Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Lewis Cellars "Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95WS). Wine Spectator: "A mix of harmony, finesse, seductive oak and rich fruit adds up to a delightful mouthful of Cabernet, from the initial aromas of creamy, mocha-scented oak to the structured currant, blackberry and licorice flavors. Ends with a return to the oak theme. (JL)" (05/2017)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Opus One Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97JS, 96DC, 96RP, 96VN, 93WS). James Suckling: "Mesmerizing aromas of flowers, bark, currants and blackberries. So perfumed. You just want to smell it. Exquisite tension and finesse with an almost Burgundian texture, yet it’s Napa in its soul with ripe fruit, stones, spices and Chinese tea leaf flavors. Savory and delicious. (JS)" (01/2018)
Starting Bid: $950.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Ulysses Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 94DC, 94RP, (91-94VN), 92WS). James Suckling: "The evolution of this wine has been phenomenal since I tasted it in barrel a year ago with the same black cherry, plum and citrus character but with a turn to orange leaf, dark Chinese tea, and mushroom. Full body, fine and velvety tannins with a touch of dust to the texture. So much chocolate and fruit undertones with forest floor and hints of tobacco, too. The mouthfeel and complexity are seductive. Better from 2022 but a joy to taste." (01/2018)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Alpine Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95VN, 94JG, 94RP, 91BH). Vinous: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Alpine Vineyard bristles with energy. Rose petal, mint, white pepper and blood orange give the Alpine its super-appealing aromatic upper register, but there is plenty of depth lurking beneath. Here the flavors are bright and nicely focused, while the richness of the vintage is mostly felt in the dense, potent finish. (AG)" (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Horsepower "The Tribe Vineyard" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (96RP, 94JS, 94WE, 93VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From a site that's next to En Chamberlin that's planted with a 4x4 spacing (the Sur Echalas is 3x3), the 2014 Syrah The Tribe Vineyard offers more fruit (blackberry, black cherry) as well as beautiful notes of violets, rose petal, pepper and earth. Fermented with 100% whole clusters and aged in neutral puncheons, this full-bodied beauty has fine tannin, juicy acidity and a great finish. It's in direct contrast to the more masculine, meaty, umami style of the Sur Echalas Vineyard. (JD) 96+" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this half-bottle of 2014 d'Yquem, Sauternes (375ml) ((97-99WE), 98JS, (96-98RP), 98WS, 95VN). Wine Enthusiast: "Apricot tones with lively acidity give this rich wine a vein of freshness. Pear and white peach notes offer weight, while a lime backbone brings levity. There is a richness from the botrytis that is lifted by this wines delicious freshness. (RV) " (04/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Nicolas Joly Coulée de Serrant (Savennières) (95RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The yellow-golden 2014 Clos de la Coulée de Serrant, a world famous and iconic Chenin with its own appellation (Savennières – Coulée de Serrant AC), opens with a beautifully clear, precise and aromatic bouquet of ripe and dried, lovely concentrated stone and grapefruit, as well as some honey aromas intermixed with crushed crystalline stones and herbal flavors. Highly elegant, clear and vital on the palate, this full-bodied wine is immensely intense but also silky, transparent and finesse-full. The long and stimulating finish is enormously piquant and salty, very compact but in perfect balance. There are dried Mediterranean herbs like thyme along with concentrated apricot and quince flavors in the persistent aftertaste. A great, elegant and very refined Coulée. (SR) 95+" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $161.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello Historic Vines" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN). Vinous: "The 2014 Monte Bello Historic Vines is surprisingly delicate in this vintage, certainly much more so than it was in 2013. Bright red fruit, expressive floral notes and silky tannins all confer finesse. Medium in body gracious and nicely lifted, the 2014 speaks to class and finesse above all else. (AG)" (08/2017)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Darioush "Darius II" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 94WE, 91WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The top cuvée, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Darius II is a serious wine, with a fragrant nose of graphite, blackberry, cassis and hints of toast and chocolate. Full-bodied, with an expansive, savory texture and a long, pure finish, it should drink nicely for at least another 15–20 years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $310.