting Bid: $215.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Outpost "True Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Absolutely as close to perfection as one probably can get is the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon True Vineyard. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a selection of their very best material. This cuvée represents 375 cases aged 20 months in 90% new French oak. Opaque purple in color and more packed and concentrated than its sibling, it is full-bodied, with blackberry and blueberry fruit, perhaps a slight suggestion of charcoal and volcanic earth and burning embers. The wine has huge structure, massive extract and is as packed and stacked as a Cabernet Sauvignon can be. (RP)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $495.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99RP, 98JD, 98VN, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon leaps from the glass with gorgeous floral notes of red roses and lilacs over a core of black and red cherries, crushed black currants and baking spices plus hints of iron ore and dusty earth. The voluptuous, rounded, soft and sexy fruit slinks across the palate with incredible seamlessness and expression. Make no mistake, it is full-bodied and decadently powerful, but with a myriad of aromatic nuances, finishing long, layered and boldly perfumed. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $490.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Carter "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard - La Verdad" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 94VN, 93RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "In the same mold as the La Bam, but with a touch more minerality, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras La Verdad boasts a deep purple color as well as loads of ripe black cherry and plum fruits intermixed with notes of liquid violets, bouquet garni, and crushed rocks. Beautifully balanced and full-bodied, it has notable freshness as well as tannins." (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Realm "The Absurd" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100JD, 99RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Lastly, and made with the idea of producing the best of the best (it’s the first blend the team put together), the 2016 The Absurd checks in as 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot, the rest Petit Verdot brought up in new barrels. It’s a hedonistic dream offering incredible black and blue fruits, gravelly minerality, cold fireplace, smoke tobacco, and forest floor. Deep, layered, and straight-up massive on the palate, it’s another wine from this estate that stays weightless and elegant. Few wines can carry this incredible mix of richness and elegance, and this beauty is unquestionably one of the finest wines in the vintage." (09/2018)
Starting Bid: $840.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 97WE, 93VN, 93WS, 91CG). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection comes wafting out of the glass with drop-dead gorgeous scents of Christmas cake, Chinese five spice, sandalwood and dried roses over a core of warm cassis, dried mulberries and stewed tea plus wafts of pencil lead and underbrush. Full-bodied, the palate is oh-so-light on its feet, featuring layers of perfumed black and red fruit preserves and an exquisitely fine-grained frame, finishing long with bags of freshness and loads of minerally sparks. (LPB)" (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $310.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Nellcôte "500 Chevaux" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. James Suckling: "Kirsch is the predominating aroma right now as well as crabapples and dragon fruit. Full body, ripe tannins and a slightly high-octane finish. " (05/2018)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2001 Schweiger Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon. The complexity and depth of character of the excellent 2001 harvest inspired a new direction in winemaking here; adding a third year of barrel aging to Schweiger’s Cabernet program. Doing this softened and rounded out the full mountain fruit that is “classic Schweiger.” The color is deep and inky. The nose is intensely layered and very fruit forward, led by blackberry, currant, pomegranate, and plum. Very subtle layers of cigar box/cedar and well-integrated oak further complement the aroma. Careful tannin management has blessed this wine with a full and velvety structure. The sweet supple entry crescendos into a deeply intense middle. The fruit characters from the nose fill the mouth as the tannins build and combine to create a pleasant lingering finish.
