2007 Billecart-Salmon "Cuvée Louis" Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne (Previously $170) (Previously $170)
Top Pick!
95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Disgorged in October 2018 with seven grams per liter dosage, the 2007 Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Louis Salmon derives from the villages of Cramant, Chouilly and Mesnil-sur-Oger, and half of the vins clairs that went into the blend were vinified in older barrels. It's still tightly wound, even after over a year on cork, unfurling in the glass with a delicate bouquet of crisp yellow apple, Meyer lemon, blanched almonds, elderflower and crushed chalk. Medium to full-bodied, deep and searingly intense, it's seamless ...

92 points Vinous: "Molettieri's 2007 Taurasi Vigna 5 Querce is a big, big wine. Mocha, espresso, game, tar, licorice and dark raspberries meld together in an unusually ripe, flashy Taurasi. The 2007 boasts tons of richness and sheer power, but it needs at least another year to settle down and incorporate its oak. (AG)" (02/2013) 91 points Wine Spectator: "Wild underbrush and exotic spice notes mark the racy black cherry puree and cassis fruit in this rich red, delivering full tannins and a long aftertaste of wild flowers, mineral and spice. (NM)" (06/2...

2007 Fonseca Vintage Port
Back In Stock!
94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Fonseca Vintage Port is opaque purple-colored with a high-class perfume of lavender, Asian spices, pencil lead, incense, and an amalgam of black fruits. On the palate it is voluminous with layered, succulent fruit, outstanding density, and excellent integration of tannin, acidity, and alcohol. The long finish and the wine’s impeccable balance suggest a lengthy evolution and a drinking window extending out to 2045." (02/2010) 94 points Wine & Spirits: "Fonseca's rich, Cima Corgo style creates a sleek an...

2007 Billecart-Salmon "Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart" Brut Champagne
Top Pick!
97 points James Suckling: "This is a laser-guided Champagne with fabulous energy and intensity with a tight palate, racy acidity and super fine phenolics. It goes on and on. Fine bubbles. Light pine and praline character. One for the cellar. " (12/2020) 97 points Vinous: "The 2007 Brut Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart is positively stellar. Elegant, polished and sophisticated, the 2007 dazzles with effusive aromatics and gorgeous balance. It's not an obvious wine, though, but rather a Champagne built for long, patient cellaring. The 2007 is 60% Pinot N...

95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate displays a very slowly evolving nose of crème de cassis, chocolate-covered cherries, vanilla pod and smoked meats with touches of dried Provence herbs, cedar chest and cloves. Medium-bodied, plush, rich and generously fruited in the mouth, it has a wonderfully spicy character and long baking spice and black fruit-laced finish. (LPB)" (02/2018) 95 points Vinous: "Bright ruby-red. Slightly jammy aromas of blackberry, cassis and cherry complemented by spice a...

96 points Wine & Spirits: "Stergios and Perikles Tatsis have created a small Eden in Goumenissa, a region northeast of Naoussa. Their vineyards, which have never seen a chemical, are hidden among forests teeming with wildlife; when it’s too wet to work the vines, the brothers collect porcini mushrooms, which make for incredible matches with their wines. This 2007 is classic Goumenissa, a blend of Xinomavro with a bit of Negoska (as per the appellation’s regulations), fermented with ambient yeasts in old oak casks. Its scents might bring to mind Barolo, i...

2007 George Dickel 13 Year Old "2021 Release" Bottled In Bond Tennessee Whiskey (750ml)
Top Pick!
92 points Whisky Advocate: "Dickel’s now-annual return to bottled in bond, this one following the release of an 11 year old last year and a 13 year old in 2019, which became our Whisky of the Year. Roasted peanuts, marzipan, sweet corn, and bakery shop, with water unlocking cherries, jelly donut, raspberry jam, blueberry pie, fresh grains, and melted caramel. Mouth-coating overall, with a delicate finish that ends with a savory back note of wild herbs. (DF, Fall 2021)" K&L Notes: The famous Dickel 13 Year Old Bottled in Bond is back! Distilled in Spring...