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Scarecrow Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100RP, 96VN, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The utterly perfect 2014 Scarecrow Cabernet Sauvignon (1, 500 cases) has everything one could possibly want in a Cabernet. Inky purple-colored to the rim, with a glorious nose of white flowers, crème de cassis, hints of blackberry and boysenberry, some licorice and forest floor are followed by an enormously concentrated wine with fabulous purity, a skyscraper-like mid-palate and texture, a length of nearly a minute, and stunning flavors, with flawless integration of acidity, tannin, wood and alcohol. This is a great, great wine and certainly one of the Cabernet Sauvignons of this vintage. (RP)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $620.00

Bid on this magnum of 2014 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (1.5L) (98JS, 97JD, 97RP, 96VN, 95DC, 94WE). James Suckling: "Loads of dark tobacco aromas with blackcurrants and black olives. Boysenberries, too. Full to medium body, ultra-fine tannins and lots of flavors of smoke, dried roasted chillis, black truffles, mushrooms and fruit. Bright acidity on the finish. Sexy and subtle austerity. Alluring. Very approachable now but better in 2021. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Cantemerle, Haut-Médoc (94JS, (91-93WE), 92VN, 90WS). James Suckling: "I like the floral character, which highlights the aromas of currants and berries. Full body and a firm and tight center palate. Silky tannins and a savory and creamy-textured finish. A beautifully balanced red. Try in 2021, but it’s already gorgeous to taste." (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $85.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Long-Depaquit (Albert Bichot) Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" (94BH, 91VN). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "There is some post-bottling sulfur on the otherwise attractive nose that offers up notes of honeysuckle, mineral reduction and oyster shell hints. As is typically the case the broad-shouldered flavors are bigger, richer and more powerful if not finer while delivering terrific punch on the explosively persistent and palate coating finale. This too will require a few years of cellaring to find its center but it is certainly extremely impressive." (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $135.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Vietti "Masseria" Barbaresco (94VN, 93RP, 92WS). Vinous: "The 2014 Barbaresco Masseria is superb. Dark, ample and structured, the 2014 captures all the pedigree of this important Barbaresco vintage. As always, the Vietti's Masseria is a wine that has Barolo-like structure and depth, partly because it is vinified and aged pretty much along the same lines as those wines. I expect the 2014 will require at least a handful of years to shed some tannin and start showing some of its inherent inner sweetness. There is so much to look forward to. Bright acids and a firm spine of tannin give the red-toned fruit energy and vivacity throughout. (AG) 94+" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $220.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2014 Produttori del Barbaresco "Pora" Barbaresco Riserva (94RP, 94VN, 94WE, 93WS, 92DC). Vinous: "The 2014 Barbaresco Riserva Pora is a dark, sensual beauty. Deeply spiced and balsamic, with tremendous textural richness, the Pora is utterly beguiling. I can't remember a Pora with this much depth, textural resonance and brooding intensity. The 2014 needs at least a few years to be at its best, but it is superb even in the early going. I won't be surprised if the 2014 turns out to be better than this note suggests. (AG)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $313.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Hirsch "Estate - West Ridge" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (96W&S, 93VN, 92JD, 91WE). Wine & Spirits: "Harvested from the cooler seaward blocks of the Hirsch estate, West Ridge is a beauty in 2014, distilling the delicate essence of pinot noir and the coniferous imprint of the far Sonoma Coast into a wine that’s seamless, transparent and, as editor Josh Greene put it, “unfettered.” Maybe it’s the suggestive power of the wine’s aromatic intensity, but even the bright red color seems a bit magical, as if glinting with inner light. Underneath its pink-rose-petal tone, there’s an earthen tug that weaves the aromas into a complex, lasting flavor—imagine the silken yet mineral texture of a great young Chambolle. This should age well—or decant it now for simply prepared wild salmon." (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Ceritas "Peter Martin Ray" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (96VN). Vinous: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon dazzles with old-school intensity and structure. Savory herb, graphite, lavender, smoke, mineral and dark fruit are all woven together in a vibrant, beautifully focused wine. This is the first vintage in which John Raytek skipped the whole clusters and made the Cabernet with fully destemmed fruit. After several years of experimenting, Raytek hit the bulls-eye with the 2014. This is a stunning wine by any measure. (AG)" (04/2018)
