Hello, We’re Here is a hazy IPA built with over 35% oats. This volume of oats in the grist leads to an extremely soft mouthfeel, great foam, and a beautiful opalescent haze. A heavy dose of Citra in the whirlpool laid down a citrusy base for a double-dry-hop (DDH bro…) with boxes and boxes of even more Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. MittPils is a south German style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friend, and mentor, Matt Brynildson, of Firestone Walker Brewing Company. This Pilsner is brewed with very soft water to give it a rounded presence on the palate and create subtle and soft bitterness. Heirloom Pilsner malts give the beer a signature straw gold color, malt base and pillowy white foam.
