One of K&L's very finest buys from France, this is a reserve cuvée, made from Millet's chalkiest limestone soils. There is a long maceration at very low temperatures to extract as much flavor and character as possible. In 1995, Guillaume Reynouard purchased his first 4 hectares of cabernet franc alongside an old mansion in need of repair in the village of Le Puy Notre Dame. He began the restoration of the property and converted the vineyards to organic farming. Receiving Ecocert certification in 1998, the next hurdle was biodynamics. By 2010, the estate received biodynamic certification through Biodyvin.