Starting Bid: $105.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Domaine Louis Jadot (Duc de Magenta) Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Clos de la Garenne" (95JS, 93VN, 93WS, 92BH). James Suckling: "The floral and stone character is impressive with minerality and ripe fruit. Full-bodied, dense and fruity with gorgeous dried-pineapple and apple character. " (04/2017)
Starting Bid: $54.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Horseshoe Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Syrah (96VN, 94JG). Vinous: "The 2014 Syrah Horseshoe Vineyard is a magical wine. Interestingly, the Syrah shares much with the Pinot off this site in its structural feel and dark flavor profile. Inky blue/purplish fruit, herbs, crème de cassis, spice, lavender and mint are all beautifully delineated. Beams of supporting tannin give the wine its shape and overall intensity, yet the 2014 retains a super-classic, Santa Cruz Mountains feel of almost deceptively mid-weight structure. The 2014 was done with 100% whole clusters. Malolactic fermentation was done in steel, the wine then spent a year in barrique followed by a year in 25HL cask. What a gorgeous wine this is. (AG)" (08/2017)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 95RP, 95VN). James Suckling: "Fabulous aromas of blue fruits and slate. Very perfumed. Full body and polished, velvety yet fine-grained tannins that are lightly austere. Love the Spanish-cedar, cigar-box, tobacco and herbal character. Wonderful finish. Fresh and savory. " (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Flowers Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (93WE, 90W&S). Wine Enthusiast: "This is a gorgeously light coastal offering, a subdued expression of the variety that unravels its layers slowly and methodically. Red cherry, lavender and blueberry are revealed on the palate as perfumed shocks of rose and salty air permeate the nose. Vibrantly crisp, it has a slight grip to the velvety texture. (VB)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $30.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils Meursault 1er Cru "Les Genevrières" (95JS, 92BH, 92RP, 92VN, 91WS). James Suckling: "This is so deep and energetic with chalk, sliced apples, lemons, juniper berries and white pepper character. It's dense and layered with fantastic depth. Approachable now and very intriguing, but give it three or four years of bottle age to see its full potential." (04/2017)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Trinity Hill "Homage" Syrah Hawke's Bay (100SK, 99BC, 99RC, 98JS). Sam Kim: "When you combine exceptional winemakers, a stunning vineyard and a stellar vintage, the resulting wine is a compelling one. A glorious expression of the variety, this latest offering exhibits aromas of dark plum, spiced cherry, black olive, game and cedar on the nose, leading to a concentrated and richly fruited palate that is intense and formidable, while remaining perfectly poised and balanced. The wine offers layers of delectable flavours and rich texture, wonderfully framed by loads of polished tannins. This is not a huge monster, rather a stylish and refined rendition offering exceptional fruit purity as well as seductive complexity."
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Paul Hobbs "Beckstoffer To Kalon" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (99JS, 98RP, 95VN, 95WS). James Suckling: "Amazing aromas of Chinese spices, sweet tobacco, incense, anise and dark fruits. Full-bodied, yet tight and reserved. Great density and polish. An entrancing wine. Lasts for minutes on the palate. Already a dream to drink but will improve magnificently." (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 San Guido "Sassicaia" Bolgheri (95WE, 94W&S, 93DC, 93RP, 92JS, 92WS, 90VN). Wine Enthusiast: "Aromas of red berry, blue flower, menthol, exotic spice and a whiff of French oak take shape on this impeccably balanced radiant red. The palate is vibrant and focused—almost ethereal—delivering raspberry compote, Marasca cherry, star anise and cinnamon framed in elegant tannins. Weightless and loaded with finesse, it's an incredible result for what was a cool wet vintage in most of Italy. (KO)" (12/2017)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Armand de Brignac "Ace of Spades - Masters Edition Green Bottle" Brut Champagne in original wood. The green bottle of Ace of Spades was created to commemorate the famous Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. The bottle is green to match the color of the jacket awarded to each year's winner. The bottle contains what is typically the "Gold Bottle" cuvee. From Armand de Brignac: "Marvelously complex and full-bodied, its bouquet is both fresh and lively, with light floral notes. On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine’s subtle brioche accents. The Champagne’s texture is deliciously creamy, with great depth paired with a long, silky finish. Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier wine."
