Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite hops. They also blend in Warrior, Columbus and Simcoe hops to round out the blend. It's double dry hopped for two weeks, and the result is intense citrus, tropical fruits, melon and gooseberry notes.

Ketzer Lager is a Franconian inspired Helles, a style that has long been close to our hearts. Striving to reflect the pure balance, nuance, and quality found in this traditional style, Ketzer is brewed with German Pilsner malt, just a kiss of Vienna and Light Munich and hopped with selected Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Saphir hops. A gentle biscuit malt character and a noble floral, spicy hop aroma prevails with notes of wildflower honey, citrus zest, alpine herbs and a hint of peppercorn. To ensure that classic mouthfeel and expressive mineralty, ...

Luis Acebal is a fourth-generation cider maker in Asturias, using native Asturian varietals. These are bone dry, acid-driven ciders fermented spontaneously on the lees, and bottled without fining or clarification. Traditional Asturian ciders are poured from high overheard to generate a fine mousse, as these ciders are typically still. Since the bubbles dissipate quickly, the cider should be consumed in small pours immediately after serving. This ritual is repeated multiple times throughout. But if you're not into the flair (or the attendant mess), you ca...

Crystal clear, highly carbonated, and ever-so drinkable, this pils begins as German in style, but with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger dry hopping, it evolves to become the deliciously crisp Italian-style Pilsner. Brewer Agostino Arioli of Birrificio Italiano is credited with developing this method of brewing, and our foray into the style showcases hop forward aromatics of black tea, bergamot, thyme and pils malt character, with a very dry, mildly herbal, drinking experience that we’ve fallen in love with. Hops Used: Dry Hopped Euro Pils with Haller...

With our new LICHTENHAINER WEISSE (10.9°P), we want to revive the almost extinct sour beer tradition of Jena. We followed the definition of this old Thuringian beer style and have brewed a tangy, top-fermented beer with a slightly sour yet smoky taste and a light yellow color. The result is a light, easy-drinking beer with a velvety-soft acidity and a subtle smoky character. It is reminiscent of a beautiful summer evening around the bonfire. "Double Negative pours jet black with burnt orange highlights. A long lasting tan head leaves abundant lacing. Aromas bursting from the glass include coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel, black currant and blueberry. Creamy and viscous on the palate, the flavor initially follows the nose. A pop of smooth bitterness comes after, and then a lingering, roasty finish." (Producer notes)
