Boulevard Brewing Co. "Tank 7" Farmhouse Ale, Missouri (16oz can)
Back In Stock!
From Boulevard Brewing: "Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored a...

Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite hops. They also blend in Warrior, Columbus and Simcoe hops to round out the blend. It's double dry hopped for two weeks, and the result is intense citrus, tropical fruits, melon and gooseberry notes.

Two Moon Ritual is a hybrid West Coast IPA of sorts, with one foot in the new school and one foot in the old. Quick and zippy malt character to give the kids what they want these days, but followed by some dank and resinous hop character that reminds you of the base of the pyramid that West Coast style IPAs were built on. Hopped in the brewhouse with Magnum, Simcoe, Nelson, and Strata, then blasted post fermentation with more Nelson, CTZ, Simcoe & Mosaic. This combo leads to heavy resins, reefer madness, and a touch of that diesely NZ Sauvigon Blanc.

Stellar Fawn is an intergalactic space elk style IPA brewed with a mix of 2 Row and Pilsner malts + a touch of wheat. This grist keeps the body light and lets the focus fall to the hop profile. Hot side hopping with Simcoe and Cashmere lay down fruity base for the Citra, Strata, Chinook dry hop. All these hops come together to form notes of sweet dragon fruit, peach blossom, and fruity Flinstones vitamins. Note: This beer is tasting fucking awesome right now. (Brewery Notes)

Packed with Mosaic hops to invite subtle tropical notes into the mix, this is one hazy IPA not to be underestimated.

"Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry." (...

Dogfish Head "90 Minute" IPA, Delaware (12 oz)
Back In Stock!
93 points Wine Enthusiast: "Perhaps one of the best-known American DIPAs today, Dogfish knows how to do it right for serious hopheads looking for a strong, astringent kick. Dark stone fruit and fig add depth to the otherwise hop-dominated nose, while resin and pine flood the full-bodied and round mouth. It’s balanced for what it is, though there is an impression of aged Sherry on the finish with a touch of rancio and toasted walnut-infused warmth. " (11/2011) K&L Notes: Esquire Magazine calls this 90 Minute IPA, "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An...

Crystal clear, highly carbonated, and ever-so drinkable, this pils begins as German in style, but with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger dry hopping, it evolves to become the deliciously crisp Italian-style Pilsner. Brewer Agostino Arioli of Birrificio Italiano is credited with developing this method of brewing, and our foray into the style showcases hop forward aromatics of black tea, bergamot, thyme and pils malt character, with a very dry, mildly herbal, drinking experience that we’ve fallen in love with. Hops Used: Dry Hopped Euro Pils with Haller...
