93 points Wine Enthusiast: "Perhaps one of the best-known American DIPAs today, Dogfish knows how to do it right for serious hopheads looking for a strong, astringent kick. Dark stone fruit and fig add depth to the otherwise hop-dominated nose, while resin and pine flood the full-bodied and round mouth. It’s balanced for what it is, though there is an impression of aged Sherry on the finish with a touch of rancio and toasted walnut-infused warmth. " (11/2011) K&L Notes: Esquire Magazine calls this 90 Minute IPA, "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An...

Hello, We’re Here is a hazy IPA built with over 35% oats. This volume of oats in the grist leads to an extremely soft mouthfeel, great foam, and a beautiful opalescent haze. A heavy dose of Citra in the whirlpool laid down a citrusy base for a double-dry-hop (DDH bro…) with boxes and boxes of even more Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. This hop combo leads to flavors & aromas of sweet papaya, pink starburst, peach gummies, and kumquat zest. (Brewery notes)

Psychic Advisor is a tripped out, all seeing, West Coast Double IPA. This DIPA was brewed with a blend of 2-row and Pilsner base malts, to keep the body light, + a touch of wheat for maximum Pillowtops. It was hopped in the kettle, at psychic levels, with El Dorado, Amarillo, and Mosaic. Post fermentation, we read our palm, and it told us to do a big dry hop. We obliged, and dumped in bags of more Mosaic, Strata, Amarillo, & our old dank pal CTZ. The resulting beer has big notes of candied mandarins, lime leaf, pine resin, and clairvoyant thoughts. (Bre...

Crystal clear, highly carbonated, and ever-so drinkable, this pils begins as German in style, but with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger dry hopping, it evolves to become the deliciously crisp Italian-style Pilsner. Brewer Agostino Arioli of Birrificio Italiano is credited with developing this method of brewing, and our foray into the style showcases hop forward aromatics of black tea, bergamot, thyme and pils malt character, with a very dry, mildly herbal, drinking experience that we’ve fallen in love with.