93 points Wine & Spirits: "2007 Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir Savory woodland mushroom scents lend a sense of mystery to this wine, its flavors ranging from meat to minerals. There's nothing directly fruity about it. Dark in tone but not dense, the aroma has the exoticism of Chinese medicinal herbs. An old-school California Pinot with an Old World sensibility, this should age in fascinating directions." (04/2011) 91 points Wine Enthusiast: "Shows the dry tannins and astringency of youthful Hanzell, but these Pinot Noirs are famously capable of extended agin...

94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Also 100% barrel-fermented, the 2007 Chardonnay Grangerville Vineyard reveals a light medium gold color along with aromas of nectarines, white peaches, crushed rocks, creme brulee, and honeyed lemon. Fresh, full-bodied, rich, and structured, with little oak in evidence, I would not be surprised to see this Chardonnay age for a decade or more. " (08/2010)
Price: $64.99

95 points Robert Parker: "The powerful, full-throttle 2007 Chardonnay Untitled #3 exhibits a light gold color as well as a big, sweet kiss of baked apples, honeyed pears, nectarines, and orange marmalade. Displaying fabulous fruit on the attack, mid-palate, and finish, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and a subtle hint of toasty oak, it should be consumed over the next 3-4 years." 94 points Wine Spectator: "The powerful, full-throttle 2007 Chardonnay Untitled #3 exhibits a light gold color as well as a big, sweet kiss of baked apples, honeyed pears, nectarines,...

96 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino is more elegant and less explosive than the Riserva. Exquisite aromatics meld into layers of expressive fruit in a Brunello that is surprisingly crystalline for the vintage. Crushed rocks, minerals and violets emerge over time, adding considerable finesse. Always light on its feet, the 2007 has plenty of vintage character and fabulous overall balance. (AG)" (06/2013) 94 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Complex, soil-inflected aromas of red cherry, red berries, ...
Price: $99.99

93 points Wine Spectator: "Spicy, with a dusty berry and fresh earth edge to the dried cherry and wild berry fruit. Full-bodied, complex, tight and young, but aimed in the right direction. " (08/2009) 90 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Made from Dijon clones, the deeper, more saturated ruby-colored 2007 Pinot Noir Goodin Vineyard exhibits tighter, more intense aromatics of red and black fruits, particularly cherries, raspberries, and currants. Youthful and pure with plenty of stuffing, it will benefit from another year of bottle age, and is far ...

93 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Pale red. Intensely floral aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose and magnolia. Fresh, sharply focused red fruit flavors are impressively pure and nicely framed by silky tannins. The mineral note gains power with air and carries through a long, seductively pure finish. I really like this wine's impression of weightlessness. (ST)" (05/2009) 90 points Wine & Spirits: "From a vineyard in Sebastopol, at the edge of the Petaluma Gap, this Pinot Noir has a cool, coastal influence in its long, transpa...

92 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Vivid red. Captivating aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and blood orange are deepened by smoky herbs and dried flowers. Spicy and incisive on the palate, displaying fresh red berry and candied rose flavors, with gentle tannic grip on the back. The blood orange note echoes through the long, seductively spicy finish. (ST)" (05/2009) 91 points Allen Meadows - Burghound: "A ripe but restrained, cool and elegant nose of ripe cherry and red Pinot fruit trimmed in delicate spice notes is followed by rich, ...

97 points John Gilman: "The 2007 Dauvissat Les Preuses is a baby at the present time, but with the potential to be counted amongst the one or two greatest vintages of this great wine in the history of the domaine. The bouquet is deep, nascently complex and still quite primary in its mix of grapefruit, lemon, apple, beeswax, chalk and oyster white soil tones, spring flowers and just a hint of vanilla. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, deep and racy, with a rock solid core of fruit, a nicely closed personality at the present time and simply profound l...

