A Joven Mezcal from crafted by Master Mezcalero Raúl Rodríguez Reyes from two Agave varieties: Espadin (a. angustifolia Haw) and Barril (a. karwinskii Zucc) sourced from Ejutla, Oaxaca. 100% maguey/agave with no added sugar, coloring or flavoring, Campanile is ground with a traditional Tahona press, roasted in a ground conical oven, fermented in wood sabino and double-distilled in copper.
