Bid on this 3 liter of 2017 Myriad "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (3L).
Starting Bid: $500.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 94DC, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored with a lingering hint of purple, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon comes sashaying out of the glass with provocative notions of warm cassis, blueberry compote, blackberry pie and violets with chocolate box, licorice and menthol nuances plus wafts of wilted roses, lavender and kirsch. Medium-bodied, the intensely perfumed black and blue fruit flavors glide gracefully across the palate, revealing a myriad of earth and spice accents, all framed beautifully with super ripe, fine-grained tannins and invigorating freshness, finishing very, very long. Wow. LPB)" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $410.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (98WS, 97JS, 97VN, 96RP, 96ST, 96W&S). Wine Spectator: "A highlight of the tasting, with rocking energy, dense black currant and black berry fruit and loads of singed wood thoroughly embedded throughout. Juicy bramble, alder and bay leaf notes chime in, with a mouthwatering mineral spine buried deep on the finish. (JM, Web-2019)"

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Tenuta dell'Ornellaia "Ornellaia" Bordeaux Blend Bolgheri Superiore (97JS, 97RP, 97WE, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Ornellaia continues to blossom in the bottle. Dark cherries, chocolate, espresso, blackberries and mocha are just some of the many notes that explode from the glass. A rich tapestry of licorice, tar and camphor notes develop in the glass, adding considerable complexity. The 2008 is a huge, structured Ornellaia endowed with massive structure. It has come together beautifully since the early days when it was a tannic beast. Readers who can be patient will be rewarded with a spectacular bottle of wine. This is a fabulous showing. (AG) " (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $333.00

Bid on this bottle of 1973 Mouton-Rothschild, Pauillac. Chris Kissack's TheWineDoctor.com: "Phillippe Rothschild called it '...the monstrous injustice' of Mouton's second growth status. For years the labels stated simply 'Premier ne puis, second ne daigne, Mouton suis, ' or 'First I cannot be, second I do not deign to be, I am Mouton.' It was clear from the great vintages produced in the 1860s and 1870s that the 1855 classification was already outdated, and that change was long overdue. But no such review of this classification will ever take place, and it was only thanks to the tireless campaigning of Philippe that Jacques Chirac, then Minister of Agriculture, passed a decree conferring the status of first growth upon Mouton-Rothschild in 1973. At last the wrong had been righted, and from then on Mouton's labels bore a new inscription, 'Premier je suis, second je fus. Mouton ne change, ' or 'First I am, second I was. Mouton does not change.'"
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Pride Mountain "Reserve" Sonoma-Napa Counties Claret (96RP, 94ST, 92CG, 92WE, 91VN, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Claret Reserve, 56% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot aged 22 months in 40% new French oak, boasts a stunning perfume of lead pencil shavings, charcoal, incense, blackberries, cassis and forest floor aromas. This full-bodied, concentrated, multidimensional red fills the mouth and coats the palate, but never comes across as heavy or unruly. The tannins are velvety and well-integrated in this spectacular, classic Napa red. (RP)" (10/2013)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2010 Ant Farm "Circadia" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Enthusiast: "Rich tasting, dense in a good way, this layers ripe cherry, light herbs and cinnamon flavors on a firm texture of tannins and acidity. It's a solidly structured, full-bodied Cabernet that carries some complexity. (JG)" (11/2014)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1988 Grand Listrac, Listrac-Médoc. From the classic 1988 vintage, Listrac-Médoc may not be as well known as its less prestigious Médoc neighbors, but these Cabernet-dominant wines can offer great enjoyment after a few years in bottle. Notoriously tannic in youth, bottle age allows them to shine.
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Realm "Farella Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98RP, 97JS, 95VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From the southeastern AVA Coombsville in the Vaca Mountains, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Farella Vineyard is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from white tufa and decomposed red volcanic sedimentary soils. For whatever reason, it seems that people who buy from this vineyard make better wine than the actual owners, which I'm sad to say, is not exactly what proprietors Tom and Frank Farella would like to hear. This is a terrific Cabernet Sauvignon made from clones 4 and 8, offering a rich nose of blackberries, dark earth, a touch of barrique, and some baking spices. The wine is rich, full-bodied, tannic and backward. Deep and super-concentrated, it needs another 2-3 years of cellaring, but should last another 25-30 years. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 2-magnum lot of 1998 Araujo Eisele Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Winery-Direct Release (1.5L).
