Wine Spectator: "A mix of juniper, lime blossom, lemon balm and nut oil notes are the flavors in this vibrant white. Stays on the sleek side, with excellent length. Give this some time to open up. (BS)" (12/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Tor Kenward "Tierra Roja" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (96WS, 95RP, (93-95ST), 94JS, (92-94VN)). Wine Spectator: "Combines power and finesse, offering a firm, dense, chewy core of mocha-scented blackberry, cassis, crushed rock, loamy earth, cedar, cigar box and exotic spice, ending with firm, smoky tannins and a midpalate sweetness that adds a measure of intrigue and nuance. " (04/2015)

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Merryvale St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon ((91-93RP), 92JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena offers a classic marriage of power and finesse. Beautiful deep ruby/purple, it’s almost opaque to the rim, with stylish blackcurrant and blackberry fruit, a hint of incense and crushed rock. While its minerality and precision are on display in the full-bodied mouthfeel, there is a freshness, vigor and uplift to all these component parts. This is a beauty, and should turn out to be a noteworthy wine from a great vintage. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Podere Ciona Chianti Classico Riserva. It's a family affair at Podere Ciona with Franco Gatteschi and his son Lorenzo behind the winemaking and Franco's wife Franca running their agriturismo and cooking school. Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Saxum "James Berry Vineyard" Paso Robles Rhône Blend (97RP, 94VN, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "There are 1,580 cases of the 2012 James Berry Vineyard and it reminds me of the 2009 Janasse Chaupin (which is one of Justin’s favorite wines). Incorporating more Mourvedre than normal, it’s made from 43% Grenache, 29% Mourvedre, 18% Syrah and 10% Counoise that’s aged in a combination of concrete and barrel. Rock star stuff, with fabulous black raspberry, cassis, spring flowers and charred meat aromas and flavors, this beauty hits the palate with full-bodied richness and depth, yet stays lively, incredibly pure and elegant, with lots of fine tannin emerging on the finish. It will benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar and have 15-20 years of ultimate longevity. (JD) 97+" (08/2014)
Starting Bid: $480.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Rhys "Alpine Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95ST, 94VN, 93JG, 93RP, 92BH). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Vivid ruby-red. Intensely perfumed, mineral-driven red berry, blood orange and potpourri aromas are complemented by deeper-pitched notes of cola and smoky Indian spices. Sweet, focused and light on its feet, offering intense raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and a silky, seamless texture. The mineral quality comes back on the endless finish, which is strikingly pure, focused and gently tannic. I was reminded of a high-end Chambolle-Musigny when I tasted this balanced but intensely flavored wine and suspect that it will age slowly and gracefully over at least the coming decade. (ST)" (05/2014)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Carlisle "Carlisle Vineyard" Russian River Valley Zinfandel ((93-95VN), 94ST, 93RP, 92WS, 90WE), 1-bottle of 2012 Carlisle "Two Acres" Russian River Valley Red Blend (94WE, (91-93VN), 92ST, 90RP), and 1-bottle of 2012 Carlisle Sonoma County Zinfandel ((90-92RP), 91ST, 91VN, 91WS). Of the 2012 Carlisle "Carlisle Vineyard" Russian River Valley Zinfandel, Vinous writes: "One of the more exotic wines in the range, the Zinfandel Carlisle Vineyard is captivating from the very first taste. Orange peel, juniper berries and sandalwood all add complexity as the wine opens up in the glass. Here, too, the wine seems to change with every passing minute, revealing multiple shades of dimension over time. The deep, layered finish is incredibly inviting. (AG)" (02/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Cayuse "Bionic Frog" Walla Walla Valley Syrah (99RP, 96WE, 95VN, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "While a lot of the 2012s came in near the bottom of the barrel score, that wasn't the case with the 2012 Syrah Bionic Frog and this beauty flirts with perfection. Inky colored and purple to the rim, it offers extraordinary notes of black fruits, wild mushrooms, smoked earth and salty minerality. These all flow to a full-bodied, thrillingly concentrated, focused, structured and lengthy 2012 that needs 4-5 years of cellaring, and will knock your socks off over the following 15 years or more. (JD)" (06/2015)
Starting Bid: $222.01