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (100JS, 100RP, 99VN, 97DC, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "As I predicted last year, the 2013 Harlan Estate is one of their all-time greats, although they have had many of them, starting with the 1991, followed by 1994, 1995, 1997 (although controversial in some circles), 2001, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012. This great first-growth property, with aspirations to produce the finest Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine made in the New World, has given us a wine that has it all in 2013. Dense purple to the rim, with notes of espresso, white chocolate, mocha, blackberry, cassis, and cedar wood, the wine is full-bodied, opulent, but also structured, pure and incredibly long (well past a minute aftertaste). It is probably closest in personality and overall character to the compelling 2001, which is still a youthful wine at age 15. Drink it over the next 50+ years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $1,550.00

Bid on this bottle of 1995 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (99RP, 96ST, 96WS, 95DC). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1995 Harlan Estate is almost as perfect as the 1994. It has gotten even better in the bottle, and remains one of the most remarkable young Cabernet Sauvignons I have tasted. The wine, a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, was aged in 100% new oak, which adds subtle pain grille/toasty scents. This opaque purple-colored Cabernet offers up a nose of smoke, coffee beans, black and blue fruits, minerals, and roasted herbs. It is extremely full-bodied, with spectacular purity, exquisite equilibrium, and a seamless personality with everything in total harmony. The finish lasts for more than 40 seconds. This extravagantly rich, profoundly complex 1995 will give its 1994 sibling a run for its money. (RP)" (12/1998)
Starting Bid: $600.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 100JS, 100VN, 98RP, 98ST, 96WS) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2010 Harlan Estate is a total head-turner. Powerful, dense and exotically ripe – as so many wines are in this vintage – the 2010 dazzles with magnificent intensity. Baritone inflections run through the black cherry, graphite, smoke, tar and licorice flavors. Heat spikes at the end of what was generally a cold growing season yielded wines that bring together structure and fruit density. (AG)" (09/2017)
Starting Bid: $1,370.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2013 Heitz Cellar Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93JS, 91VN). James Suckling: "Lovely aromas of blackcurrants and dark chocolate with hints of flowers. Ever so subtle. Medium full body, firm and silky tannins and a juicy finish. Shows tension and focus. Drink or hold." (05/2018)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Outpost "True Vineyard" Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The limited-production 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon True Vineyard (475 cases) is also 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 90% new French oak. This is an amazing 2014 and one of the few perfect wines that I could find while tasting at the top addresses in Northern California. Blue/purple in color, with extraordinarily intense floral notes intermixed with blueberry, blackberry, crushed charcoal and camphor, the wine hits the palate with a spectacular display of glycerin, fruit, sweet tannin, adequate acidity, and wonderful equilibrium and purity. The finish was close to a minute. This wine is irresistible, although it is certainly capable of lasting three decades or more. Kudos to the Dotzlers and Thomas Rivers Brown for this magnificent achievement! (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $600.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (OWC - 97DC, 97JS, 94ST, 94VN, 93RP, 93WS) in original wood. James Suckling: "Fabulous floral aromas of currants, flowers, stones and rosemary stem. Purity. Full body with a fabulous backbone of chewy tannins with a gorgeous austerity. Elegance with power. This needs at least three or four more years." (05/2014)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2004 Maybach "Materium" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Named after the famed luxury car, Maybach has none other than Thomas Brown as its winemaker, who produced this debut vintage of 340 cases from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a single-parcel on the Silverado Trail in the Oakville sector. This is a deadly serious wine, and when compared to the price of a Maybach car, a great value. A beautifully sculptured style of wine with deep purple color, with a sweet nose of creme de cassis, pain grille, spice box, and loamy soil notes, the wine has fabulous intensity, great purity (as one might expect given the winemaker), sweet silky tannins, and a terrific finish of close to 50 seconds. This is a stunning opening salvo from the Maybach family, and a wine that should age easily for 20-25 years. (RP)" (12/2007)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this bottle of 2009 Carter Cellars "Beckstoffer To Kalon-The Grand Daddy" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard The Grand Daddy begins a little shy, soon opening out to reveal beautiful notions of fragrant soil, potpourri, menthol and cigar box over a core of Black Forest cake, stewed plums and warm cassis with a touch of licorice. Full-bodied, the palate is completely coated with maturing black fruit compote and spicy sparks, framed by velvety tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and perfumed. (LPB)" (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Futo "OV/SL" Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97JS, 94RP). James Suckling: "This is a wine with wonderful tannin outline that gives it precision and refinement. Full body, very polished and brilliant. Fine grain texture. Very pretty and classic in every sense of the word. Needs at least three or four years to come together. But already wonderful. " (05/2016)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this bottle of 2013 Favia "La Magdalena" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 97VN). Vinous: "A wine that has really gained over the last year, the 2013 La Magdalena is simply captivating in its beauty. Finely sculpted yet massive on the palate, the 2013 oozes with class. Inky dark fruit, graphite, smoke, licorice and tobacco all come alive in a powerful wine endowed with tremendous energy. La Magdalena is a Cabernet Franc/Cabernet Sauvignon from the red soils of Oakville Ranch. This is a tremendous showing from Favia. (AG)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $125.