93 points James Suckling: "Aromas of candied ginger, baked pear and fresh herbs. Full-bodied with a lovely, oily texture. Layered flavors of chamomile and lavender at the beginning, but turns toward fresh cream and then the note of candied ginger on the nose returns. Linear and balanced. Drink now." (02/2022)

Online and shipping orders only by the 6 pack; price is per stem. For generations, traditional crystal glasses were made with lead to fortify them. Schott Zwiesel replaced the lead with titanium and zirconium, creating a crystal glass that is incredibly durable and brilliant. The glasses are then reinforced at the rim and at both ends of the stem where breakage most frequently occurs. Scratch resistant, even in the dishwasher. This is larger than the Riedel Chianti glass at 8 7/8" tall and larger in diameter than the Chardonnay/Red wine glass, with a cap...

90 points James Suckling: "This generous, quite traditional style Valreas marries a self-confidently dry and dusty personality to red fruits and just a hint of leather. Good structure at the long, warm finish. A cuvee of grenache and syrah from vineyards at 400 meters above sea level. (SP)" (05/2023) Jeb Dunnuck: "A pretty, perfumed, elegant, and medium-bodied red, the 2020 Côtes du Rhône Villages Valréas Tendresse D'Un Climat has lots of red fruits, dried Provençal herbs, and peppery notes, supple tannins, and a good finish. It's already drinking nic...

92 points James Suckling: "Stacks of spice, dried Mediterranean herbs and a touch of leather on the nose. Bold, structured and lively, this is an impressive wine for the humble appellation. Long harmonious finish with good complexity. A cuvee of grenache, syrah and carignan from vines that are over 50-years-old. Drink or hold." (05/2023) Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2021 Côtes Du Rhône looks to be well worth your time. Based on 50% Grenache and 25% each Syrah and Carignan, it has a darker, black, almost blue-fruited profile as well as pretty notes of violets and ...

The "Duchesse" is one of the must-try Belgians, an oak cask matured red ale that's wildly aromatic, reminiscent of cognac, balsamic vinegar, and fermented plum and other fruits all at once.

The Verquière estate has been passed down from father to son for many generations and is now managed by Thibaut Chamfort. Following age-old traditions and sustainable practices, the estate was recently certified organic. The Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Sablet is a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, and 5% Cinsault grown on three different terroirs. The first being the chalky clay soils with loads of large pebbles from the lower part of the appellation, limestone and marl from the highest part, and classic sandy soils of Sablet right around the...

91 points James Halliday: "Terra rossa soils the source. And they show, as a ferrous ingress of iodine and sweet earth, mingling with blue and darker fruit aspersions and the smoked meatiness of reductive handling and its floral lift. A rich wine with a modicum of restraint, tension and solid drinkability. (NG)" (01/2023) 91 points James Suckling: "Sourced from terra rossa soils. Coralie Onde is from the winemaking family behind Domaine les Ondines, but opted to start her own project independent of her family estate in 2008. She formed Domaine de la Ganse in Vacqueyras when she purchased some terrific old vine fruit, also taking a small holding when the family estate was split. With close to nine hectares now, Coralie began the organic certification process and was officially certified in 2014. Her vines are aged from fifteen to fifty-five years and the soils are primarily chalky-clay with some galet (river stones).

92 points Decanter: "A bright and light iteration of Corbières that's light on its feet, full of cherry stone, strawberries and juicy acidity. A new window onto this area's wines, with great promise. (NE)" (10/2023) K&L Notes: "My name is Sophie Guiraudon and I am a winemaker since ZERO generation!" Sophie Guiraudon worked in other people's wineries in southern France for years, and in 2000, she started her own biodynamic, organic winery. She wanted to grow grapes that her son could eat right off of the vines. The "Lolo de l'Anhel" is a blend of 81% Ca...

91 points Vinous: "The 2021 The Dancing Fig (an unusual blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Shiraz) displays excellent value. It delivers a good volume of fruit with focused blackberry, leather and fruit pastille aromas. Mourvèdre adds hearty tannins to the package, which underpin a meaty, well-formed and compact palate. A savory ironstone edge adds delicious detail over a lengthy finish. While delicious now, it also feels like a sleeper that will surprise over the next decade."
