Henriot "Souverain" Brut Champagne

After a year and a half as a Champagne club member, I finally found "the one" I was looking for! This is a great bubbly and a steal at this price. Wonderful fresh, crisp green apple flavors that linger for a long time on your palate.

Not sure what the excitement is about this wine. Upon first opening the wine is closed and acidic. When that blows off it comes across as a simple straightforward wine, strongly tasting like sour cherries.
