Ketzer Lager is a Franconian inspired Helles, a style that has long been close to our hearts. Striving to reflect the pure balance, nuance, and quality found in this traditional style, Ketzer is brewed with German Pilsner malt, just a kiss of Vienna and Light Munich and hopped with selected Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Saphir hops. A gentle biscuit malt character and a noble floral, spicy hop aroma prevails with notes of wildflower honey, citrus zest, alpine herbs and a hint of peppercorn. To ensure that classic mouthfeel and expressive mineralty, ...

Foreteller is a black lager brewed with soft water, German malt & hops, time, and our beloved, all seeing lager yeast. A base of pilsner malt sets the stage for a sprinkling of various highly kilned, and roasted, specialty malts. The combination of these raw materials yield a beer that is black in color, with tinges of ruby red around the edges of your glass, and flavors + aromas of baking chocolate, smoke, and a hint of cola. Just like a premonition, these all vanish quickly, and yield to a dry finish that keeps your face in your glass.

One of the most refreshing beers on a hot day! Brewery note: "The Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit is a mix of Stiegl-Goldbräu and fruit juice that is invariably natural and has no artificial sweeteners added to it. The grapefruit juice lends this a naturally cloudy appearance and a tangy fruit flavor, creating a succulent and fruity taste sensation with a refreshing finish."

MittPils is a south German style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friend, and mentor, Matt Brynildson, of Firestone Walker Brewing Company. This Pilsner is brewed with very soft water to give it a rounded presence on the palate and create subtle and soft bitterness. Heirloom Pilsner malts give the beer a signature straw gold color, malt base and pillowy white foam. Noble German hops, Hallertau Tradition and Mittelfrüh, give herbal aromas of fresh soil and forest air. (Brewery Notes)

From the brewery: "A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, 'Original', a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine poured, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill."
