2008 Quinta de Aveleda Vinho Verde, Portugal - Lovely, but not typical of the best of the Vino Verdes. It's matured in the bottle, and now approaches the fullness of a Chardonnay or Pinot Gris, not the fresh youthfull quality of the non-vintage Vino Verdes. Again, lovely but if you want to experience a Vino Verde, try a non-vintage.<br>

Lovely, but lacking the freshness of the typical Vino Verde. The wine has matured in the bottle, and now approaches a fuller Chardonnay or Pinot Gris - nice but not Vino Verde. For the classic experience of Vino Verde, try a non-vintage.
