One of the most refreshing beers on a hot day! Brewery note: "The Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit is a mix of Stiegl-Goldbräu and fruit juice that is invariably natural and has no artificial sweeteners added to it. The grapefruit juice lends this a naturally cloudy appearance and a tangy fruit flavor, creating a succulent and fruity taste sensation with a refreshing finish."

"Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry." (...

About the producer: "Lassen Traditional Cider was founded by Ben Nielsen. Ben's love of fermentation began when he started brewing beer in college. After brewing extensively for his adult life, around 2005 he began delving into cider in an effort to use the free fruit from a neighbor's backyard apples trees in Corvallis, OR. After a couple years, this morphed into an annual cider pressing party where all his friends would bring apples to press or just help out. So of course, the neighbor's apples weren't enough after a while. Unused trees in yards all ov...

From the brewery: "A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all - it must taste rare!"

"Double Negative pours jet black with burnt orange highlights. A long lasting tan head leaves abundant lacing. Aromas bursting from the glass include coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel, black currant and blueberry. Creamy and viscous on the palate, the flavor initially follows the nose. A pop of smooth bitterness comes after, and then a lingering, roasty finish." (Producer notes)

From the producer: "The legendary Newtown Pippin has a long, illustrious history in our country. It was discovered growing as a seedling in Queens in New York City in the mid 1700s and is one of the oldest cultivars in the U.S. Thomas Jefferson himself proclaimed it to be a superior apple. Its rich aromatic flavor results in a complex and flavorful cider. This cider is wild fermented to complete dryness in neutral red wine barrels. Our cider is bottle conditioned, with a small amount of fresh juice added back during bottling for natural carbonation. As a...

From the cidery: "Crisp, tart, refreshing & just a smidge fancy - We really love dry cider around here. Nü Dry is our evolving interpretation of what a modern apple-focused dry cider can and should be. This blend will always be fermented fully dry with zero residual sugar and moderately carbonated with an ABV of 7% of less, but the mix of apples used to create the blend will change with the seasons just as nature intended. Have a look at the date code on the bottom of the can to look up specific batch details & tasting notes at www.farwestcider.com/nudry...

From the brewery: "Announcing Gathering Tart Cherries & Peaches! We began this beer with tart cherries from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY and peaches from Wright’s Farm in Gardiner, NY. The fruit underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending with our favorite barrels of aged sour beer. The result is bright balanced acidity, kriek-like overtones of cherry and cinnamon, and tannic peach skin on the palate."