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2010 Merryvale Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ((90-92VN), 91WE). Vinous: "Merryvale's 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is quite a bit fresher and more vibrant than the 2009. The tannins are a bit firmer and the wine has a greater sense of overall structure. Cinnamon, plums, black cherries, mint and mocha are some of the many nuances that flesh out on the vibrant, delineated finish. There is a lot to like in this promising, delicious Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2010 is 89% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Carter "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard - La BAM" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 93RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Even better, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras La Bam boasts a saturated purple hue as well as a feral, wild bouquet of earthy tobacco, bouquet garni, dark chocolate, and assorted cassis and currant-like fruits. With a terrific sense of minerality, full-bodied richness and depth, and a balanced, focused, ageworthy style on the palate, it’s going to benefit from 3-5 years of bottle age and evolve gracefully for 20 years. " (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Kata "Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 96VN, 95JS). Vinous: "Kata's 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard is absolutely gorgeous. Dark, ample and super-concentrated, the 2016 possesses superb depth not to mention tremendous pedigree. Inky blue and purplish berry fruit, licorice, spice, menthol and hard candy infuse this super-expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2016, the blend leans more heavily towards Cabernet Sauvignon than it has been in the past as some of the newer Cabernet plantings make it into the wine. As a result, the 2016 is not as distinctive as some previous editions, although it is hard to argue with the absolute quality of what is in the glass. (AG)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Maybach "Materium" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 98RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2018 Materium comes from the Weitz Vineyard in Oakville and is all Cabernet Sauvignon brought up in mostly new barrels. It's a very different wine than the Amoenus release and has more elegant, seamless aromas and flavors of crème de cassis, black raspberries, tobacco leaf, flowery incense, and sandalwood. Château Margaux-like in its elegance and complexity, this brilliant wine has loads of sweet fruit, flawless integration of its tannins and acidity, flawless balance, and just a heavenly overall profile that I wish every reader could taste. This extraordinary effort can be drunk today or cellared for 30 years or more." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $225.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Robert Mondavi "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 95WE, 91JS, 91VN, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The full-bodied, powerful, pure 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is another outstanding effort revealing notes of spring flowers, toasty oak, creme de cassis, licorice, and graphite. One would have to go back to the 1990, 1991, 2001, or 2002 to find a Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve this impressive. (RP) 95+" (12/2009)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Myriad "Beckstoffer Georges III-Empyrean" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JD, 96RP, (92-95VN)). Jeb Dunnuck: "The tiny selection 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard Empyrean is a cellar selection from this large site and tastes like the classic cuvée, just denser and richer. A stunning nose of blackcurrants, smoked tobacco, candied violets, orange blossom, and flowery incense gives way to a full-bodied, powerful wine with building tannins, a wonderful sense of freshness and purity, no hard edges, and a great finish." (08/2020)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (98RP, 98WE, 97VN, 95JS, 95W&S, 94CG, 94DC, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There were 12, 300 cases produced in 2013, and this vintage of Insignia is certainly going to turn out to be one of the great ones. The wine offers a stunning inky blue/purple color, a gorgeous nose of blueberry and blackberry liqueur, pen ink, graphite, new saddle leather and barrique. The wine has fabulous concentration, a full-bodied, multi-layered mouthfeel, and tremendous finish with moderate tannin. It’s interesting to note that the Phelps winemaking staff had been gradually reducing the amount of Merlot in this wine over recent vintages. The 2013 should hit its peak in 5-7 years and last for 35-50. (RP) 98+ " (10/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97DC, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon features a very purely fruited nose of wild blueberries, crushed cherries and blackcurrant pastilles with touches of dried herbs, tobacco leaf, dried roses and eucalyptus plus a hint of espresso. Medium-bodied, the palate has a compelling grip of firm, grainy tannins and plenty of savory/earthy layers, finishing on a delicious yeasty/meaty note. (LPB)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2015 AXR Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94JD, 91RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Cut from the same cloth, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is also beautiful, with similar black and blue fruits, dried violets, graphite, and Christmas spice aromas and flavors. Rich, full-bodied, opulent and sexy, with sweet tannin, it too shows its vintage nicely in its slightly more ripe, exuberant, exotic style. Drink it over the coming 15-20 years. " (12/2017)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Realm "Falstaff" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97JD, 97JS, 97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Composed of 88% Cabernet Franc and 12% Merlot, the 2015 The Falstaff gives a deep garnet-purple color and compelling nose of crushed wild blueberries and blackberries plus fragrant earth and Indian spices nuances, with coaxing, lovely garrigue, dried roses, cigar box and crushed rock nuances. The palate is soft and sleek, with an elegant, medium to full body and very fine-grained tannins supporting the intense blue and black fruit flavors, layering in spice box, earth and bay leaf notions on the long finish. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this bottle of 2002 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 96CG, 96WS, 93W&S, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2002 boasts an inky/purple color along with notes of graphite, violets, blackberries, creme de cassis and hints of charcoal and barbecue in addition to a full-bodied, multilayered mouthfeel that builds incrementally with great purity, staggering fruit concentration, and a long, velvety, 50+-second finish. This prodigious effort should continue to drink well for 20+ years. (RP)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Ovid "Experiment W5.8" Napa Valley White Blend. Sometimes the best recipes are the ones concocted on the fly—a little of this, a dash of that. Well, winemakers engage in the same type of creativity that many of us do in the kitchen, though we're not usually privy to the final result. Ovid's "Experiment" wines are a chance to taste the process—a little vinous insight into explorations of the winery's vineyards and winemaking. Each offering is unique. This particular bottling is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Albariño, Roussanne, Vermentino, Picpoul Blanc, Grenache Blanc, and Marsanne.