Bid on this bottle of 2012 E. Guigal "Château d'Ampuis" Côte-Rotie (97JS, 95RP, 95WE, 95WS, 94VN). James Suckling: "The nose has a complex array of fine-ground eastern spices, strong cardamom, fine dark chocolate, ripe black cherry and plums. There's even some liquorice. It has a neatly composed and elegant feel on the palate; it really flows long, rippling with spicy flavors and a smooth, dense and creamy finish. Best from 2028 for a decade or more." (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $75.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Continuum Oakville Bordeaux Blend (97RP, 96JS, 94VN, 94WS, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is the first year that this wine was made from 100% estate-grown fruit from Continuum’s Sage Mountain vineyard. A blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Merlot, the 2012 Proprietary Red has a deep garnet-purple color and gorgeous crème de cassis, exotic spices, fragrant earth and Christmas pudding notions with touches of chocolate box and licorice. The palate is full-bodied and deliciously concentrated, with a firm, grainy-textured backbone supporting the impressive mid-palate density, finishing very long and harmonious. (LPB)" (02/2019)
Starting Bid: $176.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Gargiulo "G Major 7 Study'' Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Winery notes: "G Major 7 Study Cabernet Sauvignon is blended from selected fruit off the 575 ovx vineyard and is named after a classic jazz guitar chord. Like its namesake, it is composed of four of the five classic Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and Merlot. G Major 7 is highly nuanced and provides a profound sense of elegance and complexity, changing with every swirl and sip. The nose reflects subtle floral notes, which develop into deep, crushed berry and earth flavors on the palate. Its tannins are refined and seamlessly integrated. The aging potential is 25 plus years."
Starting Bid: $195.00

Bid on this 500 ml 4-bottle lot of 2012 Clarendelle "Amberwine" Monbazillac (500ml). Wine Spectator: "Marmalade, honey and pineapple chutney flavors are bound by fine acidity in this sweetie, with spice and floral notes echoing on the finish. Sémillon and Muscadelle. (GS, Web-2019)"
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Torbreck "The Laird" Shiraz Barossa Valley (100RP, 97JH, 97VN, 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored with a touch of remaining purple at the rim, the 2012 The Laird is one of those wines you could just go on smelling all day. It opens with a complex perfume of kirsch, dried mulberries, blackberry tart and spice cake over cloves, mocha, dusty earth, incense, star anise, yeast extract and aged beef. The full-bodied palate is drop-dead seductive, unfurling in the mouth to reveal exotic spice, meat, earth and berry preserves layers, supported by firm, velvety tannins and seamless acid. The finish seems to go on forever—and this is exactly what you want it to do. Stunning. (LPB)" (08/2017)
Starting Bid: $395.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Caymus "40th Anniversary" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (96RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "They appear to be immune to some of winedom’s less than intelligent trends and fads that we see from time to time, and the result is a spectacular 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon 40th Anniversary offering. Its dense purple/black color is followed by copious quantities of crème de cassis and blackberry fruit, silky tannins, a voluptuous texture and stunning purity as well as length. This full-bodied effort is a fabulous example of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a tribute to this amazing family. It is so good now, why wait? However, I’m sure that like most vintages of Caymus, it will last for 20-25 years. Amazing! (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $480.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Clos de la Tech "Estate" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (94WE, 91VN, 91WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Though much lower in price than the single vineyard offerings—and without the microchip on the label—this bottling carries all of the earthy aspects that characterize this iconoclastic winery. Umami aromas of nori wrap meet with dried purple flowers and blackberry on the nose. The mouthfeel is soft and full, with flavors full of loam, beet juice, incense and crushed boysenberry. *Editors' Choice* (MK)" (06/2017)