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2015 Orin Swift "Papillon" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (94RP, 93WS, 91JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Very deep purple-black colored, the 2015 Papillon Proprietary Red features expressive crème de cassis, mulberries, plum preserves and chocolate box notes with wafts of underbrush, dried herbs and Indian spices. Full-bodied, rich, opulent and spicy in the mouth, it has a velvety texture and seamless freshness, finishing long with a lively pepper and herbs lift. (LPB)" (03/2018)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 12-bottle lot of 2006 Shirvington Cabernet Sauvignon McLaren Vale South Australia (92RP, 91JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was 100% barrel-fermented and aged for 12 months in 75% new oak, 80% American, 20% French. Opaque purple-colored, it exhibits a fragrant, expressive perfume of toasty oak, vanilla, spice box, black currant, and blackberry liqueur. This is followed by a racy Cabernet, slightly lean, with intense black fruit flavors, good depth and concentration, and enough structure to support 8-10 years of development in the cellar. (JM)" (10/2007)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1995 Beaulieu Vineyard "Georges de Latour Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95RP, 93WS, 91VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "1995 was a warmer vintage of lower yields from poor fruit set. The result is a relatively generous Georges de Latour Private reserve with lower acidity and a rich, opulent fruit profile. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 22 months in 100% new oak (55% French and 45% American), the 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve Georges de Latour has a medium to deep brick color with expressive dried blackberries, Black Forest cake and crème de cassis notes plus hints of cigar box, bouquet garni and coffee beans. Full-bodied (the alcohol is 13.9%), concentrated, firm and grainy, the palate delivers loads of relatively youthful fruit, with seamless freshness, finishing long and spicy. (LPB)" (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2004 Pontet-Canet, Pauillac (93WE, 93WS, 92RP, 91DC, 91JD, 91JS, 91ST). Wine Enthusiast: "Foursquare, powerful wine that shows great ripeness, solid, firm red berry fruits, a touch of mint, and black, almost impenetrable tannins. Expect this impressive wine to age for 10-15 years. (RV)" (06/2007)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Realm "Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 99JS, 95VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot, Realm’s perfect 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard exhibits a La Mission Haut-Brion-like bouquet of blueberries, scorched earth, burning embers and spring flowers, a dense, opulent, full-bodied mouthfeel, and a staggeringly long, multidimensional, 60-second finish. It can be drunk with enormous pleasure now, but promises to evolve for at least a quarter of a century. For historical buffs, the Dr. Crane Vineyard is named after a real doctor, who first planted the vineyard in 1858. In the 1920s, this small area was once considered the home of migrant Chinese workers. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $790.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1983 Latour, Pauillac (95JG, 94WS, 90JS, 90VN). John Gilman: "The 1983 Château Latour has never had a great reputation, and I probably had not tasted the wine since close to its release back in the mid-1980s. I was very surprised to see just how stunning the wine has turned out to be, given that Robert Parker only gave it 87 points back in the day. However, this particular magnum was absolutely stellar, offering up a deep, complex and classic nose of cassis, black cherries, dark gravelly soil tones, tobacco leaf, cedar and a topnote of cigar smoke. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and rock solid at the core, with fine structure and grip, excellent gravelly undertow, still moderate tannins and a long, complex and perfectly balanced and classic Latour finish. This is a very, very underrated vintage of Latour." (09/2020)
Starting Bid: $630.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 97JD, 97RP, 96DC, 96VN, 94WS). James Suckling: "Unique aromas of blackberry, black currant, dark chocolate and walnut. Full body, very powerful and tannic. Incredible depth and power. Precise and so focused. Muscular. Great structure. This needs at least six to eight years to come together. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2018)

