Particle Drift is a cross dimensional IPA beer brewed with a soft base of flaked and malted oats, malted wheat, and unsalted wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Strata & Simcoe to keep the hop flavor and aroma high as a kite. Post fermentation this beer was double dry hopped HEAVY with more Simcoe, Strata, and Nelson.
