Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2016 Antigal Aduentus Mediterraneo Malbec - Tempranillo - Syrah, Mendoza.
Starting Bid: $80.00
Bid on this bottle of 2014 The Third Twin (Sine Qua Non) Central Coast Graciano (97JD, 97RP, 94VN). Wine Advocate: "A blend of 90% Graciano and 10% Mourvèdre, completely destemmed and then aged all in used oak barrels for around 27 months, the 2014 The Third Twin Graciano sports a very deep garnet-purple color and beguiling nose of espresso, tapenade, preserved plums and Indian spices with earth and licorice nuances. The densely packed, full-bodied palate has a firm backbone of grainy tannins and lovely freshness, with loads of earthy layers and fantastic length, which features buckets of exotic spices. This is the first edition of this single vineyard wine, coming entirely from The Third Twin Vineyard in Los Alamos, showcasing not only the potential of this amazing site but of this grape variety in the region. (LPB) 97+ " (09/2017)
Starting Bid: $195.00
Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2013 L'Aventure "Estate Cuvée" Paso Robles Red Blend (97RP) and 1-bottle of 2013 L'Aventure "For Her" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (94RP, 93VN). Of the 2013 L'Aventure "Estate Cuvée" Paso Robles Red Blend, Wine Advocate writes: "The top wine of the estate and a blend that was the reason Stephan left Pomerol, the 2013 Estate Cuvee checks in as 43% Syrah, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petit Verdot that comes all from his estate vineyard. It's locked and loaded with black and blue fruit, crushed rock, licorice and ground herbs, and I wrote that it seemed like it was filtered through a rocky riverbed in my notes. Serious, structured and tight, yet fabulously concentrated and pure, it needs 3-4 years of cellaring and will keep for two decades. (JD) 97+" (08/2015)
Current Bid: $135.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Terroir al Limit "Les Manyes" Priorat (99RP, 96JS, 95JD). Wine Advocate: "The otherworldly 2015 Les Manyes is a completely different Garnacha from Priorat, as it comes from a high-altitude vineyard on clay and limestone soils with a total absence of slate. From a cold terroir at 800 meters in altitude, this is very perfumed, floral, exuberant and open, nuanced, elegant and complex. The wine also has structure and concentration but doesn't show it—or just shows it in a subtle way. This has an electric palate with lively, almost citric acidity. Every year the wines seem to be better... Where is the limit? 1, 865 bottles were filled after 24 months in a Stockinger foudre, yet the wine shows no oak at all. This is truly outstanding, possibly the best Les Manyes ever. I couldn't help but to think about Rayas when I tasted this... (LG)" (04/2018)
Current Bid: $260.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine de la Grange des Pères Vin de Pays de l'Hérault. Jancis Robinson: "40% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre, 10% Counoise, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm, composed, rich and round. Lots of interest here. Polished tannins and great savour and transparency. Very much a food wine with still lots of tannin tucked in behind the fruit for future development. (JR) 17.5/20 points" (11/2018)
Current Bid: $310.00
Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 1977 Dow's Vintage Port (97JS, 93RP, 92WS). James Suckling: "This is really glorious and refined, offering a polished and creamy texture. Complex aromas and flavors with cream, dried fruit and nuts. Medium body. Very beautiful. A refined and glorious 1977 now. Real deal. " (01/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2016 Saxum "Broken Stones" Paso Robles Red Blend (97JD, 96VN, 94RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Brought up in foudre, amphora, and some new puncheons, the 2016 Broken Stones offers a deep, full-bodied, quintessential Paso Robles style that carries plenty of freshness and acidity, notes of black and blue fruits, smoked meats, violets, and ground pepper, polished tannins, and a monster of a finish. " (10/2019)
Starting Bid: $90.00
Bid on this bottle of 2016 The Third Twin (Sine Qua Non) "Nuestra Señora del Tercer Gemelo" Central Coast Red Blend (99RP, 98JD, 95VN). Wine Advocate: "Very deep garnet-purple in color, the 2016 Nuestra Senora Del Tercer Gemelo has a wonderfully meaty/savory nose over a core of crème de cassis and baked plums with nut and fruit cake undertones followed by yeast extract, tilled soil, fungi and unsmoked cigar notes. The massively rich, full-bodied palate is incredibly precise, features wonderfully delineated, complex savory, earthy and mineral layers, all lifted by fantastic freshness. The jaw-dropping depth of flavors is superbly supported by firm, ripe, grainy tannins, finishing on a compelling iron-ore note. Truly, this is a wine without peers! (LPB) 99+" (06/2019)