Bid on this bottle of 1999 Cheval Blanc, St-Émilion (93RP, 92ST, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The complex, explosively fragrant 1999 Cheval Blanc is a blend of 59% Merlot and 41% Cabernet Franc. It is already showing well, which is a good sign for a wine that traditionally is reserved early in life, but puts on weight and richness in the bottle. Stylistically, this wine is probably cut from the same mold as vintages such as 1985, 1966, and 1962. The color is a dense ruby with purple nuances. Once past the blockbuster bouquet of menthol, leather, black fruits, licorice, and mocha, the wine reveals medium body, extraordinary elegance, purity, and sweet, harmonious flavors with no hard edges. This is a seamless beauty of finesse, charm, and concentration. The 1999 is an exciting Cheval Blanc to drink relatively young. Anticipated maturity: 2006-2022. (RP)" (04/2002)
Starting Bid: $400.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Screaming Eagle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 100JS, 100RP, 100VN, 98DC, 98JD) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2016 Screaming Eagle is a positively stunning wine. An intense bouquet gives way to a wine of explosive energy and huge textural depth. Graphite, crushed rocks, menthol, sage and dark spice open up gradually in this reticent, brooding Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2016 is a towering, statuesque wine of the very highest level. That is the good news. The slightly less good news is that it will need a number of years in bottle to be at its very best. I wouldn't dream of touching a bottle anytime soon. The 2016 literally does scream, with tons of varietal Cabernet aromatics, flavors and structural drive. In a word: magnificent! (AG)" (12/2018)
Starting Bid: $7,750.00

Bid on this 11-bottle lot of 1995 Grand Listrac, Listrac-Médoc. From the classic 1995 vintage, Listrac-Médoc may not be as well known as its less prestigious Médoc neighbors, but these Cabernet-dominant wines can offer great enjoyment after a few years in bottle. Notoriously tannic in youth, bottle age allows them to shine.
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Pine Ridge "Cave 7" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 1-bottle of 2013 Pine Ridge "Cave 7" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Of the 2012 Pine Ridge "Cave 7" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, The "Cave 7" Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium selection blend put together in the best of vintages. Robert Parker bestowed heaps of praise and 90+ scores on all of Pine Ridge's 2012 sub-appellation wines.
Starting Bid: $82.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2003 Montevetrano "Montevetrano" Colli di Salerno (94RP, 94ST, 91WE, 90JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2003 Montevetrano is one of the revelations in this tasting. Layers of dark, baritone fruit form the building blocks, followed by suggestions of leather, spices and earthiness that add richness and complexity. Incisive and muscular throughout, the 2003 impresses for its overall sense of balance, something that was very hard to come by in this torrid vintage. Montevetrano is approximately 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Aglianico (the international varieties were planted on the existing Aglianico rootstocks) although the exact blend changes from year to year depending on vintage conditions. (AG)" (08/2010)
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this 4-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Pine Ridge "Tessitura" Napa Valley Red Blend, 1-bottle of 2013 Pine Ridge "Contemplate" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend, 1-bottle of 2013 Pine Ridge "Tessitura" Napa Valley Red Blend, and 1-bottle of 2014 Pine Ridge "Contemplate" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend. Of the 2012 Pine Ridge "Tessitura" Napa Valley Red Blend, Located in the heart of Stags Leap District, Pine Ridge has been producing wine since 1978. Tessitura is Italian for "texture, " and this wine represents Pine Ridge's efforts to achieve just that. The wine is typically a blend of Bordeaux varietals harvested from multiple terroirs throughout the Napa Valley, including a touch of Syrah in some vintages. Pine Ridge wines have the capacity to overdeliver at their price points, as evidenced by just about every vintage of their Viognier-Chenin Blanc blend.
