Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Fuligni Brunello di Montalcino (95JS, 95RP, 93WS, 92ST, 91WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino is a gorgeous wine that brings together the richness of the vintage and the house's continuing move to a more traditional style. Sweet red berries, flowers, mint, spices and anise are woven together beautifully in this large-scaled, generous wine. The wine gains volume and depth in the glass as the flavors built to a huge crescendo. The 2007 was aged exclusively in cask. This is a great showing from Fuligni. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2027. (AG)" (04/2012)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Tua Rita "Giusto di Notri" Toscana Rosso (95RP, 95ST, 93JS, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Giusto dei Notri is a gorgeous, dark beauty endowed with layers of sensual black and blue fruits. Soft, seamless and utterly enveloping, the 2007 Giusto dei Notri impresses for its depth and richness, both of which have been achieved without any excess heaviness. Today the oak is rather pronounced and the wine needs further time in bottle for its full range of aromas and flavors to emerge, but make no mistake, this is a terrific and highly enjoyable wine. Anticipated maturity: 2017-2027. (AG)" (10/2010)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Valdicava Brunello di Montalcino (98JS, 95RP, 92WE). James Suckling: "What beautiful clear fruit here, with plums and spices and hints of flowers. Class. Full- bodied and luscious, this Brunello fills your mouth, with polished velvety tannins and gorgeous fruit. So wonderful and gorgeous. Irresistible." (01/2012)
Starting Bid: $92.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Siro Pacenti Brunello di Montalcino (97JS, 94RP, 93WE, 91WS). James Suckling: "Aromas of blackberries and blueberries follow through to a full body and velvety tannins. This is so layered and deep. Fabulous texture." (01/2012)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino (94JS, 94RP, 94ST, 94WE, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino is lush, sweet and inviting. Today the 2007 doesn’t quite have the sheer visceral thrill and excitement of the 2006, but it more than makes up for that with its early approachability. Dark red berries, spices and crushed flowers are layered into the finish. (AG)" (04/2012)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Tenuta San Guido "Sassicaia" Bolgheri (95VN, 95WE, 94RP, 93JS, 93WS). Vinous: "The 2007 Sassicaia (Cabernet Sauvignon) explodes onto the palate with masses of rich, opulent fruit that caress the palate with gorgeous length and a seamless beauty that is hard to fully capture. Dark wild cherries, plums, spices, minerals and herbs develop in the glass. This is an especially bold, perhaps slightly uncharacteristic Sassicaia in its extroverted personality, but it is beautiful all the same. The inner perfume and sweetness carries through the long finish, where the sheer weight and glycerol of the fruit leaves a lasting impression. The 2007 is more than a worthy follow-up to the profound 2006. (AG)" (10/2010)
Starting Bid: $460.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Antinori "Tignanello" Toscana (97WS, 96DC, 95RP, 95VN, 94WE). Wine Spectator: "Big, rich and dense, this is still a bit closed despite being integrated. The velvety texture embraces cherry, plum, tobacco, iron and spice aromas and flavors. Long, with a terrific aftertaste. (BS, Web-2020)"
Starting Bid: $450.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Fontodi "Flaccianello della Pieve" Toscana (95JS, 95VN, 95WS). Vinous: "The 2007 Flaccianello della Pieve captures the essence of this great Tuscan vintage. It is a decidedly sexy, opulent wine bursting at the seams with rich red berries, mint and spices. The tannins are present but virtually undetectable under layer after layer of fruit. There is no question the 2007 is seamless, opulent and full-bodied. Readers who prefer more structured wines will gravitate to vintages such as 2001 and 2004. I find the 2007 utterly irresistible. It will also drink better earlier than some of the most classic vintages. (AG) 95+ " (06/2012)
