We had this bottle the other night and it was fantastic. Intensely flavored but very elegant at the same time. Would pair great with caviar!

We tasted this wonderful wine at the winery. It is a great expression of Spring Mountain in a very classical style. I am more of a Bordeaux drinker, but if California would make more wine like this, I would drink a lot more Californian wine.