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Diamond Creek "Gravelly Meadow" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97JS, 95VN, 94RP, 94W&S, 92WS, 91WE), 1-bottle of 2012 Diamond Creek "Red Rock Terrace" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (99JS, 96RP, 96W&S, 93VN, 93WE), and 1-bottle of 2012 Diamond Creek "Volcanic Hill" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (98JS, 96CG, 96VN, 95RP, 94WE, 93DC, 92W&S). Of the 2012 Diamond Creek "Red Rock Terrace" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, James Suckling writes: "The estate’s greatest red ever? Impressive aromas of clay, dust and blueberry. Lots of blackcurrant, too. Pure fruit. Full body, velvety and soft, cashmere-textured tannins." (04/2015)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Rhys "Horseshoe Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95ST, 94RP, 94VN, 91BH, 90JG). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Ruby-red. Explosively perfumed cherry-cola, dark berry liqueur, incense and mineral aromas show superb clarity and depth, with a sexy floral quality building with air. Offers palate-staining black raspberry and spicecake flavors that become sweeter and deeper with air. This rich but strikingly lithe and tensile pinot deftly plays power and depth off of vivacity and finishes sweet, youthfully tannic and extremely long. One of the most impressive Pinots I've tasted from the New World, or Burgundy for that matter, in quite a while. (ST)" (05/2014)
Starting Bid: $245.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Turley "Bedrock" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel ((92-94RP), 92ST, 92WS, 90VN) and 1-bottle of 2012 Turley "Kirschenmann Vineyard" Lodi Zinfandel (93ST, 92VN, (89-91RP), 90WS). Of the 2012 Turley "Bedrock" Sonoma Valley Zinfandel, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The terrific 2012 Zinfandel Bedrock Vineyard is a super-rich, heady wine that must have 15.5% to 16% alcohol, but it does not show any of that in its black cherry, black currant and blackberry fruit. It is peppery, spicy, full-bodied and opulent. (RP)" (12/2013)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Mollydooker "Carnival of Love" Shiraz McLaren Vale South Australia (95RP, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Very deep purple-black in color, the 100% Shiraz, single vineyard 2012 Carnival of Love exudes fragrant notes of warm blackberries, creme de cassis and dried mulberries intermingled with a lovely dried herb undercurrent, lavender, dark chocolate and anise. With a nice structure of medium to firm rounded tannins and a lively acid backbone, this very big, full and rich wine has a very long finish. (LPB)" (02/2014)
Starting Bid: $155.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Kapcsándy "Grand Vin - State Lane Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 98VN, 97JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The perfect 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Vin State Lane Vineyard is 99% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Merlot aged 20 months in 100% new French oak. I think this is the third perfect score I’ve given to this wine, which is the essence of their vineyard, representing about 13% of the total production, or a mere 320 cases. The wine has a gorgeously opaque purple color and a beautiful nose of camphor, charcoal, blackberry and cr?me de cassis with licorice and truffle. It has unbelievable richness, great texture, tremendous finesse, precision and delineation. Very intense, full-bodied and super-pure, the length of the wine must be at least 50+ seconds. This is a gorgeous wine and one of the great superstars of this fabulous vintage. (RP)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $315.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Ridge Vineyards "Monte Bello" Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon (98VN, 96JS, 96RP, 94DC, 94WS, 93W&S). Vinous: "The 2012 Monte Bello is one of the most harmonious young Monte Bellos I can remember tasting. Seamless and voluptuous through to the finish, the 2012 is showing beautifully today. Raspberry jam, pomegranate, white flowers, mint and spices are some of the many notes that flesh out in the glass. A wine with a distinctly red-hued profile, silky tannins, no hard edges and exceptional overall balance, the 2012 Monte Bello is simply magnificent. The 2012 is racy but also impeccably balanced throughout, with shades of the 2001 that come through from time to time. I won't be surprised if the 2013 and 2014 both eventually surpass it, but there is no denying that the 2012 is simply stunning today. This is one of the best showings yet for the 2012. (AG)" (07/2015)

Bid on this magnum of 2012 Saxum "Paderewski Vineyard" Paso Robles Red Blend (1.5L) (96RP, 93WS, 92ST, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Surprisingly tannic and structured for a wine that’s normally the most approachable and sexy, the 2012 Paderewski Vineyard checks in as a blend of 45% Zinfandel, 36% Mourvedre, 12% Tempranillo and 7% Petite Sirah. It possesses the classic chalky minerality of the vineyard to go with exotic perfumed notes of black raspberry, plums, brambly underbrush and assorted background meatiness. This all flows to a full-bodied, elegant and polished wine that has solid mid-palate depth and chewy, firm tannin on the finish. Give this a year or more in the cellar and enjoy bottles through 2024. 96+ points. (JD)" (08/2014)
