Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1997 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 97WS, 95WE, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "An inky/plum/purple color is accompanied by a stunning bouquet of violets, charcoal, creme de cassis and a hint of toast. Prodigious when it hits the palate with a full-bodied expansiveness, there is not a hard edge to be found in the 1997, only velvety tannins, compelling depth and fruit intensity, and stunning purity. It is a perfect expression of Napa viticulture and wine that should continue to age effortlessly for two decades or more. (RP)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $840.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 1985 Mayacamas Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95JG, 95VN). Vinous: "The 1985 Cabernet Sauvignon is all about silkiness and grace. Although not one of the eternal wines at Mayacamas, the 1985 is a great choice for drinking now. Today, the 1985 is sensual, perfumed and light on its feet. (AG)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $438.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Dalla Valle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94WS, 93RP, 92ST, 92VN). Wine Spectator: "Pure, rich and polished, which is unusual for this wine at this stage, since it can be quite tannic. Intense, with a fleshy, supple core of blackberry, currant, spice, mineral and wild berry flavors. Full-bodied, picking up a nice fruity lift on the finish. (JL)" (10/2011)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this magnum of 2001 Nickel & Nickel "Sullenger Vineyard" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A stunning Cabernet, rich, pure and powerful. Blackberries, currants, oak and sweet fresh herbs flood the palate. It's a tannic wine, with a hard-edged mouthfeel, but the tannins are so sweet, it's tempting to uncork now. Drink right away, or age for 10 years and let it develop magic. " (10/2004)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2013 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (91WS) and 1-bottle of 2014 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L). Of the 2013 Switchback Ridge "Peterson Family Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L), Wine Spectator writes: "Rich and gutsy, with a seam of elegance and refinement that lets the juicy plum, blueberry and wild berry flavors shine amid a dense core of earth notes and chewy, herb-tinged tannins. Drink now through 2030. (JL)" (11/2016)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Harlan Estate Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97DC, 97JS, 94ST, 94VN, 93RP, 93WS). James Suckling: "Fabulous floral aromas of currants, flowers, stones and rosemary stem. Purity. Full body with a fabulous backbone of chewy tannins with a gorgeous austerity. Elegance with power. This needs at least three or four more years." (05/2014)

Bid on this 2-half-bottle lot of 2013 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (375ml) (100DC, 100JS, 100RP, 100VN). Vinous: "The 2013 Dominus overwhelms all the senses with its magnificent overall balance and towering intensity. Deep and nearly impenetrable in the glass, the 2013 boasts off the charts dry extract and overall power. Violets, smoke, black cherries, menthol, incense, crème de cassis and dark spices are some of the many signatures that take shape in the glass. Even better in bottle than it was in barrel, the 2013 is utterly magnificent. This is a remarkably vivid, nuanced wine considering its sheer size. (AG)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $500.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Rochioli "Three Corner" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir ((93-95RP), 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Pinot Noir Three Corners possesses an extra level of concentration compared to its siblings. It is also more backward, structured and masculine as well as super-concentrated. Again, Tom Rochioli has pulled-off the magic of sweet tannins and well-integrated acidity and wood. This spicy, pure, rich, medium to full-bodied 2013 should drink nicely for 12-15+ years. This enviable iconic winery in the heart of the Russian River Valley, on Westside Road, has a long, justifiable and hard-earned reputation for impeccable quality as well as grape growing. It is always a thrill to taste the wines from Tom Rochioli. (RP) 93-95+" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $189.00