Starting Bid: $210.00
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2016 Booker "My Favorite Neighbor" Paso Robles Bordeaux Blend ((95-97JD), 96RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "Still in barrel, the Cabernet Sauvignon dominated 2016 My Favorite Neighbor offers smokin’ notes of crème de cassis, lead pencil shavings, licorice, smoke tobacco, and hints of violets. With full-bodied r still fresh, chalky, moderately tannic, elegant and lengthy red." (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $180.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of Jérôme Prévost "La Closerie Les Beguines" Extra Brut Champagne (LC18) (95RP, 93VN). Wine Advocate: "The NV Extra Brut Les Béguines LC 18 is a wine of immense charm and generosity of spirit. Mingling aromas of walnuts, fenugreek, pear, yellow orchard fruit, licorice, white flowers and buttery pastry with evocations of peach and apricot, it's full-bodied, fleshy and voluptuous, with a broad and textural attack that segues into an ample, enveloping core, concluding with a sapid finish. "These were the nicest grapes I've ever seen when assessed simply as fruit, " Prévost remarks, contrasting the 2018 crop with the smaller berries and thicker skins of, for instance, 2015 "which were great grapes from which to make wine." (WK)" (03/2021)
Current Bid: $391.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010 Domaine de la Grange des Peres Vins De Pays de l'Herault Rouge (93RP). Wine Advocate: "Made by Laurent Vaille and sporting a semi-opaque ruby color, the 2010 Languedoc Grange des Peres is comprised of 40% Syrah, 40% Mourvedre and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon that’s aged all in 228-liter barrels. An elegant, lively and complex wine, it offers ample currant and assorted dark fruits, leafy herbs, spice and hints of minerality that flow to a medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured 2010 that has nothing out of place, notable acidity and a core of sweet fruit. Fleshing out beautifully in the glass, it’s surprisingly approachable, so don’t be afraid to open bottles anytime soon (decant), yet I suspect it will evolve gracefully for upwards of 12-15 years given the overall balance and harmony. (JD)" (04/2014)
Current Bid: $320.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Booker "Estate" Paso Robles Red Blend (94RP). Wine Advocate: "Tasted out of bottle and a blend of 51% Tempranillo, 28% Syrah, 13% Petit Verdot and 8% Grenache, the 2014 Booker Estate is about as silky and seamless as they get. Sporting a vibrant purple/ruby color and vibrant notes of creme de cassis, jammy blackberries, melted licorice, spice and toasty oak, this full-bodied red glides across the palate with no weight, beautiful purity and shows building, chalky tannin on the palate. Drink this impeccably made Paso Robles beauty anytime over the coming 7-8 years. (JD)" (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $100.00
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2018 Ultramarine "Heintz Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Rosé Sparkling Wine (95RP, 94VN). Wine Advocate: "The 2018 Rosé Heintz Vineyard is powerful at this early stage, with a medium cherry-pink color and generous aromas of yellow peach and brioche accented by touches of lemon peel and sage. The medium-bodied palate is dry and finely creamy with surprising concentration and unapologetic ripeness—it boasts wave after wave of pastry-laced fruit that's so enjoyable, I don't want to put it down! (EB)" (07/2023)
Starting Bid: $265.00
Bid on this 3-bottle lot of Jérôme Prévost "La Closerie Les Beguines" Extra Brut Champagne (LC19) (97JD, 97RP, 95VN, 94JG). Wine Advocate: "The NV Extra Brut Les Béguines LC 19 showed brilliantly once again, bursting with aromas of orange rind, orchard fruit, red berries and peach, mingled with notions of walnuts and marzipan, as well as telltale hints of warm spices and fenugreek. Full-bodied, layered and concentrated, it's deep and complete, with huge reserves of fruit and structure, enlivened by a pillowy mousse. Concluding with a long, sapid finish, I continue to think this is one of Prévost's finest releases of the decade. In style, it's reminiscent of a somewhat riper version of the 2012. (WK)" (09/2021)
Current Bid: $625.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Domaine de la Grange des Pères Vin de Pays de l'Hérault (91RP). (JD)" (04/2017)