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Loring "Russell Family" Paso Robles Pinot Noir (93WS). Wine Spectator: "Tight and concentrated on full-bodied blackberry and wild berry fruit that shows a hint of mocha and spice, with floral notes and firm tannins that beg for short-term cellaring. There's a wonderful finish of pure dark fruit. (JL)" (03/2009)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Shafer "Hillside Select" Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon (100RP, 97JS, 97WE, 95VN, 94DC, 92W&S). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep purple-black colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Hillside Select exudes beautiful notions of violets, dark chocolate, black olives, spice cake and cedar chest with a core of crème de cassis, blackberry pie, plum preserves and fragrant earth plus a waft of unsmoked cigars. Full-bodied, super concentrated and jam-packed with multilayered black and blue fruits, it has a rock-solid frame of grainy tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing long with tons of exotic spice and savory sparks. (LPB)" (08/2018)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Viticcio Chianti Classico Riserva (93WS, 91RP). Wine Spectator: "#40 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2010: "Subtle currant, cedar and floral aromas follow through to a dense, full-bodied palate of ripe fruits and silky tannins, with a long finish. A little age will soften this just slightly. Really serious. Best after 2010." " (09/2010)
Starting Bid: $40.00

Bid on this 3-magnum lot of 2007 Domaine de Saint Siffrein Châteauneuf-du-Pape (1.5L) (94JD, 94RP, 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: The finest effort I have yet tasted from this estate, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape is composed of 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, and 5% Cinsault. Its traditional upbringing included 100% aging in old foudres. Its dense ruby/purple color is followed by a big, sweet, juicy kiss of kirsch liqueur intermixed with blacker fruits, raspberries, licorice, camphor, and hints of lavender and incense. The wine exhibits terrific concentration, full-bodied intensity, and a 45-50-second finish. This sensational Chateauneuf du Pape will benefit from another 2-3 years of bottle age, and should drink well for 15-20 years. (RP) (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 3-bottle tasting lot; including 2-bottles of 2007 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (97RP) and 1-bottle of 2007 Quilceda Creek "Palengat Vineyard" Horse Heaven Hills Bordeaux Blend (96RP, 93ST, 92WE). Of the 2007 Quilceda Creek "Galitzine Vineyard" Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2007 Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon contains 1% Petit Verdot. It offers up a splendid bouquet of toasty new oak, earth notes, espresso, incense, blackberry, and plum. A bit more structured than the Palengat cuvee, it is slightly denser, layered, and intense. (JM)" (08/2010)
Starting Bid: $270.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de la Mordorée "Cuvée de la Reine des Bois" Lirac (94RP, 93JD, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The outrageously superb 2007 Lirac La Reine des Bois (equal parts Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah) may be the finest wine Delorme has yet made. Its dense purple color is accompanied by a sumptuous perfume of black fruits, licorice, earth, and pepper. The fruit quality is deep, textured, and pure, and the 35-second finish is superb. This knock-out wine should drink well for 7-8 years. (RP)" (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Tua Rita "Perlato Del Bosco" Toscana (94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Perlato del Bosco offers up mineral-infused blueberries, violets, tar and licorice. At first rather tense, the wine opens up nicely, with a gorgeous, muscular expression of fruit that is married with superb clarity and freshness throughout. Impeccably polished tannins inform the beautiful, long finish. Sweet scents of pipe tobacco add a sense of lift on the close. This is a marvelous effort from Tua Rita and a hugely over-achieving wine relative to the estate’s top bottlings. Needless to say, the 2007 Perlato del Bosco is highly recommended. (AG)" (10/2010)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Paul Autard "Cuvée Juline" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (95WS, 94RP). Wine Spectator: "Shows lots of exotic braised fig, black tea, roasted mesquite, incense and bittersweet cocoa notes, with a core of black cherry and raspberry fruit in reserve. The long, flashy finish lets pastis and Black Forest cake notes emerge. This has some toast to absorb, but it's all there. (JM)" (08/2009)
Starting Bid: $111.01

