Coralie Onde is from the winemaking family behind Domaine les Ondines, but opted to start her own project independent of her family estate in 2008. She formed Domaine de la Ganse in Vacqueyras when she purchased some terrific old vine fruit, also taking a small holding when the family estate was split. With close to nine hectares now, Coralie began the organic certification process and was officially certified in 2014.