Starting Bid: $320.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Littorai "The Tributary" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (96RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Chardonnay The Tributary Vineyard has a very classy nose of ripe grapefruit, lemon curd and white peaches, over delicately buttered toast, shaved almonds, chalk dust and ginger notes plus a waft of cedar. Medium-bodied and finely structured in the mouth, the tight-knit flavors are supported by racy acid and finish with mineral layers. 50 cases were made. (LPB)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $67.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Servin Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" (94RP, 93VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru les Clos is one of Servin's best offerings this vintage. That "wet pavement" scent is still intact since I last tasted it in barrel, the new oak has been neatly subsumed over the last 12 months. There is a sense of completeness here and that virtue comes across on the beautifully balanced palate. The silver bead of acidity keeps this les Clos nimble and light on its toes, delivering armfuls of dewy Granny Smith apples, fresh pear and just a hint of a brioche on the long and tender finish. Bon vin! (NM)" (08/2016)
Starting Bid: $116.44

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Thomas Dundee Hills Pinot Noir (95DC, 93VN). Decanter: "A lovely bouquet of red fruit, orange rind, rich soil and dried ceps is framed by new oak, introducing a full-bodied, elegantly ripe rendition of this elusive wine. It is structured around fine, chalky tannins and a deep and juicy core. Characterful, complex and ageworthy, even in a warm and comparatively facile vintage, this wine deserves its reputation as one of Oregon's greatest Pinot Noirs. (WK)"
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Bryant Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JS, 99VN, 97JD, 97RP). James Suckling: "Aromatic and vivid with blackberries, fresh mushrooms, blackcurrants and flowers. Full-bodied, firm and very silky. Tightly wound ball of silk. Extremely long and linear. Fine-grained. Lasts for minutes. Reminiscent of the great Napa reds of the 1950s and 1960s. Best to taste in 2025 but superb now. Greatest Bryant ever. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $347.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Kosta Browne Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir (93RP, 93WS, 91CG). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another sensational appellation release is the 2014 Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands. Coming from an early vintage that was over two weeks ahead of average, it has tons of spice, black raspberry, currants and blackberry characteristics, medium to full-bodied richness, a great texture and no shortage of depth or length. (JD)" (09/2016)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Louis M. Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The bigger, richer 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petite Sirah aged 16 months in 50% new French and American casks. This is a bigger wine and close to 2% higher in alcohol at 15.5%. There are 11, 000 cases of this big, full-bodied, boisterous Cabernet Sauvignon that has a dense ruby/purple color, notes of underbrush, forest floor, tobacco leaf and oodles of blackcurrants and black cherries, with a touch of woodsmoke. The full-bodied wine hits the palate with a cascade of glycerin, fruit and purity. This is a beauty-dense, rich, and structured, but capable of lasting 20 or more years. It is hard to believe that the iconic Louis M. Martini Winery first made Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1933. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (93RP, 90CG, 90VN, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The last of the appellation releases, the 2014 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast was brought up in 55% new French oak, which is slightly more than the 2013. Deep, rich and earthy, with notes of bouquet garni, smoked earth, licorice and dark fruits, it has full-bodied richness, a big mid-palate and is packed with gorgeous amounts of fruit. It's a big, rich wine from this cool climate appellation, yet I suspect it will show more classic Sonoma Coast characteristics with a year or two in bottle. It's a beautiful wine. (JD)" (09/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Meursault 1er Cru "Les Genevrieres" (94WS, (91-93BH), (91-93RP), 93VN). Wine Spectator: "Tasting this white is like sucking on stones, with intense chalky aromas and lemon and spice flavors. Very bony, building to a long aftertaste of lemon and chalk. Best from 2019 through 2028. 3 cases imported. (BS)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $610.