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de la Solitude "Cuvée Barberini" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (94RP, 93ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Another rich, sexy red from this estate is the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Barberini, which checks in as 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre brought up in a mix of new barrels and stainless steel. It possesses overflowing notes of blackberries, black currants, sweet oak, licorice and roasted Provencal garrigue. Full-bodied, ripe and incredibly textured and seamless, this is a big blockbuster beauty that dishes out tons of pleasure today and will keep for another decade. (JD)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this magnum of 2007 Plumpjack "Reserve" Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L) (100RP, 93WS, 92JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Very deep purple-black colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve leaps from the glass with exuberant crème de cassis, blueberry preserves, warm mulberries and spice cake notions, followed up by hints of sandalwood, cigar box, licorice, yeast extract, beef drippings, cardamom and violets. Full-bodied yet wonderfully harmonious in the mouth, the layer upon layer of black fruit preserves and spicy and savory flavors are perfectly knit with the solid frame of super ripe, finely grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing with incredible persistence. (LPB)" (08/2018)
Starting Bid: $420.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de Saint Préfert "Réserve Auguste Favier" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (96RP, 95WS, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Also rock-star stuff, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Reserve Auguste Favier gives up plenty of sweet blackberry, sugar cured meats, licorice, toasted spice and butcher shop-like aromas and flavors to go with a full-bodied, sweetly-fruited, fabulously dense and layered palate. As with the Colombis, it’s a big, rich wine that stays fresh and pure. (JD)" (08/2014)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Casanova di Neri "Pietradonice" Toscana (96JS). James Suckling: "A blockbuster of a red wine. Ripe fruits, fresh cut herbs, and toasted oak. So much going on here. Full bodied and powerful, with velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Exotic wine." (12/2010)

Starting Bid: $780.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (96BH, 96RP, 95VN, 95WE, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Bouchard's 2007 Corton-Charlemagne - the last wine they picked - offers another of those occasions for reflecting on a bit of Burgundian craziness: a grand cru wine presented last in a stellar line-up, yet that costs on-half to one-third that of the other grand cru bottlings that preceded it. A striking and intensely pungent aroma of holly berry, fresh ginger, and lime zest leads to a vivacious, silken-textured, chalky, saline, crustacean palate. For all of this wine's sheer intensity and palpable sense of underlying extract, it shares lift, buoyancy, and overall elegance with its Chevalier-Montrachet counterparts and preserves the energy and primary, juicy refreshment that goes with its vintage. The diversity and persistence of mineral elements here are memorable. (DS)" (12/2009)
Starting Bid: $280.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2007 Baracchi "Ardito" Toscana in original wood.
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Dönnhoff Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spätlese Nahe (94RP, 92ST, 92WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "As usual with Donnhoff's renditions of this site, his 2007 Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spatlese displays a profusion of flowers (buddleia, rose lily, and cherry blossom) on the nose and cherry fruit and citrus on the palate that combine for an irresistible charm offensive. This silken, pure Riesling is suffused not only with wafting floral perfume, but with saline, savory, scallop-like mineral notes that add to its utterly lip-smacking, saliva-inducing brand of refreshment. Here's a great example of residually sweet Riesling possessing not one gram more than needed for maximum support of its aromas and fruit flavors, so that sweetness per se is the last thing you have on your mind as you reach for the next sip. (DS)" (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $110.00