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this magnum of 2003 Carruades de Lafite, Pauillac (1.5L) (91RP, 90JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 20, 000 cases of the gorgeous 2003 Carruades de Lafite. Despite record heat in June, July and August, this wine only hit 12.8% alcohol, which seems modest compared to the higher alcohol levels of 2009 and 2010. A final blend of 50% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc has resulted in a second wine with a Lafite Rothschild-like character, plenty of creme de cassis, cedarwood and graphite notes as well as a supple, lush texture. (RP)" (08/2014)
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Spottswoode "Family Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP, 97WE, 96VN, 95JS, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple colored with a mind-blowingly gorgeous nose that defies words: warm cassis, red roses, sandalwood, Indian spices, crushed rocks, menthol and iron ore with waft of lilacs and truffles. Medium to full-bodied with a rock-solid frame of super-ripe, grainy tannins and tons of freshness, it finishes incredibly long and remains incredibly provocative. (LPB)" (10/2018)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2009 Lagrange, St-Julien (94DC, 94VN, 94WE, (92-93JG), 93JS, 93RP, 92JD, 92ST, 91W&S, 91WS). Vinous: "The 2009 Lagrange has a very fine bouquet, one of the more complex offering from the appellation, with blackberry, loam, truffle and leather aromas. I love the cohesion here. The palate is very well balanced with plenty of freshness, a killer line of acidity and wonderful precision towards the finish. I have liked this Lagrange from day one and now at 10 years it remains perhaps the most underrated cru within Saint-Julien. This is possibly the best bottle that I have encountered. (NM)" (03/2019)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2010 Lewis Cellars "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96WS). Wine Spectator: "Lewis Cellars favors full-throttle Cabernet, yet for all their density and depth of flavor, the wines are graceful and refined, balancing size and elegance. Lewis harvests Cabernet from a collection of hillside and benchland vineyards in the Napa Valley subappellations of Calistoga, Rutherford and Oak Knoll, and the winemaking team selects the best lots for the Reserve. A blend of 98 percent Cabernet and 2 percent Petit Verdot, it aged 20 months in new French oak. Bold, rich and complex, yet delicate and graceful, featuring finely detailed currant, dark berry and licorice notes, with jazzy spice and mocha-scented oak leading to a long, firming finish that gains depth and dimension. Drink now through 2026. *#9 on Top 100 Wines of 2013* (JL)" (07/2013)
Starting Bid: $375.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 92ST, 92W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the smallest crops to be included in the Ridge Monte Bello, only 32% of the production made it into the 2003, which is largely Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot. Out of barrel as well as post-bottling I liked this wine a lot, and it has changed very little from when I last tasted it in February, 2010. It boasts an inky/blue/purple color along with sweet black currant, blueberry, graphite, licorice and toasty vanillin aromas. The tannins are still noticeable in this full-bodied 2003, but seem reasonably well-integrated. Forget this wine for another decade and drink it over the following 30+ years. (RP) 94+" (06/2013)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 4-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2006 Tierra Roja Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (93JS), 2-bottles of 2007 Tierra Roja Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (91WE), and 1-bottle of 2015 Tierra Roja Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (93RP, 92JS, 91VN). Of the 2006 Tierra Roja Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, James Suckling writes: "Gorgeous nose here of crushed raspberries and blueberries that follow through to a full body, with soft and velvety tannins and a long fruity finish. Lots going on. " (02/2011)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2018 Rivers-Marie Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94JD, 94VN). Vinous: "The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is an outrageously beautiful wine. Readers who aren't able to find the vineyard designates won't be giving up in indulging in this hedonistic, voluptuous Cabernet from proprietors Thomas Rivers Brown and Genevieve Marie Welsh. Layers of blackberry jam, chocolate, cloves and licorice build as this sumptuous Cabernet shows off its curves. The 2018 is not exactly subtle, but it sure is gorgeous. I loved it. (AG)" (01/2021)
