93 points Wine Enthusiast: "Perhaps one of the best-known American DIPAs today, Dogfish knows how to do it right for serious hopheads looking for a strong, astringent kick. Dark stone fruit and fig add depth to the otherwise hop-dominated nose, while resin and pine flood the full-bodied and round mouth. It’s balanced for what it is, though there is an impression of aged Sherry on the finish with a touch of rancio and toasted walnut-infused warmth. " (11/2011) K&L Notes: Esquire Magazine calls this 90 Minute IPA, "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An...

Two Moon Ritual is a hybrid West Coast IPA of sorts, with one foot in the new school and one foot in the old. Quick and zippy malt character to give the kids what they want these days, but followed by some dank and resinous hop character that reminds you of the base of the pyramid that West Coast style IPAs were built on. Hopped in the brewhouse with Magnum, Simcoe, Nelson, and Strata, then blasted post fermentation with more Nelson, CTZ, Simcoe & Mosaic. This combo leads to heavy resins, reefer madness, and a touch of that diesely NZ Sauvigon Blanc.

Stellar Fawn is an intergalactic space elk style IPA brewed with a mix of 2 Row and Pilsner malts + a touch of wheat. This grist keeps the body light and lets the focus fall to the hop profile. Hot side hopping with Simcoe and Cashmere lay down fruity base for the Citra, Strata, Chinook dry hop. All these hops come together to form notes of sweet dragon fruit, peach blossom, and fruity Flinstones vitamins. Note: This beer is tasting fucking awesome right now. (Brewery Notes)

Up to the time IPA, dry and not too bitter yet brimming with floral, citrus aroma. The nose is a blend of sweet citrus mixed with some deep fruity notes. This ale is hoppy up front, yet finishes with a nice balance between light malt sweetness and a clean solid bittering. At 7% it is not a session beer, but it is designed to be palatable for extended drinking pleasure. 40 is the new 30, and IPA is the new Lager.

From the brewery: "It's a holiday gift from us, to us: Introducing DDH SO INTO YOU. We took our GABF award-winning Hazy IPA and double dry-hopped it with the same killer trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. Enjoy an ever-so-slightly bumped ABV at 7.3% and even more elevated notes of citrus and stonefruit. There's still a Citra-dominant balance of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit but the lovely touches of white peach and lemongrass meld beautifully with even bigger flavors of tropical papaya, pineapple, and mango derived from a good backing of Mosai...