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Eisele "Altagracia" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JS, 95RP, 92WS). James Suckling: "Lots of violets and dark berries with sweet underbrush and fresh mushrooms, following through to a medium to full body, soft and silky tannins and a succulent and refined finish. It remains supple and beautiful. Hard not to drink now." (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $107.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 94VN, 94WS, 93ST). Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard bursts onto the palate with mocha, spices, dark fruit, new leather, all of which come together seamlessly in the glass. There are plenty of tannins here, but the fruit is so textured they are barely perceptible. The 2009 is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 1" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the west side of St. Helena, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon No. 1 had extended maceration of skins for 44 days and then was aged in French oak, 59% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it explodes with bombastic blackberry compote, crème de cassis and boysenberries scents, followed by suggestions of cumin seed, cardamom, rosemary roasted lamb and unsmoked cigars plus a hint of pencil lead. Full-bodied, bold and decadently rich in the mouth, it delivers impactful black fruit preserves layers and loads of savory accents, supported by firm yet plush tannins and tons of freshness, finishing on a lingering earthy note. Although it delivers a hedonic experience right now, give it a good 5 years in bottle to get the wow factor and drink it over the next 20+ years. (LPB) 97+" (02/2021)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Realm "The Bard" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (96JD, 95JS, 93RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Based mostly on Cabernet Sauvignon (87%) and a small amount of Merlot (13%), the 2017 The Bard is another ripe, sexy wine that has more sweetness of fruit than most in the vintage. Black cherries, blackberries, scorched earth, graphite, and some violets notes all dominate the nose, and it's beautifully textured and balanced on the palate. " (01/2020)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this bottle of 1991 Silver Oak "Bonny's Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Bonny's Vineyard was planted by Silver Oak founders Bonny and Justin Meyer in 1974 on a gravelly, four-acre plot in the Oakville district of Napa Valley. It was a much-heralded bottling for Silver Oak over the course of two decades, and the vineyard is now bottled under its own label by the Meyers. A rare addition to any Silver Oak collection.
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend (95RP, 93ST, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This wine has filled out very nicely. Nearly 3, 000 cases were produced of this flowery, tar, camphor, incense, blackberry, black currant, espresso and chocolate-scented beauty. A blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, a whopping 22% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, this full-bodied, opulent 2003 is just entering its plateau of full maturity. It is better at age ten than it was early in life from cask and post-bottling. (RP)" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Occidental "SWK Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (98RP, 98VN). Vinous: "A wine that was ethereal and alluring from tank, the 2015 Pinot Noir SWK Vineyard has come together beautifully since I last tasted it. Exotic, thrilling aromatics set the stage for a brilliant, utterly impeccable wine long on class and nuance. Racy and plush, with tremendous flavor intensity and tons of supporting minerality, the 2015 simply has it all. This is another magnificent wine from Steve Kistler and Occidental. (AG)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2008 Peter Michael "Belle Côte" Sonoma County Chardonnay (95RP, 94WS, 92ST), 1-bottle of 2008 Peter Michael "La Carrière" Knights Valley Chardonnay (96RP, 93ST, 93WS), and 1-bottle of 2008 Peter Michael "La Carrière" Knights Valley Chardonnay (96RP, 93ST, 93WS). Of the 2008 Peter Michael "La Carrière" Knights Valley Chardonnay, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The super-concentrated 2008 Chardonnay La Carriere (2, 100 cases produced) exhibits that tell-tale greenish hue to its straw color (which I always consider a positive sign), boisterous alcohol (15.5%), deep, concentrated, buttery flavors of nectarines, oranges, honeysuckle and subtle earth as well as oak, and excellent acidity. This is a superb Chardonnay...I hope readers took advantage of my notes last year on the 2008 Chardonnays because this is Peter Michael’s greatest vintage for that varietal since 2002. (RP)" (02/2011)
Starting Bid: $245.00

Bid on this magnum of 2013 Darioush "Darius II" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (96RP, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Once again, the top wine in the vintage for Darioush is their 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Darius II. This is a stunner and compelling, a powerful, classic Cabernet Sauvignon with an opaque purple color and notes of incense, graphite, crème de cassis and blackberry. It is long and rich, with an extra dimension compared to the 2014 version. This wine is accessible now, but should be even better after 3-4 years of cellaring and last 25 or more years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2005 Ojai "Roll Ranch Vineyard" California Syrah (96CG, 92JD, 91RP, 90WE). Connoisseurs Guide: "A perennial CGCW favorite when it comes to top-flight Syrah, Ojai Vineyard grabs the gold ring once again in 2005. The latest Roll Ranch bottling is a dense, compellingly fruited effort whose classic mix of blackberries, dark earth, white pepper, sweet oak and game tags it as this Issue's most exciting. It is at once both supple and sturdy with lots of heft on the palate, and, while its ample tannins are impossible to miss, they never threaten its keen, long-lasting fruit. As plain as the wine's many virtues may be, this is not one for drinking anytime soon, and those who are able to store a few bottles in the cellar will certainly want to exercise at least five years of patience. *Three Star*" (11/2009)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2018 Caymus Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. There's no wine like Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2018 vintage shows in spades what this brand is all about. Luxurious opulence on an unrivaled scale defines this wine year in and year out. Dark, super-ripe fruit lays over sleek, rich texture with additional complexity coming in form of cola, chinese five spice, mocha, and molasses. Legions of hard-core Caymus fans will not be disappointed by this latest rendition!
Starting Bid: $410.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2007 DuMol "Finn" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (95RP, 94CG, 94ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "My highest score goes to the 2007 Pinot Noir Finn, which comes from the Occidental, Widdoes, and Sonoma State vineyards. A brilliant, juicy, succulent effort, it boasts a terrific full-bodied texture, layers of black cherry, raspberry, and cola aromas and flavors, a dark ruby/purple color, and a backward yet irresistible style. This big, rich Pinot Noir is capable of lasting 15-20 years. (RP)" (02/2010)
Starting Bid: $350.00

