From Buffalo Trace comes this collaborative whisky release blended by Grammy award-winning artist Chris Stapleton and Buffalo Trace master distiller, Harlen Wheatley. Tasting notes from the distillery: "Complex aromas of vanilla, aged fruit and buttery shortbread rounded off by caramel and a touch of oak. The palate has just a touch of sweetness, followed by spice, toasted nut and oak flavors, with a robust finish."

Elena Camarena, one of the few Maestra Tequileras in Mexico, oversees the production of this 100% Blue Weber agave tequila. The agaves grow at 7,000 feet elevation on an estate that employs sustainable practices. According to the producer, aging for up to 3 months in American white oak barrels previously used for tequila imparts notes of black peppercorns, roasted banana, baking spices, white flowers and herbs.

A blend of fresh grape juice and young Bas Armagnac, this light aperitif is versatile and has mass appeal.