Starting Bid: $153.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 100JD, 100RP, 98DC, 98VN) in original wood. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Scarecrow is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from two acres of old vines planted in 1945 by John Daniel and dry farmed. Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon comes sashaying out of the glass with tantalizing notions of violets, lavender, Black Forest cake, mulberries, tobacco leaf and fragrant earth with a core of warm cassis, kirsch, Chinese five spice, rose hip tea and cedar chest. The palate is full-bodied and super concentrated yet possesses great energy with vibrant red and black fruits and loads of mineral accents, framed by very ripe, super fine-grained tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing very long with the most incredible perfume. Hedonistically, undeniably and deliciously perfect. (LPB)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $2,102.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Malescot-St-Exupéry, Margaux (96JS, 93VN, 93WS, 92RP). James Suckling: "Dark currants and berries with walnuts on the nose. Follows through to a full body, integrated tannins and a gorgeous finish. Exciting. Wow." (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (98VN, 97JD, 96RP, 96W&S, 96WS, 95JS). Vinous: "One of the highlights in this tasting, the 2016 Monte Bello has turned out just as beautifully as I hoped it would. Soaring aromatics, bright acids and mid-weight structure give the 2016 a super-classic feel. Clearly, the 2016 is very primary today, with plenty of bright red and purplish berry fruit. More than that, though, the 2016 pulses with energy and simply exceptional balance. Don't miss it! (AG)" (10/2019)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2003 Anderson's Conn Valley "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Since 1990, Cabernet Sauvignon has an enviable track record at Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyard. Moreover, they should last for 20-30 or more years. My instincts suggest 2002 may be one of the finest Cabernets yet produced here, but the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is better every time I re-taste it. Its smoky, gamy, cedary, creme de cassis, tobacco, and leather-scented bouquet is Pauillac-like. Full-bodied with abundant ripe, silky tannin, this gorgeous effort may not be as seamless as the 2002, but it should last nearly as long…at least two decades. (RP)" (12/2006)
Starting Bid: $84.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2000 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 1-bottle of 2001 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91WS, 90RP). Of the 2001 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Wine Spectator writes: "Aging very nicely, this is smooth, supple and complex, in great drinking space. Ripe currant, wild berry, mocha, dill, cedar and tobacco are full-bodied, gaining on the finish. (JL, Web-2011)"
Starting Bid: $185.00

Bid on this magnum of 2018 Realm "The Tempest" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (97JS, 96JD, 96VN, 94RP). James Suckling: "Rich, intense aromas of cassis, stewed blackberries, blueberry jam, cloves, black olives and cocoa. It’s full-bodied and mouth-filling with firm, velvety tannins. Impressive depth and fruit extraction. Mostly merlot. Drink from 2022, but already a beauty." (12/2020)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2008 Castello dei Rampolla "Vigna d'Alceo" Toscana (100JS, 96RP, 96VN). James Suckling: "Love this. Fabulous aromas of currants and blackberries. Hints of licorice, Indian spices and dried violets. Full-bodied, ultra-fine tannins and amazing fruit, yet so vibrant, racy and balanced. The structure of Margaux with the style of Rampolla. Best ever. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. From organically grown grapes. Leave it for at least five or six years." (12/2012)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Cos d'Estournel, St-Estèphe (OWC - 100JS, 100RP, 100VN, 99JD, 97DC, 96WE, 96WS) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2016 Cos d’Estournel was a bona fide showstopper out of barrel, the best that I had encountered in over 20 years of visiting the estate during en primeur, so my expectations were piled high when I returned to find out how it performs in bottle. Deep, almost opaque in color, it sports a very intense but broody bouquet with fathomless deep black fruit tinged with blueberry and violet. The aromas almost seem to envelop the senses. The palate is medium-bodied with ultra-fine tannin that I have never witnessed in any other vintage of Cos d’Estournel. There is a beguiling symmetry to this Saint-Estèphe, as well as unerring mineralité. The persistent, tobacco-tinged finish can be felt 60 second after the wine has departed. (NM)" (01/2019)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Troplong Mondot, St-Émilion (100JD, 96RP) Jeb Dunnuck: "Pure perfection in a glass, the incredible 2009 Troplong Mondot offers off the chart notes of blackcurrants, licorice, truffles and saddle leather that just soar from the glass. This is a big, ripe, incredibly sexy wine that hits the palate with a huge texture, building, ripe tannin, no weight, and a finish that just won't quit. Utterly brilliant stuff, it's slightly more approachable than the 2005, but both of these vintages play in the same style. Bravo!" (11/2017)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this bottle of 2013 GKG Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (91RP, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A joint project between the creative Dave Phinney and famous photographer Greg Gorman, this blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec was aged 18 months in two-thirds new French oak. The wine is dense purple and shows good, sweet blackcurrant fruit along with some notes of pen ink and camphor, followed by a medium to full-bodied, silky textured, opulent and luscious wine. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 96JS, 94VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon emerges from another first-growth vineyard that was acquired by Andy Beckstoffer in 1993, and planted with multiple clones of Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Cabernet Franc. The original vineyard was planted in 1868, but the present one consists of nearly 90 acres. The 2012 reveals incredible complexity and density with notes of Christmas fruitcake, baking spices, licorice, crème de cassis and forest floor. Full-bodied with the vintage’s opulence and drama, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was fashioned from Clones 4 and 337. (RP) 97+" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $440.00

