A great way to time travel back to that lovely little cafe you enjoyed in Italy. Fresh, balanced, full of tact. Perfect to serve from a pottery pitcher. Obviously not a Wine For All Posterity but a great example of what so many wine makers, especially in California,need to taste regularly. Like a good harmonica riff, it is not outwardly sophisticated; and doing it should not be that hard, but it is.