Bid on this 2-bottle tasting lot; including 1-bottle of 2007 Domaine de Villeneuve "Les Vieilles Vignes" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (94RP, 92WS) and 1-bottle of 2007 Domaine Grand Veneur "Clos de Sixte" Lirac (93RP, 91JD, 91JS, 90WE, 90WS). Of the 2007 Domaine de Villeneuve "Les Vieilles Vignes" Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "This estate did not offer their 2008 for tasting, but they have hit the bull’s eye with their brilliant 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape. Aged 80% in tank and 20% in old barrels, this blend of 70% Grenache, 16% Mourvedre, and the rest Syrah, Cinsault, and the white grape Clairette is made from vines that average 65 years of age (some are over 100 years). (RP)" (10/2009)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Domaine Didier Dagueneau "Silex" Pouilly-Fumé (94W&S, 94WS, 93VN). Wine Spectator: "Weighty, but lithe and balanced, with gorgeous, alluring notes of honeysuckle, macadamia nut, white asparagus, lemon curd, quinine and straw all carrying through seamlessly on the long, invigorating finish. This beautiful wine transcends the vintage. *Top 100 Wines of 2010, Collectibles* (JM)" (07/2010)
Starting Bid: $276.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe "La Crau" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (96RP, 95JD, 95WS, 93ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Vieux Télégraphe may be the greatest wine made at this property since the 2005 and 1998. Dense ruby/purple-tinged with an exquisite nose of salty sea breezes, licorice, ground pepper, jammy black cherries, black currants, figs, and plums, this is a full-bodied, rich, Provencal-styled offering with lots of sweet, ripe tannin. It is surprisingly accessible for a Vieux Telegraphe (this wine normally shuts down several years after bottling), but it should have great longevity (25+ years) given its power, full-bodied mouthfeel, and enormous length and richness. This is a brilliant effort from brothers Frederic and Daniel Brunier. (RP) 96+" (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Justin "Isosceles Reserve" Paso Robles Bordeaux Blend (94WE). Wine Enthusiast: "A tremendous wine that easily held its own against Napa Cabs and blends, and a worthy followup to the wonderful 2006. Mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, the wine is extraordinarily rich and balanced and refined, showing Paso softness, but no absence of complexity. Really impresses for the depth and range of berries, currants, licorice, mocha, herbs, spices and oak." (12/2010)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Paul Autard "La Côte Ronde" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (95JD, 95RP, 95WS, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée La Côte Ronde (a blend of equal parts Grenache and Syrah from 60-year-old vines, with the Syrah enjoying malolactic fermentation in barrel and aging in new oak) possesses smoky, roasted herb, seaweed wrapper, licorice, cassis, and black cherry characteristics. The oak component is beautifully integrated, and the wine has superb concentration, a full-bodied style, and a true Châteauneuf du Pape personality in spite of the new oak. (RP)" (10/2009)
Starting Bid: $92.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Sea Smoke "Southing" Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (95WE, 90ST). Wine Enthusiast: "A fabulously rich and approachable Pinot Noir that offers everything now, yet will also age. The considerable tannins will protect it in the cellar for a good 6-8 years, but it's so fresh and vibrant in cherries, red currants and oak-inspired red licorice that it's hard not to drink it now. Hard to exaggerate the deliciousness factor." (03/2010)
Starting Bid: $210.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Clos des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape (100RP, 99JD, 97WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "One of the great vintages from this estate, surpassing even the 1990, 2000, 2001, 2003, and maybe the 2010 (time will tell with this one), the 2007 Châteauneuf du Pape from Vincent Avril delivers everything you could want from a wine. Full-bodied, intense and beautifully concentrated, with plenty of muscle and depth, it shows the hallmark elegance and purity of the estate, with sensational notes of kirsch liqueur, raspberries, incense, smoked meats and Asian spices. The blend is the normal 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah and the rest a mix of permitted varieties, brought up all in older foudre, and it's just now entering its prime drink window and has another two decades of longevity. (JD)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $155.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de Cristia Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes (98JD, 98RP, 96WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The greatest wine from this estate to date is unquestionably their 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes. Made from 100% old-vine Grenache that was brought up in a combination of different sized barrels, some of which were new, it offers an incredible bouquet of black raspberries, caramelized cherries, violets, garrigue and lavender. Full-bodied, massively concentrated, voluptuous and decadent, yet always light on its feet, pure and elegant, this is a profound example of old-vine Grenache that should make any Southern Rhone-lover's eyes roll back in their head. It's still an infant and will drink nicely for another 15-20 years. (JD)" (09/2015)