Bid on this bottle of 2010 Montrose, St-Estèphe (100RP, 99VN, 98DC, 97JS, 97WS, 96WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is considered to be among the greatest vintages ever made in Montrose, right up with the 1929, 1945, 1947, 1959, 1961, 1989, 1990 and 2009. Harvest was October 15 to 17. The wine has really come on since I last tasted it, and it needs at least another 10 years of cellaring. The blend was 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine is opaque black/blue, with an incredible nose of blueberry and blackberry liqueur, with hints of incense, licorice, and acacia flowers. Tannins are incredibly sweet and very present. The wine is full-bodied, even massive, with great purity, depth and a finish that goes on close to a minute. This is a 50- to 75-year-old wine that will repay handsomely those with good aging genes. (RP)" (08/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (100JS, 98JD, 98VN, 95DC, 95RP, 94CG, 94W&S, 94WE). James Suckling: "Stunning depth, power, purity and elegance. The blackcurrants and plums are fresh and intense on the nose with blueberries and gently herbal notes, too. The palate has a keenly articulated array of vibrant tannins that hold long, fresh and pure. It invokes a sense of wonderment at the finish. So long and so pure. This blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc, is just at the start of a wonderful journey." (11/2018)

Of the 2016 Ridge Vineyards "Estate" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon, Vinous writes: "Once again an overachiever, Ridge's 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is regal. Aromatically intense and deep on the palate, the 2016 proves to be utterly captivating from the very first taste. Dark fruit, chocolate, licorice, dried flowers, leather and menthol infuse the 2016 with remarkable complexity. In 2016, the last year of the drought cycle Ridge made one of the very best editions of this wine. Just as remarkably, the 2016 is incredibly harmonious for such a young wine. (AG)" (10/2019)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2004 Léoville-Barton, St-Julien (94WE, 91RP, 91ST, 91WS, 90W&S). Wine Enthusiast: "As so often, Léoville-Barton stands out for its style and elegance. With fresh fruit and acidity allied to generous tannins, it sums up the character of the 2004 vintage. Very classic in Bordeaux terms: not hugely powerful, but delicious. *Editors' Choice* (RV)" (06/2007)

Bid on this bottle of 2018 Realm "Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JD, 98JS, 98RP, 97VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple colored, it rolls sensuously out of the glass with decadent scents of boysenberries, black cherries, redcurrant jelly and blackcurrant pastilles with hints of bouquet garni, black soil and iron ore. Full-bodied, the taut, tightly knit black and red fruit has a firm structure of ripe, grainy tannins and bags of freshness, finishing very long with loads of earth and mineral nuances coming through. Of the 2007 Joseph Phelps "Insignia" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Deep garnet colored with a lingering hint of purple, the 2007 Insignia Proprietary Red Wine reveals the most seductive crème de cassis, Black Forest cake and licorice notions with touches of violets, eucalyptus, chocolate box and unsmoked cigars plus a waft of cedar chest. Full-bodied with tantalizing opulence yet compelling restraint, the palate beautifully juxtaposes the rich, ripe fruit with wonderful freshness and a firm yet plush backbone, finishing beautifully perfumed. Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 1989 Cantemerle, Haut-Médoc (95WS, 92JG, 92RP, 91VN). Wine Spectator: "Huge wine. Dark ruby-colored. Intense aromas of ripe fruit and game. Full-bodied and compacted, with masses of tannins and fruit, yet still closed and not giving much on the palate. Give this brute time. Best Cantemerle ever? (JS)" (05/1999)
Starting Bid: $360.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Léoville-Poyferré, St-Julien (100JD, 100RP, 97JS, 96DC, 96VN, 96WE, 95ST, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the more flamboyant and sumptuous wines of the vintage, this inky/purple-colored St.-Julien reveals thrilling levels of opulence, richness and aromatic pleasures. A soaring bouquet of creme de cassis, charcoal, graphite and spring flowers is followed by a super-concentrated wine with silky tannins, stunning amounts of glycerin, a voluptuous, multilayered mouthfeel and nearly 14% natural alcohol. Displaying fabulous definition for such a big, plump, massive, concentrated effort, I suspect the tannin levels are high even though they are largely concealed by lavish amounts of fruit, glycerin and extract.