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Fuligni Brunello di Montalcino (93DC, 93JS, 92RP, 91W&S, 90VN, 90WE). James Suckling: "Some smoky notes with savory and sanguine aromas, as well as deeply spicy red cherries. The palate delivers an impressively concentrated core of red-cherry and red-plum flavor. The tannins are succulent and the depth is good for this vintage." (06/2019)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Dominus Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (98JS, 97JD, 97RP, 96VN, 95DC, 94WE). Alluring. *Top 100 of 2017*" (01/2017)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Antinori "Tignanello" Toscana (96VN, 95WE, 94JS, 93RP, 93WS). Vinous: "The highlight in this range, the exquisite 2014 Tignanello is all about persistence and understated class. The aromatics alone are captivating. Sculpted, finely delineated flavors add to the wine's vivid personality. Because of the challenges posed by the growing season, the blend leans more heavily toward Cabernet Sauvignon than is typically the case. Above all else, though, the 2014 is all about harmony, and there is plenty of that here. Unfortunately, production is down 30%. (AG)" (01/2018)
Starting Bid: $370.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay (95RP, 94VN, 94WS, 93JD, 92JG). On the palate, it's full-bodied, satiny and textural, with a deep core, bright acids and a long, chalky finish. The 2014 stands out for its purity and elegance. It attained 14.2% natural alcohol and spent 19 months in barrels, only 8% of which were new. (WK)" (05/2018)

(02/2017)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Schrader "Beckstoffer To Kalon - RBS" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96JS, 96RP, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon RBS is made from the same clone (337) as the Georges III, but comes from the To Kalon Vineyard in Oakville and not the Rutherford Georges III. This was aged in 85% new Darnajou and 15% new Taransaud. It has fabulous concentration, notes of incense, licorice, blackcurrants, blackberries, as well as spring flowers. The wine is juicy, savory and full-bodied, with wonderful underlying energy and freshness. (RP)" (10/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Joseph Phelps "Backus" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (96JD, 96RP, (93-96VN)). Vinous: "The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard has developed nicely over the last year. Less forbidding than it once was, the 2014 offers lovely depth in the mid-weight style of the year. Cherry compote, raspberry jam, mint and wild flowers grace this super-expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. The aromatics need time to fully develop, but all the elements are nicely balanced. (AG)" (03/2018)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (100RP, 99JS, 96DC, 95VN, 94WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Always one of the most unique in the lineup, the 2014 Syrah Bionic Frog is phenomenal stuff any way you look at it. Cold fireplace, charred meat, tapenade, shiitake and loads of dark, earthy fruit all emerge from this full-bodied, tight, backward and beautifully concentrated Syrah that readers just need to taste. Incredibly long, elegant, building and heavenly juicy, don't miss a chance to get some of this! It needs 3-5 years of cellaring and is going to blow you away over the following two decades. (JD)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $245.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Viader "V" Napa Valley Red Blend. A bold and rich Bordeaux blend that puts the Petit Verdot grape front and center. This is a limited-production, dark and soulful wine. Producer's notes: "In the northeast corner of our steep, hillside vineyard sits a special, 1.2-acre plot planted to Petit Verdot where the soil is particularly rocky and the yields incredibly small. But however short on production these grapes are each vintage, they are always long on personality – which ultimately inspired the production of 'V, ' our interpretation of the Petit Verdot grape from our estate. Each year the 'V' is blended with top barrel selections of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in 100% new French oak for up to 24 months. The result is a highly limited-production reserve Bordeaux-style blend with bold and rich dark fruit notes, followed by a long, smooth finish."

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (97JS, 95WS, 94DC, 94RP, 92VN). James Suckling: "Fantastic aromatics with blackberries, blackcurrants and iodine. Licorice, too. Medium to fulll body, fine and velvety tannins and a very polished and gorgeous finish. Caressing and dialed in. Why wait? An intellectual wine here. Lovely now." (01/2017)
Starting Bid: $335.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Rhys "Horseshoe Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95RP, 95VN, 94JG). Vinous: "The 2014 Pinot Noir Horseshoe Vineyard is one of the most subtle wines in the lineup. Black cherry, plum, mint, hard candy and sweet spices, along with ripe, silky tannins, give the wine its sense of creaminess and textural finesse. Super-expressive aromatics and layered, plush fruit add to the wine's considerable appeal. (AG)" (07/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Jean-Luc Colombo "Les Ruchets" Cornas (94WS, 92RP, 92VN, 92WE). Wine Spectator: "Fleshy and layered, with crushed blueberry, açai berry and plum flavors that have melded together, carried by a dense but rounded structure. The long finish lets sweet tobacco and dark fruit cake notes check in. A loamy tug at the end keeps this honest. (JM)" (11/2016)
