This sparkling wine is sourced from 100% organically grown estate fruit, this is "grower/producer" sparkling wine made at the highest level. It is a blend of 70% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeo, 5% Parellada and the wine is aged for a minimum of 24 months and disgorged and bottled with no dosage only prior to being shipped to the US.

Winemaker Bálint Losonci, began his career as a local wine writer but fell in love with the process. Early on he recognized the potential of the Matra region even though it was known mostly for bulk production during the Soviet era. Working with native grapes and all low intervention winemaking, Bálint has become one of the region's great cult successes.