Starting Bid: $145.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Kata "Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (OWC - 96JS) in original wood. James Suckling: "The lavender, blackberry and currant aromas and flavors come through beautifully. A full and weighted red yet remains agile and bright. Polished and seamless tannins. Needs another year or two to soften but all ready so clean and beautiful." (05/2016)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Inglenook "Rubicon" Rutherford Bordeaux Blend (95JS, 95RP, 95W&S, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Rubicon, which used to be a proprietary blend and had a somewhat rustic, Italian personality, has now been put under the Inglenook Vineyard designation. Where the Cabernet Sauvignon was a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc and 3% Merlot, the Rubicon has abandoned any Italian varietals in favor of a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Merlot. I think it’s safe to say this is potentially the best Rubicon made to date. It’s not to denigrate other vintages, but there is a finesse and elegance combined with great richness and an avoidance of any rusticity that plagued some of the other vintages -- which is to be admired. At three times the price, it’s not three times the wine of the Cask Cabernet Sauvignon. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Gargiulo "575 OVX" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Jeff and Valerie Gargiulo purchased their first Oakville property in Napa Valley in 1992 and bought the 575 OVX vineyard seven years later. The wine produced from 575 OVX is the winery's most limited release and typically less than 300 cases are produced per year. Winery tasting notes: "The nose reveals delicate aromas of rose petal and red berries, which on the palate become lush fruit flavors complemented by a unique exotic minerality. The last sip in your glass is the most treasured as it has only just begun to tell its story. The aging potential is 25 plus years."
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Ovid Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95VN, 94RP, 93WS). Vinous: "The 2012 Ovid belongs to a group of vintages that includes 2007 and 2009 where the main characteristic is bold, racy fruit. A host of red cherry, pomegranate, smoke, licorice and tobacco wrap around the palate. Juicy, racy and flamboyant to the core, the 2012 needs a few years to lose some baby fat and develop aromatic complexity, but it is impressive. The 2012 is distinctly red-toned and floral in character, as so many wines are in this vintage. (AG)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $403.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Hall "Kathryn Hall" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP, 95WE, (91-93VN), 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Kathryn Hall is largely sourced from their Sacrashe Vineyard. The color is dense ruby/purple. The wine is very young, and less evolved than many of its peers, but bursting with potential. Lots of blueberry and black raspberry fruit with a hint of mocha and background oak are all present in this full-bodied, opulent, absolutely spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a long-distance runner, although not so much because of the tannic structure, because the fruit seems younger and more primary than some of its siblings. Nevertheless, it is loaded with potential promise, and as Kathryn Hall says so frequently, 'Magic.' This full-bodied, classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa should hit its prime in 4-5 years and last at least two decades or more. (RP) 97+" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $330.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Gandona "Encosta" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (92JD, 91RP). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2012 Encosta comes from Pritchard Hill and is made by Philippe Melka. Based on 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc and Merlot, is a ripe, forward, undeniably delicious Napa Cabernet that has classic crème de cassis, tobacco, and licorice aromas and flavors. It’s medium to full-bodied, has the ripe, voluptuous style of the vintage, and sweet tannins. It’s drinking beautifully today but will have no issues keeping for another decade." (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Gargiulo "Money Road Ranch" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Gargiulo Vineyards is a small family-owned winery located in the Oakville sub-region of California’s Napa Valley. The family dedicates themselves to smaller case productions of premium wines from their two best vineyards, Money Road Ranch and the 575 OVX, both located in Oakville. Opened since January 2007, the tasting room sits on a small knoll overlooking the vineyard for some of California’s most expensive wine, Screaming Eagle. The winery was founded by longtime farmer Jeff Gargiulo who works with his wife, daughter, and son in law.