Bid on this bottle of 1992 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars "Cask 23" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "All of the other current and up-coming releases are outstanding. The 1992 Cask 23 (as of November 16, there were still magnums and 750 ml. formats available at the winery) boasts a dense, black/ruby/purple color, and a knock-out bouquet of black fruits, smoke, chocolate, and licorice. Like all Cask 23's, it is exceedingly easy to drink, with a voluptuous texture, fabulously rich, expansive, sweet (from extract not sugar) flavors, and silky tannin in the finish. (RP)" (12/1995)
Starting Bid: $151.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Futo Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 96VN, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2011 Proprietary Red Estate is a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot and 6% Merlot. It offers sweet blackcurrant and blueberry fruit intermixed with hints of toast and white flowers, beautiful body and a savory personality. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $405.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2010 Calera "Jensen Vineyard" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (96RP, 95W&S, 94ST, 93WE, 92VN, 91BH) and 1-bottle of 2011 Calera "Jensen" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (91WS). Of the 2010 Calera "Jensen Vineyard" Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "More rich and structured, yet still sexy and voluptuous, the 2010 Pinot Noir Jensen Vineyard offers up a complex array of underbrush, black cherry, framboise, crushed flowers, toast and spice on both the nose and palate. Easily one of the most impressive Pinot Noirs I’ve tasted from California, this ethereally textured, tannic effort should be given 3-4 years of bottle age and then consumed over the following decade or more. (JD)" (08/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (97JS, 95JG, 95RP, 94ST, 94VN, 94W&S). James Suckling: "Blueberries, currants and flowers. The nose just pops out. Intense. Full body, with a round and velvety tannin structure and lots of currants, ripe strawberries. Very intense every. Black pepper at the finish. Muscular yet toned. Very structured yet balanced. This needs a minimum of four to five years of aging. Paul Draper says that perhaps this is as great as the legendary 1991. Made for aging." (05/2012)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Etude Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92JS, 92RP, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From multiple AVAs, such as Coombsville, Rutherford and St. Helena, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa is a sleeper of the vintage. It offers an opaque ruby/purple color, lots of charcoal, blackcurrant, blackberry, incense and licorice notes, full body, and an opulent, sexy personality. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $160.51

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (95RP, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Pinot Noir Marcassin Vineyard is a slightly tighter style of Pinot Noir, and lighter than the 2009. There is more acidity showing through, the fruit offering up various red and black fruits from pomegranate to plum to cassis, dark sweet cherries as well as foresty underbrush notes. (RP)" (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $208.45

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Aubert "UV Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (96RP, 94VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The rich, prodigious, full-bodied 2013 Pinot Noir UV, made from the Calera and Vosne-Romanée clones, is a denser, richer wine offering abundant notes of blueberries, blackberries, forest floor and strong hints of Asian hoisin sauce, dark fruits and forest floor. There are approximately 1, 000 cases of this sensational Pinot, which Mark Aubert decanted 12 hours in advance of my visit. There is not a trace of new oak in this wine, which spent 10 months in 100% new barrels. Like all the 2013 Pinot Noirs, it has a decade or more of aging potential. (RP)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $385.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Scarecrow "M. Étain" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 97JD, 94VN) in original wood. Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2018 M. Étain is another gem of a wine, and while it’s billed as a second wine of Scarecrow, it has a style all its own. The 2018 is reminiscent of a great Saint-Julien, with its purity and elegance paired with textbook Cabernet notes of crème de cassis, crushed violets, earth, and liquid rock-like minerality. It’s just as gorgeous on the palate and has a full-bodied, seamless, ultra-pure texture, ripe yet present tannins, and a great finish. As with the Grand Vin, it offers pleasure today but is going to be better with 3-5 years of bottle age. You can’t go wrong with either of these releases from Scarecrow, and this is another brilliant release from winemaker Celia Welch." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $365.00