Of the 2018 Vérité "La Muse" Sonoma County Bordeaux Blend, Wine Advocate writes: "A blend of 90% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec, the 2018 La Muse was matured 16 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the nose delivers a powerful perfume of cherry pie, blackberry preserves and baked plums, followed by suggestions of red roses, cast-iron pan, underbrush and unsmoked cigars, plus wafts of licorice and oolong tea. Of the 2018 Next Of Kyn (Sine Qua Non) "Cumulus Vineyard No. 12" Central Coast Red Blend, Wine Advocate writes: "Manfred Krankl notes that the 2018 Cumulus Vineyard No. 12 represents a shift away from earlier cuvées that were dominated by the Syrah grape. This iteration is composed of 47.7% Syrah, 23.4% Grenache, 21.3% Petite Sirah, 5.6% Mourvèdre and 2 % Petit Manseng.(EB)" (06/2022)

Of the 2006 Fattoria Galardi "Terra Di Lavoro" Roccamonfina, Wine Advocate writes: "I am thrilled with the 2006 Terra di Lavoro, which easily lives up to the praise I bestowed upon it last year. This wasn’t an easy vintage for Galardi. The weather was uneven, and a drastic selection was necessary in the cellar. Overall production was even lower in 2006 than in 2005, but the estate’s commitment to quality paid off in a big way. The 2006 Terra di Lavoro presents an intriguing combination of compelling inner sweetness wrapped around a firm, imposing frame. (AG)" (08/2010)

Bid on this 12-bottle lot of 2020 Les Mesclances "Cuvée Faustine" Côtes de Provence Rosé. Jancis Robinson: " Rose petal, peach and raspberry – a sophisticated and ambitious nose. Bid on this bottle of 2017 Saxum "Paderewski Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend (97VN, 95JD, 94RP, 93WS). Vinous: "Opaque ruby. Powerful, deeply pitched black and blue fruit, candied licorice, violet pastille and fruitcake flavors are braced by a spine of juicy acidity and a hint of smoky minerals. Stains the palate with densely packed cassis, bitter cherry and blueberry flavors that pick up exotic spice, cola and dark chocolate on the back half. This deeply concentrated wine shows remarkable clarity and litheness for its richness and finishes extremely long and spicy, with a resonating floral note and chewy, steadily building tannins. It is also one of the most complex and distinctive Rosés readers will come across. Gorgeous floral and savory nuances weave through a delicate, understated core of Meunier fruit. The Beaudiers is a contemplative wine to savor over a leisurely meal. I loved it. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: November, 2021. (AG)" (05/2022)

Wine Advocate: "While I reviewed the 2011 Cumulus Vineyard #5 last year, I was thrilled to be able to retaste it this go around. Showing consistently, with tons of savory, meaty characteristics in its currants, cassis, ground herbs and wood smoke-like aromas and flavors, this is a full-bodied, gorgeously concentrated 2011 that shows the freshness and purity of the vintage, yet backs it up with plenty of texture and length. Current Bid: $310.00
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2019 Bedrock "Nervo Ranch Heritage" Alexander Valley Red Blend (95VN, 91JD, 91WS). Vinous: "A powerful, explosive wine, the 2019 Nervo Heritage Wine possesses tremendous energy right out of the gate. Crushed flowers, mint and spice lend striking aromatic nuance. The tannins are a big edgy at the moment, but time in bottle should take care of that. I imagine the 2019 will be positively stellar with a bit of bottle age. (AG)" (01/2021)

Bid on this bottle of 1997 Giuseppe Quintarelli Amarone della Valpolicella (94RP). Wine Advocate: "Quintarelli’s 1997 Amarone is seductive from the first aromas that float from the glass. It offers a myriad of dried cherries, plums, tea leaves, earthiness, spices, smoke and herbs in a deceptively medium-bodied style bursting with flavor. Constantly changing in the glass, this is a sensual wine of contrasts; it is sweet yet dry, rustic yet incredibly elegant, all at the same time. (AG)" (10/2007)

Jeb Dunnuck: "A perfect wine, the 2016 Hexe comes mostly from the estate James Berry Vineyard yet has a little bit of G2 fruit as well. Made from lots showing the most structure and power, it tastes like an old vine Grenache from the La Crau lieu-dit in Châteauneuf du Pape with its huge bouquet of black raspberries, cassis, garrigue, ground pepper, and melted licorice. Full-bodied, ripe, and sexy on the palate, with awesome concentration. " (10/2019)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Guastaferro "Primum" Taurasi Riserva (95VN, 93WE). Vinous: "Dark orange-red. Enticing aromas and flavors of ripe red cherry, almond paste, coriander, smoke and tar. Very smooth but offers lively acidity that nicely frames the ripe, multilayered, complex fruit flavors. Finishes long and with a delicate mineral tang. I suggest you decant this beauty at least one hour ahead. The normale 2011 Primum is an outstanding wine, but this Riserva is a downright memorable Taurasi. Very well done. (ID)" (11/2016)
