Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2006 Dominique Laurent Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes (93ST, 93WS, 92RP). Wine Spectator: "Packed with macerated cherry, leather, tobacco and mineral notes, this red is brawny and chewy, yet concentrated and intense, with power that drives through the long finish. Impressive, if a bit rustic. (BS)" (05/2009)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2006 Bouchard Père & Fils Clos Vougeot Grand Cru (95WE, 94BH, 94W&S, 93ST, 93WS, 91RP). Wine Enthusiast: "Not all Clos Vougeot lives up to its billing, but this wine certainly does. With its superbly ripe fruit, a harmonious balance between fruit, tannins and acidity, and a full, generous texture, this is a wine to savor. It is a big wine in all senses, except that it has a great sense of proportion. (RV)" (12/2008)

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Domaine Jacques Prieur Musigny Grand Cru ((92-94BH), 93ST, 91RP). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "*** Don't Miss! *** An elegant yet reserved and admirably layered nose features red and blue pinot fruit, rose and violet notes plus subtle spice aromas that are in perfect keeping with the round, intense, precise and pure medium full flavors that possess excellent mid-palate concentration and a discreetly mineral-infused finish that both coats the mouth and lingers beautifully. There is enough sap here that the mouth feel is actually rounder at present than the wine will be once the baby fat melts away. In a word, gorgeous." (04/2008)
Starting Bid: $346.12

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Maison Henri Boillot Chambertin Grand Cru (93BH, (89-93ST)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Here the nose is even riper with ample oak notes setting off mocha, plum, warm earth and wood spice aromas that precede rich, suave and round big-bodied flavors that retain a fine sense of detail on the moderately austere, powerful and ultra intense finish that explodes with backend minerality. Despite the austerity of the finish, there is a fruit-forward character though make no mistake, this should age for at least two decades, perhaps longer. While the two wines are quite different in terms of their respective personalities, qualitatively they are essentially equivalent - a choice. *Don't miss!*" (04/2008)
Starting Bid: $149.00
