The Hissez O is the penultimate of production for the domaine. Sourced from the highest-altitude, lowest-yielding parcel, the wine is composed of 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache, and 5% Cinsault. The Hissez O is also aged in large, older demi-muid barrels, adding richness and texture to the wine.
