Founded in 1882, Roger Goulart is in the village of San Esteve, province of Barcelona. A quintessential Cava producer, Goulart pioneered the traditional method sparkling wine production in Spain. Avinyo is small grower/producer of Cava. The Esteve family have been growing grapes in the Alt-Penedes region for generations. And started producing their own wines in the late '70's. They own 40ha of land and they only use organic practices in their vineyards. La Ticota is Avinyo’s oldest single vineyard. This is a wine that is only made in the best of vintages.