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2004 Swanson "Alexis" Oakville Bordeaux Blend (94W&S, 91RP). Wine & Spirits: "Grown at Swanson's estate vineyards in Oakville, this is a luxurious Napa Valley cabernet. Give it air, and as the oak scents wane, the tart black cherry fruit reveals layers of dark tobacco and old-fashioned mineral tannins (they taste like crushed rock). Alcohol warms the lips in the finish, but there's plenty of wine here to balance it. For the cellar." (02/2008)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Bevan "Ontogeny" Oakville Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Ontogeny Red Wine is a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with lesser portions of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Deep garnet in color with a touch brick, it wafts from the glass with a fragrant perfume of Morello cherries, spice cake and preserved plums, plus underlying suggestions of cigar box, tree bark and pencil lead. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers maturing black and red fruit preserves layers with loads of spicy sparks and a chewy texture, finishing long with a compelling lift. (LPB)" (02/2021)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Rubicon Estate "Rubicon" Rutherford Bordeaux Blend (96WE, 95CG, 95RP, 93WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Made from 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, with no Merlot or Cabernet Franc for the first time, the ’05 Rubicon tastes bigger and more impenetrable than any previous vintage. It’s thick and heavy at this time, with furry tannins and undeniably ripe flavors of blackberries, black currants, cherries, violets, chocolate and cedar, and a tang of melted minerals. Desperately needs time in the cellar. Nowhere near ready for at least four years, and that may be conservative.Tasted three times, and better each time, a seriously good sign, and potentially a perfect wine. *Cellar Selection*" (06/2009)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this bottle of 2011 Schrader "T6 - Beckstoffer To Kalon" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93RP, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard T6 is slightly riper and richer than the RBS with plenty of toasty oak intermixed with lead pencil shavings, cedarwood, baking spices, plums and black currants. Year-in and year-out this is one of the most interesting as well as fascinating group of wines and projects in Napa Valley. (RP)" (10/2013)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Morlet "Force de la Nature" Napa Valley Cabernet Franc (1.5L) (100RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Luc Morlet's three-digit wine is the 2013 Cabernet Franc Force de la Nature, 100% Cabernet Franc from the incredible Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard. This is an ethereal wine that goes beyond just being majestic. Aged in 100% new Darnajou oak, the wine offers a flowery, blueberry and blackberry-scented nose along with forest floor, some sweet, subtle toast and lead pencil shavings. Remarkably rich, full-bodied, but light on its feet and on the palate, the wine builds incrementally to a majestic, full-throttle, seamless work that is rather remarkable. This is an amazing wine, and Luc Morlet has certainly proven once again his incredible talents and knowledge of great vineyard sites. Drink it over the next 15-20 years. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $650.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 94RP, 94WS, 92CG). James Suckling: "This is mind-blowing on the nose with sweet tobacco, chocolate, cedar, cigar box, and licorice. Full-bodied and round with a bright and velvety tannin structure. Starts off slow, but then flies away. This is fabulous. Intense finish." (06/2011)
Starting Bid: $290.00

Inky, rich and hedonistically beautiful, the 2016 is simply magnificent. Crème de cassis, chocolate, menthol, licorice, lavender, cloves, mint, graphite and crushed rocks are all amped up in the glass. Unctuous, creamy and super-expressive, the Posadas captures the opulence of Howell Mountain. It is simply magnificent in every way. (AG)" (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $400.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Larkmead Napa Valley Proprietary Red. This is a special, winery-only bottling crafted from a co-ferment of the youngest and oldest plantings on the estate. The 2015 vintage of this wine is actually 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, and it reflects the conditions of the warm drought vintage perfectly. Ripe, brooding dark fruits are bolstered by a strong tannic backbone, a result of the extremely low yields and thick skins that prevailed in 2015. The best feature? It comes in well below $100, so you can you have all the impeccable quality of Larkmead estate fruit and Dan Petrosky's superb winemaking without shelling out several hundred dollars like you would have to for the estate's marquee bottlings.

