I have tasted a great many whiskies, and this one is remarkable--glorious even! For a 60.5% ABV whisky, this Clynelish expression is super mellow on the tongue, even at full strength. It has a deep, sweet, dried fruit palate and a long, warming finish that lasts for minutes. Lovely! I wish I had bought more than one bottle from this cask!
