According to John Kimmich, the brewer of The Alchemist, Heady Topper is a unicorn beer built specifically for the can. “All that carbonation is coming out, the CO2 is escaping, the aroma, the hop essence, and oils,” Kimmich said. “When you drink it out of the can, the beer is perfectly preserved. There’s a layer of CO2 riding through that can, and when you pour the beer into an empty glass, you’re immediately accelerating the expulsion of all that goodness.” Only Bay Area Purchases *All outside orders will be cancelled*

"Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. It began as a special release bomber beer, but caught fire both in and outside the brewery. At the time, 2009, there were some local pale ales that hit with natural power, but not many. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry." (...

From the cidery: "Crisp, tart, refreshing & just a smidge fancy - We really love dry cider around here. Nü Dry is our evolving interpretation of what a modern apple-focused dry cider can and should be. This blend will always be fermented fully dry with zero residual sugar and moderately carbonated with an ABV of 7% of less, but the mix of apples used to create the blend will change with the seasons just as nature intended.