Starting Bid: $145.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine de Cristia "Renaissance" Châteauneuf-du-Pape (96RP, 95WS, (91-94ST)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deeper, inkier and more concentrated than the classic cuvée, the 2007 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Renaissance checks in as 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah, with the Grenache aged in concrete and the Mourvèdre and Syrah in demi-muids (some new). Offering up notes of graphite, cassis, chocolate, crushed flowers and tobacco, it's a sexy, voluptuous example of this cuvee that has sensational concentration, sweet tannin and a blockbuster finish. Much more closed and backward on release, it's just now starting to open up. (JD)" (09/2015)
Starting Bid: $130.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Quilceda Creek Columbia Valley Bordeaux Blend (93RP, 93WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2007 Red Wine is composed of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, with the balance Cabernet Franc and Malbec. As always, it is a great value offering a fragrant, already complex nose of confiture of black fruits, incense, and Asian spices. On the palate it is savory and elegant with a plush texture. It is likely to evolve for several years but there is no compelling reason to defer gratification. Quilceda Creek remains Washington’s benchmark for world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. (JM)" (08/2010)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Grand Veneur "Les Origines" Châteauneuf du Pape (95RP, 92WS, 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "I'd wager one of the finest examples of this cuvée ever made (the 2009 and 2010 will give it run for its money), the sensational 2007 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée les Origines from the Jaume family is a perfect example of a modern styled Châteauneuf du Pape that never loses its Southern Rhône soul. Made from 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah that was aged in equal parts barrels and tanks, it offers a ripe, pedal-to-the-metal bouquet of ripe black fruits, charred meats, pan drippings, saddle leather and garrigue that continues to open up with time in the glass. On the palate, it's full-bodied, beautifully concentrated and layered, with sweet, sweet tannin and a great finish. This closed down shortly after release but is just now staring to show its true potential. Drink bottles anytime over the coming decade. (JD)" (02/2017)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Williams Selyem "Flax Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (94W&S, 94WE, 93RP, 93ST, 92CG). Wine Enthusiast: "Despite firm tannins and tough acidity this wine is so rich and silky, you can drink it now, with decanting. It floods the mouth with raspberries, cherries, chocolate, anise, cinnamon spice and sweet oak. Absolutely delicious, with a silky, seductive mouthfeel." (02/2010)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Willi Schaefer Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese #14 Mosel (92RP, 91JG). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A 2007 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spatlese continues in the sappy, juicy mold of the Domprobst A.P. #12. Fresh apple (think of the best Normandy cider) mingles with anise and vanilla. The freshness here is combined with a relatively spare texture; and the finish surprises with the intensity and length of salt and stone that accompany its sheer refreshment. In fact, if wine can be profoundly refreshing, here is a case in point. This bracing young Spatlese is likely to undergo more dramatic changes in bottle, I predict, than many of the other Schaefer wines of the vintage. But I would not hesitate to plan on charting those changes over the next 20 years. (DS)" (06/2009)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Merlot (94WS, 93RP, 92ST). Wine Spectator: "A dense, powerful core is wrapped inside a plush and velvety exterior, with currant and espresso aromas. Delivers layered flavors of plum, grilled rosemary and cedar, finishing with firm but ripe tannins. (TF)" (06/2010)
Starting Bid: $70.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Domaine Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (93BH, 93WS, 91VN). Wine Spectator: "A toasty white, with a vivid structure and warm baking spices framing apple and grapefruit flavors. The racy structure is offset by a creamy texture, and this resonates on the lingering finish. (BS)" (09/2011)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2007 Felsina "Berardenga" Chianti Classico Riserva (91VN). Vinous: "The 2007 Chianti Classico Riserva emerges with hints of smoke, underbrush, licorice, leather and wild cherries. The wine gains volume and depth in the glass as its sheer pedigree emerges over time. There is plenty of muscle to back up the delicate aromatics in a striking balance of elegance and power, all in an essentially classic, mid-weight style. The round, deeply satisfying finish makes it hard to put the glass down. (AG)" (10/2010)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Saracina Mendocino County Petite Sirah (91WE). Wine Enthusiast: "Big and chewy and inky black, this clearly well-crafted Petite Sirah is full of black fruit—mostly blackberry—and peppery tones. The tannins stand out and yet mellow as the wine opens. A few more years in bottle should get them to the appropriate place. Enjoy this wine with a pepper steak or ravioli. (VB)" (10/2011)