Bid on this bottle of 2009 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95VN, 93ST, 92WS). Vinous: "The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard is sumptuous and layered, with plenty of the aromatic nuances that are typical of this site. Ripe red fruit, flowers, spices and licorice are some of the notes that flow from this refined, finessed Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2009 impresses for its dazzling purity and finesse. The blend is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot. (AG)" (12/2011)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2010 Ridge Vineyards "Lytton Estate" Dry Creek Valley Petite Sirah. Connoisseurs Guide: "Not quite so ripe as its predecessor from 2009 and employing a few others grapes in its mix, the new Ridge Lytton Estate conveys a fine sense of fruity freshness and youthful vitality. It is medium-full bodied and has a coverlet of varietal tannin without being particularly tannic per se, and its overall balance and build are those of a wine that will be a comfortable partner to food once a few years have passed." (07/2012)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Pax "Sonoma Hillsides" Sonoma County Syrah (100VN, 94DC). Vinous: "The 2016 Syrah Sonoma-Hillsides has been nothing less than stunning on the three occasions I have tasted it so far. A wine of extraordinary purity and depth, the 2016 dazzles from the very first taste. The richness and power are simply breathtaking. Bacon fat, smoke, grilled herb and lavender are woven into a graceful, seamless core of inky blue/purplish fruit. Even with all of its intensity, the 2016 remains remarkably light on its feet. The Sonoma-Hillsides is a blend of fruit from Castelli-Knight Ranch, Griffin's Lair and Walker Vine Hill, done with 100% whole clusters and aged in a combination of concrete and neutral oak, with no SO2. (AG)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2000 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (90RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2000 is a mid-weight, elegant effort with lots of black currant, violet, earth and forest floor characteristics. Medium-bodied with excellent ripeness and sweet tannins, it is one of the more successful wines I have tasted from this vintage. (RP)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Kosta Browne "Treehouse Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (97JS, 96JD, 95WS, 92RP). James Suckling: "This sits on the top of a knoll with warm daytime temperatures and cool nights and mornings. The soils are rich in ironstone. This is a powerful wine that has very direct, driving tannins that deliver rich, ripe red-cherry and dark-fruit flavors. Athletic. The richness and juicy allure here is stunning, as is the deep, fleshy cherry flavor on the finish. Glossy tannin texture. Drink or hold." (09/2019)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2003 Paloma Napa Valley Merlot (90WS). Wine Spectator: "Impeccably balanced, with rich, vibrant, intense currant, fresh earth, black cherry and blackberry fruit that's well-focused. The tannins and cedary nutmeg-laced oak add a firm edge on the finish. Best to cellar short-term or decant. (JL)" (12/2005)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Caymus "Special Selection" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95WS, 94JS, 92CG). Wine Spectator: "Beautifully proportioned, rich in dark berry, dusty cedar and loamy earth, black licorice, herb, olive and tobacco notes, with all the pieces fitting together nicely, ending in a long, tapered aftertaste. (JL, Web-2016)"
Starting Bid: $176.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Schrader "Beckstoffer Las Piedras - LPV" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 95WS, 94RP). James Suckling: "A very rich and dense red with blueberry and chocolate character. Full-bodied, very silky and refined. Wonderful depth and length. Held back and pretty. Elegance and beauty for a Schrader. " (07/2015)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Lewelling "Wight Vineyard" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (94JD, 94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Wight ratchets up the concentration level. The fruit is deeper, denser, the wine slightly fuller-bodied, but nevertheless shares the same style of licorice, crème de cassis, cedar wood and well-integrated, subtle oak. The poor person’s Screaming Eagle? (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $248.00

Bid on this magnum of 2002 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (100RP, 96CG, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2002 boasts an inky/purple color along with notes of graphite, violets, blackberries, creme de cassis and hints of charcoal and barbecue in addition to a full-bodied, multilayered mouthfeel that builds incrementally with great purity, staggering fruit concentration, and a long, velvety, 50+-second finish. (RP)" (12/2013)
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this magnum of 2008 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (93RP, 93WS, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Proprietary Red Wine blend (essentially a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated wine with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec blended in) has a more opaque/purple color. With more graphite, blueberry and lilac notes, sweet tannin, medium to full body, and an elegant, gracious feel, it is more restrained than previous examples but has no shortage of richness and concentration. It looks to be a beauty in a Bordeaux style, with sweet tannins but loads of fruit – unmistakably California but French in structure. (RP)" (12/2010)
Starting Bid: $235.00

