Château Revelette is an organically-certified, 30 hectare estate run by German transplant Peter Fisher in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOC. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in their traditional but modernly equipped cellar. Peter's pride and joy are his Tete de Cuvee wines "Le Grand Blanc" and "Le Grand Rouge." Both are actually declassified in the region, since they do not follow the traditional blends of Coteaux d'Aix.