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Pine Ridge Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (94WE, 93JS, 93WS, 90RP). Wine Enthusiast: "From a steep, densely planted estate vineyard, this is a lilting regional example of well-integrated oak in support of black raspberry, licorice and chalky clove. Silky tannins mark it most, providing a balance to the fruit and a pronounced, entirely delectable bite of black pepper on the finish. *Editors' Choice* (VB)" (06/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2005 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 98RP, 95ST, 93WS) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A candidate for one of the wines of the vintage, this stunning 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford includes in its blend some of the oldest Cabernet vines in existence in Napa Valley. It tips the scales at a lofty 15.4% alcohol, but believe it or not, it is strikingly elegant and pure, with laser-like precision. Inky, dark ruby/purple, with a stunning nose of forest floor, creme de cassis and a subtle, earthy minerality, the wine is built like a skyscraper, with a multidimensional mouthfeel and incredible complexity and richness, yet it never comes close to tasting heavy or overwrought. This is just a great terroir, great winemaking, and the results are profound. Bravo! (RP) " (06/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97JS, 97RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: ""We had half the fruit in at To Kalon when the fires hit in 2017," winemaker Benoit Touquette informed me. "That's all we used." Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard prances out of the glass with classically opulent scents of crème de cassis, baked plums, Morello cherries and mulberries plus nuances of rose oil, spice cake, bouquet garni and dusty soil. Full-bodied, the palate is decadently showy with loads of exotic spice and floral accents lifting the rich, black fruit preserves flavors. It has a well-judged, solid frame of grainy tannins and bold freshness, finishing very long and wonderfully earthy. (LPB) 97+" (10/2020)

Bid on this 3L-bottle of 2018 Myriad "Elysian - Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L) (100JD, 97RP, 96VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard Elysian is another heavenly wine from this estate that shows a more elegant, seamless style with its incredible perfume of crème de cassis, graphite, white flowers, flowery incense, and unsmoked tobacco. Deep, full-bodied, and concentrated, it offers building tannins, no hard edges, and a great finish. About as seamless as they come, with ultra-fine tannins and flawless balance, this heavenly, seamless, magical wine will benefit from short-term cellaring and keep for 40 years or more. " (08/2020)

Bid on this bottle of 2011 The Debate "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The Debate was borne of just that: a debate between two wine industry professionals over which Napa vineyard deserved the nomination of "best". They founded The Debate with a focus on three single vineyard wines. From the winery: "Dr. Crane is situated on the west side of St. Helena which has gravelly loamy soils and a very warm climate. Of all their sites, Dr. Crane is the warmest, and has the most extracted style. Because of this, the wine has a very rich and velvety palate with candied fruit on the finish."

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Nice Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A helluva Cabernet. Extraordinarily rich and opulent in blackberries, currants and dark chocolate, with elaborate oak, yet completely dry, and given balance by firm, hard tannins and a fine cut of acidity. Really impressive now, after decanting, and should develop over the next six years, at the very least." (03/2012)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 4-bottle tasting lot; including 2-bottles of 2005 Robert Mondavi Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (90ST) and 2-bottles of 2006 Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (90RP). Of the 2005 Robert Mondavi Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon,Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar writes: "Riper on the nose than the Napa Valley offering, with notes of currant and licorice and a whiff of medicinal cherry. Generous and open in the mouth, with a sappy quality to the flavors of cherry, leather and earth. More mid-palate sweetness and flesh here. This is higher-toned than the NV bottling in a positive way. Finishes with substantial broad tannins and lingering notes of smoke and earth. (ST)" (05/2008)