Bid on this magnum of 1987 Dunn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (93WS, 91RP, 90ST). Wine Spectator: "Attractive for its deep, rich fruit and spicy aromas, this is very young, intense and complex, with tiers of currant, plum and black cherry flavors and toasty oak notes. Stylish, very complete and firmly tannic on the finish, but it should reward cellaring..." (11/1990)
Starting Bid: $160.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard, from the red soils of the Oakville Corridor and eastern hillsides overlooking Screaming Eagle and Rudd Estate, is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Blackberry, blueberry, crushed rock and white flower aromas soar from the glass of this stunningly rich, full-bodied wine. One of the most concentrated and potentially long-lived wines of the vintage, it is unquestionably a candidate for wine of the vintage. It is richer and more backward than the Insignia, but stunningly multidimensional, built like a skyscraper, and staggeringly profound. Wow! What an amazing wine. Forget it for another 4-5 years and drink it over the following quarter century. For statisticians, the 2003 Insignia finished with 14.4% alcohol and the Backus, 14.3%. (RP) 98+" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $480.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Araujo "Altagracia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 92ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Altagracia is surprisingly huge in this vintage. Layers of exotic black fruit, spices, mocha and espresso burst onto the palate with striking depth, power and richness. There is an immediacy to the 2010 that is simply compelling. No longer a true second wine, Altagracia now also includes a small amount of purchased fruit and is being crafted to stand on its own. The 2010 achieves that, and so much more. It is a fabulous effort from the team at Araujo. (AG)" (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $264.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 98VN, 97DC, 96RP). Vinous: "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is a towering majestic wine. Rich, powerful and yet massively tannic, the 2013 possesses a stunning combination of super-ripe fruit, bright acids and plenty of supporting structure. In the early going, the Howell Mountain is a bit reticent, especially next to the Trailer, but after several hours, the vibrancy of the Howell Mountain bottling dazzles. Dunn's Howell Mountain Cabernet is without question one of the wines of the great 2013 vintage. Randy and Mike Dunn's 2013s are off the charts. (AG) 98+" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2011 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94VN, 94W&S, 93JS, 90ST). Vinous: "Savory herbs, menthol, smoke and licorice are some of the aromas that open up in the glass in the 2011 Dominus. This is a relatively immediate, expressive Dominus with plenty of near-term appeal. The style is open and succulent for the year, with lovely balance and poise. Crushed rose petals and dried herbs linger in the close. With time in the glass, the 2011 fleshes out nicely. In 2011 Dominus is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. (AG)" (11/2013)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 JCB "No. 10" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 96RP, 92VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "Also all Cabernet, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon JCB #10 is slightly deeper purple-hued and offers a more blockbuster styled bouquet of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, scorched earth, and graphite, with full-bodied, richness, beautiful purity, great tannins, and a balanced, layered, age-worthy style. It needs 4-5 years of bottle age and will evolve for 30 years or more." (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (100RP, 96CG, 96VN, 95JS, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored with a lingering hint of purple, the 2007 Insignia Proprietary Red Wine reveals the most seductive crème de cassis, Black Forest cake and licorice notions with touches of violets, eucalyptus, chocolate box and unsmoked cigars plus a waft of cedar chest. Full-bodied with tantalizing opulence yet compelling restraint, the palate beautifully juxtaposes the rich, ripe fruit with wonderful freshness and a firm yet plush backbone, finishing beautifully perfumed. (LPB)" (08/2018)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2003 Pride Mountain Napa-Sonoma Counties Cabernet Sauvignon (91CG, 90ST, 90W&S). Connoisseurs Guide: "This impressive, generously filled and very solid young wine is at once both powerful and remarkably well-balanced and delivers loads of optimally ripened, curranty fruit juxtaposed with just the right measure of complementary oak. It is quite full on the palate and comes complete with lots of Cabernet tannins, but even as astringency crowds in at the finish, its confident fruit refuses to quit. It is not, nor will ever be the picture of elegance, but its stunning depth and keen varietal precision raise great expectations for a most handsome maturity some eight to ten years hence. Bid on this magnum of 2013 Terlato "Episode" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Even better is the 2013 Terlato Episode Proprietary Red, which exhibits plenty of licorice, underbrush, forest floor, blue and black fruits, and a lusty, medium to full-bodied, opulent mouthfeel. (RP) 92+" (10/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 O'Shaughnessy Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (97JD, 97RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The fabulous 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder is another glorious example of mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, its opaque purple color is followed by a meaty, bloody, prime rib-like character intermixed with crème de cassis and floral notes. Deep, full-bodied, opulent and incredibly intense and pure, it is superb example of Cabernet Sauvignon from Mt. Veeder. (RP)" (10/2014)