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Schrader "CCS - Beckstoffer To Kalon" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 96JS, 96VN, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer to Kalon Vineyard CCS is Clone 4 from another block, and always seems to hit all the sweet spots on my palate. It’s aged 20 months in 100% new Darnajou barrels. The good news is there are 520 cases of it. Just a prodigious wine, this spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon is inky bluish/purple with a gorgeous nose of spring flowers, blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit, a touch of background toast and graphite. It has a very full-bodied, multidimensional mouthfeel and a skyscraper-like finish. It is fabulously open, sexy and a total thrill to smell and taste. This should continue to drink well for two decades. (RP)" (10/2014)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Peter Michael "Les Pavots" Knights Valley Bordeaux Blend ((96-98RP), 97JS, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012s made from Bordeaux varietals include their flagship wine, the 2012 Proprietary Red Les Pavots, a sensational blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. A prodigious effort, it rivals some of the fabulous past vintages such as 1997, 2001, 2002 and 2007. The inky/purple-colored 2012 boasts classic notes of crème de cassis, roasted coffee, vanilla bean, cedar, forest floor and blueberries. Full-bodied and complex with sweet tannin as well as hints of charcoal and camphor, this opulent, multi-leveled, Bordeaux-styled 2012 can be drunk now or cellared for 25-30+ years. (RP)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2012 Terredora Dipaolo "Fatica Contadina" Taurasi (92JS, 92WS). James Suckling: "This plush Taurasi still has a lot of life left as it leads with notes of dried elderberries, dried meat, steak tartare, cigar box and dried cedar. Full-bodied, tannic and earthy, it is an uncompromising style of red with enormous concentration, but some verve on the long, chewy finish." (08/2019)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Dominus "Napanook" Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend (95JS, 94VN, 93RP, 93WE, (90-92ST), 91JG). James Suckling: "This is shows wonderful aromas of tar, asphalt, wet earth and pure cherries. Full-bodied, yet soft and velvety with a fine dusty texture to the finish. Fresh and austere. Dignified. This has no Cabernet Franc in it this year. Normally there is 3% to 5%. " (04/2015)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Penfolds "Grange" Shiraz South Australia (99JH, 99RP, 98DC, 98JS, 98W&S, 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Grange sports an earthy/meaty nose with notes of tree bark, dusty earth, underbrush and chargrill over a core of dried mulberries and Christmas cake, plus hints of pepper and baking spices. Rich, medium to full-bodied and seductive, it has spicy layers and a long meaty/savory finish. (LPB)" (10/2017)

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2012 Dalla Valle "Collina" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93VN). Vinous: "The 2012 Collina Dalla Valle is rich, deeply spiced and super-expressive. A gorgeous, open-knit wine, the 2013 captures all the signatures of this great vineyard and estate. Aromatically pure and nuance, with generous, vivid red-fleshed fruit, the 2012 is absolutely gorgeous today. Quite frankly, the 2012 Collina could stand head to head with many of Napa's flagship bottlings. It is every bit that good. (AG)" (10/2015)
Starting Bid: $200.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Hall "Jack's Masterpiece" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (93WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A small percentage of Merlot softens the otherwise full-bodied nature of this wine, a blend from various vineyards across the valley. Cassis, cranberry and a high-toned liveliness provide an elegance around leathery tannins and toasty oak, finishing with length. (VB)" (05/2016)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2012 Inglenook "Cask" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (95W&S, 93JS, 93RP, 93VN). Wine & Spirits: "This is the wine our California editor Luke Sykora wanted to drink, and tasting it side by side with Rubicon, I had to admit that it showed beautifully. Cask is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the balance mostly Cabernet Franc and a little Merlot. In the past, the team at Inglenook described the difference between their two top Cabernets as Rubicon presenting the riper black fruits of Rutherford, and Cask focusing on red fruits. In 2012, the situation for me was reversed; Cask had the darker fruit at our tasting, still cool in tone and not heavily extracted. It brought out a rocky, stony firmness in the tannins, where Cabernet grape-skin freshness matched the monumental feel of the oak impact. " (04/2017)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Christopher Tynan Wines "Reserve" St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon (94RP, 91JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Certainly the inky, ruby/purple color of the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena Reserve is impressive, as is the texture, richness and overall quality. This is a rich, full-bodied, rather classic St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon with oodles of crème de cassis fruit, beautiful purity, nicely integrated oak and tannin, and a long, layered, rich finish. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $380.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Marchesi di Grésy "Camp Gros Martinenga" Barbaresco Riserva (OWC - 95VN, 95WS, 94RP) in original wood. Vinous: "The 2012 Barbaresco Riserva Camp Gros Martinenga is still a baby, but it possesses striking classicism and nuance. Deep and racy, but also finely sketched, the 2012 is destined to drink beautifully for quite some time. Another year in bottle has only done the 2012 good. Today, the Camp Gros comes across as more structured and classically austere than it did last year. (AG)" (10/2018)
