2022 Nervi-Conterno "Il Rosato" Vino Rosato
Review Date: 11-10-2023
The best Rose I have had this season! So happy we got it in stock just in time for Thanksgiving. It's definitely perfect match for it. This Rose is fresh and lively with broad texture, medium acidity, beautiful aromas of white peach and flavors of stone fruit, and mixed berries. It will make wonderful aperitif as well.
Price:
$24.99
2021 Domaine Jean Foillard Morgon "Côte du Py"
Review Date: 10-18-2023
True to itself Foillard produces slightly funky, very mineral and earthy style of Morgon. It's light and savory on the palate with muddled plum and red cherry fruit profile with a hint of pink peppercorn on the nose. Acidity is not very high but definitely refreshing. This wine would benefit from some aging.
2020 Brovia "Vignavillej" Dolcetto d'Alba
Review Date: 10-18-2023
Brovia makes serious, Nebbiolo-like Dolcetto. It's not light and fruity style. This wine is firm and structured with red cherry, red plum, lots of aromatic spices and hints of leather and tobacco. Bone dry with medium acidity, this Dolcetto begs for fatty rich meat dishes and can easily stand up to braised short ribs. Great wine for late autumn and winter drinking!
Damien Hugot Grand Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne
Review Date: 09-15-2023
One of my favorite blanc de blancs in the store! Elegant and creamy with gentle acidity, it has great depth and a long finish, with just a touch of brioche and lots of white flower aromas and orchard fruit flavors. A pure joy to drink on its own, it's so balanced and well put together. Absolutely love it!
Price:
$34.99
2021 Domaine des Niales Rhedon-Marin Mâcon-Villages Vieilles Vignes
Review Date: 08-29-2023
This wine always overdelivers for its price. Clean and easy to drink, it's fresh and dry but with lovely citrus and stone fruit to balance out crunchy acidity. It's great wine to pair with white fish and cheese.
2022 Domaine Gérard Tremblay Petit Chablis
Review Date: 08-29-2023
Great value Petit Chablis - crunchy, zesty, vibrant and mineral. It's full of citrus fruit and sea shell notes, its acidity is bright but not austere. Terrific wine to pair with sea scallops and other seafood.
Price:
$19.99
Pierre Mineral Brut Champagne
Review Date: 08-16-2023
I absolutely love the whole line up of Pierre Mineral! this Champagne is one of the top values in the store. It's impeccably clean, mineral palate with a little bit of brioche, apple, pink peach and white blossom aromas creates the most irresistible profile. It's one of the best Champagne to sip by itself.

2022 Domaine Pascal & Mireille Renaud Mâcon-Solutré
Review Date: 08-09-2023
Beautiful complex Chardonnay from Macon, it's elegant with lovely orchard fruit and light citrus notes, supported by fresh acidity and light mineral note. For me it's one of the best everyday Burgundy wines you can have with chicken, fish and cheese. It overdelivers for its price and comes from very small family-run winery that pays extra attention to quality of their wine. Worth buying a case of it.
Price:
$19.99
2014 Alexandre Le Brun "Cuvée Revelation" Extra Brut Champagne

I fell in love with this Champagne from the first vintage I tasted and I'm always excited to see new vintages to come in. It's so expressive and delicious, this vintage is rich with lemon cream, fresh brioche and toasted hazelnuts with bright acidity to keep everything in balance. Finish is long and touch savory. This Champagne is layered and textural, so let it open up in your glass and it will be revealing many components as it changes in your glass. A masterpiece of Champagne!

2021 Allram "Heiligenstein" Riesling Kamptal
Review Date: 06-21-2023
Juicy with light flint note on the nose this Riesling is a stellar example of how complex this wine can be. It has plenty of rich supple peach and nectarine fruit combined with vivid acidity and layers of spice. Texture is supple and fresh and there is a hint of meadow flowers honey on the finish, which lingers on forever. Superb! It's definitely a must try for anyone who loves dry Riesling.
2021 Allram "Ried Gaisberg" Grüner Veltliner Kamptal
Review Date: 06-21-2023
This single vineyard expression of Gruner Veltliner is a powerful and textural wine with rich bold flavor of Mirabelle plum and tangerine with spicy aromas reminiscent of white pepper. Impressive wine with lots to offer and can match heavier dishes with cream sauces (seafood pasta) or lobster with butter dip.

Beautiful, elegant, absolutely perfect Chianti. It's savory, spicy, well balanced acidity makes all fruit shine even brighter and tannins are soft and round. Full-bodied, concentrated and well structured, this is a great example of "super Tuscan" wine. It's black fruited with leather and chocolate notes, dark spice, cedar-like undernotes. Powerful wine with ripe tannins and good amount of freshness on the palate. Boysenberry, black plum and wild blackberry flavor with just a hint of sweet black cherry all mingle up nicely on the palate.

Canard-Duchêne Brut Champagne
Review Date: 05-19-2020
For a while Canard Duchene Champagne fell of my radar and it's been a long time since I've tasted it, until last night Gary opened it for us to revisit. I was pleased and surprised to find out how well the wine was showing! It has lovely notes of citrus and a touch of brioche. The texture is round and deep with fresh acidity, rich in flavor mid-palate but not heavy! It's actually a pretty clean and vibrant Champagne with a long and mineral finish.