Starting Bid: $195.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (97JD, 97RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Pinot Noir Marcassin Vineyard, which comes primarily from the Calera clone (although I suspect there are a few mystery clones in their plantings), always seems to remind me of a grand cru from Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, particularly Morey-St.-Denis. Dense ruby/plum, its sweet nose of strawberries, black cherry liqueur, fresh porcini mushrooms and forest floor is followed by a dark, full-bodied, rich and concentrated wine that is supple, dramatic, and even flamboyant. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $592.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2012 Louis Jadot Corton-Pougets Grand Cru ((93-95VN), 92BH, 92RP, 92ST, 92WS) and 1-bottle of 2012 Rhys "Swan Terrace" Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir (95JG, 95RP, 94ST, 93BH, 93VN). Of the 2012 Louis Jadot Corton-Pougets Grand Cru, Vinous writes: "Black cherries, plums, smoke, licorice, new leather and cloves jump from the glass as the 2012 Corton Pougets shows off its personality. Rich, concentrated and voluptuous to the core, the 2012 is unusually opulent in this vintage. The tannins are nearly buried by the pure resonance of the fruit. This is going to be a fascinating wine to follow once it comes together a little more fully. (AG)" (01/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Figgins "Estate" Walla Walla Valley Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 94WE, 94WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The Figgins 2012 Estate Red Wine is flat-out knockout stuff. Layered, gorgeously concentrated, full-bodied, and balanced, this Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated blend gives up sensational notes of cassis, black raspberry toasted bread and sweet spice on the nose. Ultra-pure, elegant and silky, it has the texture to drink nicely today, yet will age effortlessly for two decades or more. Coming from the higher elevation, eastern edge of Walla Walla (1500-1750 feet above sea level), it spent 22 months in 70% new French oak and 30% in once used barrels. This is one of the top Cabernets coming out of Washington and readers should not miss it. (JD) 96+" (06/2015)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Screaming Eagle Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (100JD, 100JS, 100RP, (95-98ST), (95-97VN), 97WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The perfect 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Screaming Eagle is composed of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc. Made in the classic, iconic Screaming Eagle style that the original proprietress, Jean Philipps, first showcased in the early 1990s, before the winery was sold to Stan Kroenke, the inky/purple-colored, seamless 2012 possesses an extraordinary set of aromatics consisting of pure blackcurrant liqueur, licorice, acacia flowers, graphite and a subtle hint of new oak. Full-bodied, opulent and voluptuous, this profound wine is as prodigious as I thought it would be last year when tasted from barrel. (RP)" (10/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. This limited-edition release is an annual celebration of the birthday of Old Forester's founder, George Garvin Brown. The 2012 is aged for 12 years and bottled at 97 proof. From Drink Spirits magazine: "Make no mistake, Old Forester 2012 Birthday Bourbon drinks like an older bourbon. Oak is a star player, but it’s more than a one trick pony. The mouthfeel on this bourbon is exquisite and the flavor combination, with the solid presence of the malt, is delicious."

Of the 2012 Bedrock Wine Company "Weill a Way Vineyard - Exposition Three" Sonoma Valley Syrah, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The '2012 Proprietary Red Weill Vineyard Exposition Project Trio' is three incredible wines from Sonoma County. This is Twain-Peterson’s take on the three LaLa wines from the Guigal family in Côte-Rôtie. He is emphasizing distinct clonal terroir and exposition differences as well as vinifying the wines separately. All three of the following wines were aged 36 months in 100% new French oak. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This wine seems slightly more expansive, shares the black ruby/purple color with all of it siblings, and has a boatload of crème de cassis, incense, licorice, graphite and vanilla along with plenty of spice box and forest floor. Of the 2012 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, Vinous writes: "Aubert's 2012 Chardonnay UV-SL Vineyard, from a site owned by vineyard guru Ulises Valdez, is superb. Apricot, honey, mint, nectarine, butter and white truffles flesh out in the glass. The flavors are remarkably vivid and nuanced, with tons of richness and intensity, but no sense of heaviness. Here, too, the oak is 100% new. Bright veins of underlying salinity and minerality become more prominent over time, adding to the wine's energy and vivid personality. Aubert fans will want to jump all over the UV-SL.
